• Meredith (8/5): - Please note before you get there that there is a 2-level garage. At first we went up to the G1 level and there were cars in every space, and it was VERY tight parking. But on the lower level, our large pickup could park more easily where there were lots of empty spaces. The room was clean. This is an older building, so don't expect high-end finishes. But it was nice enough. Having a washer/dryer there was great -- but bring your own detergent. But St. Tropez did provide dishsoap and tabs for the dishwaher. Access to the beach was so close and easy. Also, you don't need a key. There were button keypads on our doors so that we could get in with a combination. This was so much easier that keeping a key with you on the beach. (There is a key for the pool gate, though.) Security-wise, there were no peep holes on any of the doors, which isn't cool if someone knocks on your door and you were not expecting someone. Overall, I was happy staying at St. Tropez. We had a corner 3-bedroom, which was a nice unit.

• melissa (10/5): - This condo is a hidden gem. It was like relaxing at home but with a beach and pool in your backyard. Here’s a some info about the condo . It is pet friendly, pots, dinnerware ,coffee machine, cups and your basic kitchen needs are supplied. As is your toiletries, towels, sheets and blanket, there is no hairdryer . A washer and dryer is available in the unit as well as a dishwasher.Just bring your own laundry detergent with you. There is an elevator and is fairly handicap accessible. There are two floors of covered parking. A pool key and your pin code to enter the room will be provided to you upon check-in. The beach is literally a couple feet away and the pool area is very nice but does have limited loungers. There are parts of the condo where the ocean view is obstructed but balconies are very spacious. Try to get a room on the third or fourth floor. There is a acme nearby if you go on their website, you could place an order for pick up to save more time enjoying your vacation. For those of you with babies there are no cribs provided. I recommend bringing a pack and play. For those of you that are smokers there is a designated smoking area with a bench. There is also a couple of websites that rents out chairs and umbrellas for the week or by the day if you do not feel like lugging your own out to the beach. You will be surrounded with shopping and dining options. The boardwalk is about a 10 minute ride give or take traffic. Overall, I highly recommend this condo property.

• Verified traveler (6/5): There was just to many cons for the price - When we arrived we couldnt access our apartment, it was sunday so the office was closed i had to call the 1800 number on the paper to access our room! Our code wouldnt work so we were given another code to try which had to be the previous renters code which is extremely unsettling! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our apartment. As soon as we walked in the strong smell of cleaners almost knocked us out! It was as if they just sprayed the air with heavy cleaners ! We had to open all the doors in the place to air it out. I say spray bc the apartment was filthy. Sand everywhere,dirt&unknown objects on the floor(floors were black) The bathrooms had urine seeping from the locks of the toilet seat lid, floors were absolute filth&showers were also dirty which again is confusing bc of the strong cleaning smell when we walked in! There was only 1 roll of tp left in 1 bathroom, the mirrors still had dust&toothpaste splattered on them! Dust laid on top of every surface&thick. The master bedroom has no tv, the mattress has a HUGE lump in the center of it our backs are still killing us over a week later, the headboard had about an inch of dust on it! There was damage to the bathroom mirror&sink, the one bedroom my daughter was in the furniture was so outdated&falling apart Atleast she had a tv!i ended up cleaning the whole place! its cleaner now than ever before(i spent $ on cleaners on vacation)!for the price these issues shouldn't be a thing! Sadly we wont be staying agai

• Peter (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! A beautiful ocean front view, clean spacious condo with all the appliances we needed to take care of our 13 month old. The walk to the beach was super quick and the pool was an added bonus. Our only complaint is that the King mattress was absolutely horrible- lumpy, you could feel the springs. Definitely needs to be replaced. After the first two nights we slept in the other bedroom and it was better. We didn’t want to ask for another room because the view/room was just perfect.

The code for the mailbox was already put in so anyone can grab your envelope with room code. The property is walking distance to the ocean, beautiful view from the balcony. It is an outdated unit. It was inconvenient that you need to strip down beddings, wash the dishes and take out your trash. The stove wasn't working well, only 2 of them and was very smelly

• Benjamin (10/5): Ocean City - Our stay was great. The view of the ocean is incredible and the staff we have interacted with have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a trip to the Ocean City area. Very convenient to everything you would want, restaurants and grocery stores.
• Sarah (8/5): - This was a deal too good to pass up. The view is amazing and check-in was easy. There are a few areas in the condo that need to be fixed (some small holes in the wall, balcony door didn't lock) and some of the dishes in the cabinet and in the stove had food on them. Although I didn't meet them, I can tell that the cleaning staff took their job seriously. Saint Tropez has the essentials that you need for a relaxing week at the beach.
• Dennis (10/5): - Excellent property for staying. The only problem I had was a broken elevator. It was out of service twice during my stay. I had a hard time bringing my luggages to my room on the 4th floor by stairs.

• Russell (10/5): Comfort and location make this a great place to st - This was our 3rd year here and we stay in the off season. With a fantastic location right by the beach this was perfect for us. There is on obstructed view of the ocean in some rooms. The apartments are spacious and well stocked and have a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The check-in process is easy and staff are clear and helpful with communication. We are making this an annual event.
• Jami (8/5): - - Great location, right on the beach, easy check in when you arrive after hours. - My one hangup, was lack of communication. Long story short, booked the place in advance, received an email a day before check-in stating I would have to move unit/room the second night. I never got confirmation of what unit i would have to move to, and had to be the one to go to the office to inquire about it, which then found out I didnt need to. Just wish i got an email, text, or call saying it was no longer a move that had to happen, especially since i didn't want to venture far, because I wasn't sure what time the unit change was going to need to happen. - Other than that, no complaints. Great location. Bars, restaurants, bus stop right there and convenient. - Side note, parking garage for property is not high enough for a full size truck. (I believe its 6'8" clearance).
• Mary (10/5): Nice place with Beach access. - This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting in the future

But we decided next year, we'll bring our own and make it since we have a full kitchen. Had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your "home by the beach". Much appreciated!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location at 81st Street is very convenient. The beach is just steps away. We were on the 4th floor with a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. This was fabulous and the best thing about the property. The property manager, Sara, was very, very nice and easy to work with. The amenities and furnishings were average. A TV in the master bedroom would be nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Listing said wifi included. We wouldn’t have rented it without wifi. Well it didn’t work. I contacted mgmt the next day and they gave a different wifi to try which didn’t work then another and same thing. I was told sorry we are busy moving our offices, well that was not my fault. We had to pay for more data on our personal plan and pay for a hot spot. The next day I asked again and was told they finally had a technician looking at it. I asked if we would be reimbursed for our data and hotspot, never received an answer. We discovered later that day that the wifi was working but no one had notified us. Condo was clean and great location with great balcony. Reasonably priced for a winter stay but then we had the added cost of wifi/data we hadn’t planned on

The only criticism was there was little communication about how to into the apartment. A coincidental passerby told us there was a mailbox on first floor with our key in it. There was no office. So it worked out fine.

False advertising I feel but the condo itself was really nice overall. I would rent it again. I would invest in some new pillows.

The only thing we are upset about is that on the listing it says Ocean view but when we checked into our room and we went outside there was a building blocking the view so we only seen the ocean from the sides as well as their being a miscalculation with the beds because one of the rooms stated that there was two queen beds but when we arrived it was only one queen bed so we had to go buy an air mattress
• William J. (6/5): 2020 family vacation - This condo is in a great location which is beachfront. Having two balconies was great! Having the pool located beachside was also great. The condo we had was very roomy with 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Not all bedrooms had televisions. Upon arrival at 2pm we found our access information in a lock box right where we were told it was however, could not get in our room. Called phone number and maintenance man told us person just checked out and room had not been cleaned yet. There was no where to wait. No office or indoor place to sit. We sat on a wall in the parking deck. No cleaning person at property. Cleaning person showed up at 3:15. Had to keep calling maintenance man to see if room was done. Finally got in our room at 4:30. I was sort of mislead on the check in time. The queen bed had a very old mattress. Upgrades to the mattresses and pillows in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms would have made this a better experience.
• Lisa K. (8/5): COVID-19 getaway - The listing was accurate for the property but the check-in / out times were wrong. It was very difficulty to get a hold of someone to get the check in information. When I did through chat online everything went very smoothly. We arrived and the condo was very spacious with a lot of balcony space. One very large one facing the bay so the sunsets were beautiful and the other over looked the ocean with amazing sunrises. The kitchen had the basics, along with the linens. Bring your own beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be on our list of returns whenever we come Maryland. Amazing stay!!

I wish the management would have been more communicative on address of unit and procedures on gaining entry, I feel all of this could be done in a simple email just days before your intended arrival.

• Marian R. (10/5): Great Getaway - We had a great stay at the St. Tropez. Nice balcony with wonderful views. Restaurants in walking distance for takeout. Two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Sarah had everything ready to go when we arrived at the check-in building. Will definitely be back!
