- Daviann Samantha (10/5): - Friends had told me about St. Marteen, so I decided to go for my birthday celebration. Let me tell you, my experience was nothing short of Incredible!!! Without Sasha from the Sea Palace Resort, none of this would have happened. The Sea Palace Resort is located directly on the port with a spectacular view of the ocean. Warm turquoise water, ocean wind, and absolute tranquility are all just feet away. Sasha was there from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to ensure that my entire trip and experience was the best it could be. First and foremost, my accommodation was a Suite, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, replete with a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with silverware/glassware, cooking equipment, and even a dishwasher. It was gorgeously decorated with rose petals and balloons, and it made me cry happy tearsš. Sasha was always ready to answer questions, make recommendations for things to do on the island, and assist with transportation. She even went above and beyond by arranging for a nurse to come to the resort and administer covid tests for guests for their return travels home. To be honest, I had entirely forgotten about covid testing (laughs), but Sasha was keeping track of everything, which I truly appreciated. Because of the fantastic experience I had in St. Marteen, I decided to leave my heartā¤ļøš there, as a result, Sasha, St. Marteen, and Sea Palace, I shall be seeing you soonšš. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

- Wanda (10/5): - The perfect spot to stay in Philipsburg. At the quieter end of the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are recently renovated and have everything you need.
- John (2/5): Bad place to stay - This hotel was very disorganized starting at the front desk. When we were checking in there were two other guests in front of us to check in. One party showed their reservation confirmation and the front desk had no room and asked them to wait. No manager at facility. The next couple checked in but within five minutes weāre back at the front desk with a problem regarding their room. We checked in and said we wanted to see the room first. We got in the elevator and got stuck. We called and no answer we pounded on the walls and no one came. Finally we pried the door open and the elevator was right next to the front desk and no one helped us. It was at this point that we told the desk man that we did not wish to stay in such a bad dirty place. Donāt stay here it is a badly run operation and no one has any authority to make a decision.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom 2 bath unit - spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. Staff is amazing as well as owners and the island residents. This was our 2nd time there and will be back again!

It had a full furnished kitchen, full size refrigerator, dish washer, stove and all the things required for a prolonged stay. I'm really glad i choose the Sea Palace for my week long stay in Sint Maarten. The only problem was that the elevator was working off and on, but since I was only on the 2nd floor the travel up and down the stairs was not a problem.
- DKJ (8/5): - With a family of three, one member being a toddler who loves the beach, this was exactly what we needed. A hotel on the lovely stretch of Great Bay Beach. The room was amazing and the best part was the washer and dryer as we returned home with clean laundry. We were also thankful to the management for making us feel safe after we received news that there was Storm heading to SXM. They told us their plans and that personnel would be present 24/7. Thank you Sea Palace for making us feel at home.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - What I like about the resort is the ocean view, and the fact that the beach is just a foot step away, and surrounded by many restaurants.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was my second time in Sea Palace with unfortunately a total opposite experience: 1. I did not get the roomtype that I reserved (ie washer dryer not present, the room was smaller), instead as a frequent traveler I was given a leftover room. I was simply turned away when I complained. 2. Internet and TV did not work for the first 2 days. The front that clerk insisted that internet and TV were working and did not bother to send a technician. After 2 days I managed to find the router on the back the TV and was able to reset. The streaming TV device had to be reset every couple of hours. 3. I was given a room on the first floor amidst the laundry room, management and other offices and building material storage area. 4. The room was on the street side and the window frame was half an inch too small for the window hole, through which all street noise and smells came in. 5. The AC was too small for the room. It could not cool the room enough. I had to use the ceiling van in conjunction with the AC. 6. I bought a complete pre-paid package. Nevertheless they still charged electicity utility costs afterwards. 7. The room was not cleaned every day. Big pity.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We found out upon arrival that we had to pay a bill of $35 minimum for one week of electricity and more if we went over. While there, the hot water heater generator exploded while I was in the shower and scared the living daylights out of me. That night I had to take a cold shower and wait until morning for it to be fixed. On top of that, we were charged an extra $40 for two beach towels even though we explained to the receptionist that they were in the room when we left. My husband and I used a very limited amount of electricity, and it almost seemed as if they were trying to get the extra money one way or another. Also, there was a $50 a day charge if we wanted housekeeping except on Wednesdays. They are still under construction on the side of the building. The construction site is right next to the entrance to the beach. A little scary. Other than that, the price we paid was awesome and the place was superb. The one bedroom we stayed in was newly renovated and came equipped with a spectacular view of the beach and city. It had a beautiful kitchen area, lovely living room, two bathrooms, and plenty of room for guess if we had any. If those unfortunate events could be avoided in the future we would definitely return.
- Teto (8/5): - On the property they are finishing remodeling after the hurricane that affects them but nothing serious, the room with all its amenities very good and the balcony have an exceptional view!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Property is under construction. Lots of stuff every where in the halls. Had two guys working outside my room with drills until 10:00 pm. went to ask them to stop and got some lame excuse that they are almost done.
- John (4/5): - The hotel is under construction, it would be nice if it was mentioned before I purchased 11 nights. It feels like you are on the construction site and need a hard hat.
