• Benjamin (6/5): Does a 1 night job. - The staff were very friendly. The room was standard, as expected. There was no window which was disappointing. No window and location was not great.
• Emma (8/5): Overall our stay was good and we really liked the staff. - The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a blocked sink and it was repaired immediately. Also the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and water provided. The location wasn’t great but we managed by renting a scooter. The outside noise is also very loud and there is no window to the outside in the room so it was quite dull.

• Viktor (7/5): - Heel behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met schuiven die te sluiten waren met slotje. De wifi op ons verdiep werkte niet. Op een bepaald moment werkte die van op het andere verdiep ook niet. Dit was lastig omdat we wel wat opzoekingswerk wouden doen. Personeel heeft dit wel meteen uitgezocht en was heel communicatief. Het probleem bleek niet bij hen te liggen maar bij het aanbieder ervan. Enkel handzeepjes beschikbaar in badkamer. Enkel raampje naar binnenplaats waar iedereen kon binnenkijken, dus weinig natuurlijk licht.

• Jeanne (10/5): - I only stayed one night, but it was really nice and clean. The bedroom was huge with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful, and you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner from a nearby café via WhatsApp for a very good price, they deliver it straight to your room.

• Esmee (8/5): Voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding een dikke 10! Het is een prima goede plek voor een overnachting in Mataram. Geen enor - De plaats en het personeel. De kamer was erboven groot De badkamer was niet enorm hygiënisch maar ik heb studentenkamers gezien die er erger aan toe waren.

Good location far form the noise of the city but close enough to all services (I was riding a motorbike). Comfortable bed. nothing to point out

• Natalie (9/5): - Super "eigentlich" leider wird extrem geraucht. Man riecht es leider überall. Auch die Angestellten rauchten in der Ecke ausserhalb meines Zimmers, alles riecht nach Rauch. Ich hab gebeten das sie doch unten rauchen möchten und um Spray gebeten. Was leider nichts hilft . Es riecht nun überall. Der Raum des Personals war auch direkt neben meinem. Gestern hab ich auch schon rauch gerochen. Ich glaub es zieht durch die Wände. Des Weiteren hat das Personal heute morgen wild um sich herum geklopft ich glaub sie wollten staub beseitigen auf den Plastikblumen Kultur hin oder her um 07 h morgens kann das bisschen leiser sein da die meisten Gäste noch schlafen. Die Kultur versteht Ruhe und Rücksicht nicht. Ich glaube sie meinen es nicht böse, aber darauf sollten sie sensibilisiert werden wenn man internationale zufriedene Gäste haben möchte. Betten sind bequem. Raum ist schön gross. Nachttischlampe. Warmes Wasser gibt es. Schallisolierung ist glaub nicht vorhanden, etwas hellhörig wenn Leute in der Lobby sind. Personal super nett und verständnisvoll. Kartenzahlung möglich ohne Gebühr aber es wird aufgerundet anstatt abgerundet bei Zahlung. Kaffee und Tee NICHT kostenfrei. Wasser aber schon. Lauwarmes und heißes Wasser. Wasser im Zimmer wird aufgefüllt und Handtücher getauscht obwohl ich gebeten hab das Zimmer nicht zu betreten. Gibt auch kein Schild dazu. Kostenlose Pflegeprodukte. Keine Zahnbürste oder Hausschuhe wie beschrieben.

The rates is budget-friendly, making it a great option for those who prefer privacy without breaking the bank :) also the atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a restful stay before continuing your journey to another destination ( we had to go to Mt.Rinjani trekking next day) the downside was : no western foods available nearby

• Fiona (6/5): - It’s a fair hotel and reasonable price. Allowed you to leave baggage here. People loitering around the lobby area all day and night talking loud. They also allow people to smoke in the lobby area, the smell of smoke lingers around. On my second one night stay I checked in late at 11pm and there was ants all over the table.

• 李伟 (10/5): - 我最近入住了一家非常棒的民宿，整体体验非常满意。首先，整个住宿环境非常干净整洁，不论是公共区域还是房间内部，都打扫得非常到位。床铺也很干净、舒适，让人睡得很安心。最让我惊喜的是，这家民宿的价格非常便宜，性价比极高！对于预算有限的旅客来说，绝对是一个非常理想的选择。以后有机会我一定还会再来！

• Lucy (8/5): - This place was just fine for an unexpected one night stay in Mataram. Everything was as we expected. There was some noise in the evening as it was a busy hotel but not too bothersome. We’d happily return if needed .
