- Andriana (8/5): Very good - The room's big and clean, very comfortable. Breakfast little bit disappointed because not enough choices, maybe because they're doing renovation on their restaurant.

I don't mind them being old, but I really cannot bear with stains everywhere and on everything. 2. The WiFi is super slow. 3. The breakfast is minimum. 4. There is a bad smell coming out from the A/C.

Hotel position is very strategis and near from UGM, central shopping Gardena and Galleria Mall. The line of streat a lot of street food and cafe like gudeg Yu djum, Sagan et al. Have small room and very simple decoration

- Dillie (4/5): You get what you pay - I expected the level of service and experience considering the rate. So dont even think to have even a decent service. If you are looking for a place to sleep only for exploring jogja, the place is suitable for the purpose. Cleanliness was at average, bathroom cleanliness is acceptable (somehow). We made a good decision not to include breakfast in our rate, we found a local street food breakfast which what we were looking for. Location wise the hotel was ok considering jogja is not that big (some popular local cuisine is exactly on the same street). Parking space was ok, at least when we were there. 2 Water dispenser stations are on each floor, it's very helpful and reduce the plastic waste The best thing about the hotel was they made some agreement with a local laundry vendor at reasonable price even for the express service. For me the service from the laundry guy is even better than the receptionist, maybe they should hire him to be a permanent receptionist
