- Shaye (10/5): Exceptional B&B - Everything! Amazing B&B - comfy bed and room, very nice breakfast, delightful English B&B feel, lovely sitting area out front, close walk to tavern and town with plenty of food options and a great base for drives to go exploring the national parks. Friendly owners! No complaints, would easily stay here again

- Helen (10/5): Best B&B outside of England! - Beautiful heritage home with verandas and garden. The hosts are generous and caring. The rooms are super comfy and cosy.
- Rob (10/5): I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Liz and Richard - Close to motorway and amenities. Bathroom was bright and clean. Breakfast was delicious and sustained me for a busy day. Liz was a great host. Highly recommend a stay here. I regret not asking where I could get fresh water to drink during the night. However, uber eats delivers to address
- Pera Bergman (9/5): Lovely place - Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, clean room. Great breakfast Nothing
- Mitchell (10/5): - Lovely room, great breakfast, and incredibly welcoming hosts.
- Elena (10/5): Proprietari gentilissimi, struttura molto curata con parcheggio gratuito. Consigliatissima! - Gestione famigliare e ottima colazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

- Jessica (10/5): Lovely - The Village B&B was a great stay. The room was great and comfortable. The hosts, Liz & Rich were lovely and helpful. The location is great, a lovely small town with many food options among other things within walking distance to explore as well as not too far from the main parts of the Gold Coast. There was nothing i can fault/ Nothing i didn't like about this accomodation.
The only thing that some people might not be so keen on is that one room has an external bathroom. While this bathroom is external it is still your own private bathroom for your stay so it didn't bother me or effect my stay at all.
(It is noted in the room description private external bathroom)
- Elisabeth Everdina Gerarda (9/5): Heerlijke B&B! - Alles, leuk huis, mooie kamer, badkamer. Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Niets
- Dirk (9/5): Sauberes schönes Zimmer mit guter Lage. - Schönes altes Haus mit sauberem Zimmer.
- FAI (10/5): -
- Alex (10/5): Very Simply, I will be back the next time i need to stay in the region - The location, the room and facilities within the room were all great. I did not have breakfast as I had to be on the job earlier than it was being served The only thing I couldn't work out was how to turn the fan off.
- Peter (8/5): - Affordable with very polite helpful service
- michael (8/5): -
- Meg (10/5): - The total
- van den Bos (8/5): A nice stay in a convenient location. - A individually cooked breakfast was provided by the smiling owners making it a pleasant and memorable occasion and worth remembering for future travel. An extra chair in the room would have been a nice addition to the otherwise well-equipped facilities.
- Denise (8/5): We love our stays at The Village :) - The location is amazing, you are surrounding by shops, supermarket, restaurants & a tavern, all within walking distance.
- Brent (10/5): We had a 1 night stay. Room is a good size with everything you need. Aircon worked well which was needed. - Great location near shopping Centre
- Kiara (10/5): Absolutely wonderful experience - the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond. - Beautiful place in the middle of a beautiful town - so much around and so much to do! It could get a bit noisy outside at night - but this was at no fault of the hosts!
- Krzysztof (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do Springbrook National Park. Smaczne śniadanie. Polecamy!
- Deric (9/5): Our stay was pleasant. The B and B is well run and well kept. - The location was convenient and easy to find. The check in was simple and efficient. For an older building our room was clean and bright. The property entrance, parking and signage in the dark were a little confusing at first. Gravel up to the door was a little challenging with big luggage.
- Sven (9/5): -
- Anna (10/5): - The facilities were clean but also really cosy - difficult to get that balance.
Thanks to Liz and Rich for letting me stay on in the verandah after check-out until the flight!
- Neil (9/5): We would thoroughly recommend staying at The Village B&B - All aspects were excellent, including breakfast Just one issue - the TV control wasn’t working, that may have been how we were using it. We didn’t raise this with our hosts as It wasn’t important enough to us.
- Daniel (5/5): Nice place to crash in while travelling. Would not recommend to couples. - The place was nice and clean We shared a wall with the nearby room - we could hear any whisper from their side.
The AC was barely heating. Even in 30c
- Marilyn (10/5): - Well appointed and located... a very comfy stay. Great hosts!
- Carol (8/5): -
- Susanne (9/5): -
- Haley (10/5): Comfort & kindness - Gorgeous B&B , walk to the Wallaby Pub. Extremely comfy bed and bathroom, the kindest hosts and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.
- Pierre (10/5): Best bnb for gold coast - Thank you Liz and Richard for an awesome stay. Very affordable, clean, central. Rooms stunning. So much history. Stunning modern bathroom! Thank you for the mango’s! Nothing!
- Helen (10/5): - Quaint accommodation. Cooked breakfast option. Homely and very comfortable. Great location with lots of local facilities. Friendly staff.
- Ursula del Pilar (10/5): Excellent stay - The room was very cosy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Liz and Richard provide a great service. They are very friendly and helpful, lovely people. Great value for money.
- Christian (10/5): Cozy and delightful Queenslander stay with great breakfast. - Delicious bacon and eggs for breakfast, with plenty of options for coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt and drinks. Such a treat to wake up to such great and fast service. The room was very cozy and comfortable with climate control, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to visit during our stay.
- Napier (9/5): Great hosts, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast. - Comfortable, spotless and had those extra touches (nice bodywash, biscuits, good selection of teas) that make B&B stays special. Cooked breakfast of poached eggs on sour dough was exceptional.
- Xuan (10/5): -
- Angela (8/5): Comfortable, clean and friendly hosts - The room was beautifully furnished and quiet. I didn't give a 10 as I didn't experience breakfast as I had to leave early.
- Amy-Claire (10/5): The Village B&B had everything I needed and was a pleasure to visit. - Very comfortable amenities in a beautiful house. Friendly, welcoming staff in a charming, historic location. Delicious breakfast as well!
- Peter (10/5): Nineteenth century charm with all the modern amenities - We loved the character and decor of the property. The dining/breakfast room was full of old world charm and breakfast itself was delicious and more than adequate. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. A few minutes walk to the village and a shopping centre that both have a wide array of eating/dining options. Liz and Rich are absolutely brilliant hosts! When we return to the Gold Coast, we will be back without hesitation! Nothing at all.
- lyn (10/5): Pleasant stay… friendly owners and lovely breakfast - Convenient to everything we needed… Lovely old world charm
- Karen (10/5): Great! - All of it was great. Everything met my expectations.
- Servane (9/5): Great stay in Mudgeeraba - The hosts were really nice. They gave us many explanations on things to do around.
And the breakfast was just perfect !
- Helen (10/5): Friendly, pretty place, close to scenic attractions - We had an excellent breakfast. It was a very pleasant experience to talk with the other guests over breakfast. You could, of course, just keep to yourself as each family had their own table, but we reached out and had some nice conversations. We also liked the pretty room. The hotel was convenient for us to explore the beautiful countryside.
- Garry (10/5): Excellent stay fantastic room fabulous brekkie -
- Ken (10/5): -
- JanineC112 (8/5): Quaint - Quaint and Pleasant. Sofa bed mattress kept slipping however everything else was fine. Breakfast was available between 730 and 830 so I would like this extend to at least 9am.
Breakfast had all that you required. The pool is not available for use even though booking.com said it was however the owner was going to follow this up.
- Janine Cooper (8/5): Quainth - Ambience, location Pool was not available for use even though it stated it on your website.
- Beverley (9/5): Beautiful place to stay, great hosts & would definitely stay again if up that way. - Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable room & great breakfast.

Another thing to add, the accessibility... you get everything within walking distance.

Would highly recommend
- lynw926 (10/5): A Local Diamond - I'd already sampled the delights of the high tea so took a friend for lunch, what a delight. Beautiful setting, friendly staff and home cooked delicious food. English themed so we chose the Ploughman's Platter - wow! Pork Pie, ham, cheese etc with the right condiments and plenty of it and fresh, loose leaf tea. Won't be long before going back.
- Debra (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Great find on the GC host very welcoming and great value for money.
- Paul (10/5): - everything
- Sean (9/5): -

Handy to supermarket and restaurants etc
Breakfast was a nice bonus Nothing, everything was great
- MyoungHo (10/5): - Kind
- Lyn (10/5): - Friendly and restful and close to shops.
- L6777KVbonnied (10/5): Excellent - I can’t fault my stay here. So welcoming, warm, and homely, but also meticulously clean with such a comfy bed and quality linen - all for such a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll go out of my way to recommend this place to stay. A much better experience than anything you’d get at a hotel or motel for this price point.
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Neil (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again when next we visit Mudgeeraba. - The room is old school quaint. It takes you back to a better time. Through French doors you can go out onto a wide verandah for drinks and take in the garden. The breakfast is great and the hosts are excellent.
Situated right in the village there is easy access to shops and restaurants. Would recommend this to couples. It might be a little tough with kids. The parking is a little confined but beyond this there is little to complain about.
- Sue (9/5): We would definitely stay there again. - This is set in a beautiful village not far from the M1 motorway. Despite its close proximity it was very quiet for our overnight stay on our road trip. A beautiful cooked breakfast was served in the morning. The hosts were very friendly.
- John (10/5): Perfect stopover - Great location, quiet, comfortable and great breakfast Nothing
- Marilyn (10/5): Comfy, cozy, friendly. - The hosts were excellent, very friendly and professional The parking a little confusing and a little difficult to back out, but all in all nothing really to complain about
- Nicholas (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great place run by lovely people.
Spotlessly clean and conveniently located. Cooked beakfast in the morning was a bonus. Fantastic value too 👍
- Bradley (10/5): Adorable and cozy - when can I go back?!? - Delightful! Such a cute and cozy place that goes above and beyond with sweet little touches like a tea and coffee station and a comfortable bed.
Their English breakfast was so tasty and made even more fun in their charming cafe. The owners were so helpful and kind, offering us numerous ideas of what to explore in the area. We truly felt like we were spending time with old friends.
Best stay in our Australia trip by light years!
- Martin (10/5): Rich and Liz are excellent hosts - Everything N/A
- Tony (10/5): The place to stay in Mudgeeraba - Fabulous hosts, wonderful food, great for a short break
- peter (10/5): Close to attractions - Bryon bay in qld
- David (10/5): - Bult great room, fantastic bathroom, couldn't great for breakfast. Can walk to dinner places. Very nice
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathleen (10/5): - Our stay at Village b & b was just right for us. Close to village shops and eateries, and historical places. Liz and Rich are excellent hosts and we enjoyed our chats with them. Liz has a good selection of speciality teas served in elegant high class teapots and cups and saucers. Unfortunately we were too busy exploring to partake in their high tea on offer, but we believe its a great event. This is a charming olde worlde English style b & b. The decor is just lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the verandah reading our books. The breakfast provided was a wholesome way to start the day, and we liked that the setting of table was slightly different every day even with different salt and pepper sellars!
The old house exudes charm and delight and we even got used to using our own private bathroom down the passage which wasn't ideal but one can live with this. Guests having high tea or lunch from Thursday to Sunday had their own facilities but it did feel slightly wierd they could see into our bedroom if they wished. The setup could not be helped, so we just either closed the curtains or made sure we were out at the time. A few new seedlings in the garden wouldn't go amiss to add to the English Garden look. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to people. We hope to be back soon. Thank you, Liz and Rich!!!

- Miss (10/5): Beautiful village with wonderful hosts. - Amazing hosts and location. Excellent restaurants just a few hundred metres walk down the road. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hosts and it was a home away from home for a few short nights whilst on a work trip. I am already looking forward to my next stay.
- Gordon (10/5): Very happy - Nice breakfast

Lovely old building
