• hazelia (8/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, jedynie warto sie skupic na czystosci lazienki. - Wygodny pokój, lozka dajace prywatność, czysty pokój. Miła obsluga, bar i przestrzen wspolna, kawa, herbata, czajnik, darmowa woda pitna. Prywatny onsen. Darmowe zatyczki do uszu - co w przypadku gdy jedna osoba chrapala - uratowalo mi noc. Brudna toaleta, zagrzybiały prysznic.

• Sretenovic (7/5): Perfect for short stay - Good location and good for short stay. Traditional Japanese sleepover. Room was clean, but facilities not so much.

• Martina Elisabeth (10/5): Great value for money - beautiful nature & easy to get to - We had a very nice stay at the Toi Guesthouse. Its a traditional style simple accommodation. The room was a spacious traditional Japanese style room on an own floor. We also enjoyed the home cooked meal at the evenings.

• Sophie (10/5): - Lovely guesthouse with a nice communal area and great views of the surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect cosy place to come back to after a day in the outdoors, with a fab little private onsen too. You can also get food from there - I had some amazing dumplings. The hosts were lovely and we had a nice chat!

• Katherine (10/5): - Fantastic hosts in a hostel style accommodation. The room was tidy and the beds were comfy. It was nice and very convenient to have a restaurant in the lounge area. The accommodations were just a 5-10min walk to the bus station (depending on which bus you need).

L'emplacement oblige de se deplacer pour visiter, à pied principalement et vu le temps c'était impossible. Donc la rusticité de la guesthouse est devenue plus problématique que si il avait fait beau Personnel très sympathique et bienveillant

• Emma (9/5): i loved my stay here - would definitely recommend :) - i was recommended this property by a friend and i can see why - i loved my stay here!! excellent location, the staff are amazing, and everything had been thought of with lots of information on things to do. the guesthouse is easy to access by public transport as it is next to a bus stop and a short walk from a train station, making it easy to get around. the food was also amazing and well priced, and i love that they had vegetarian options!! the only thing was that the rooms are sometimes noisy due to the trains and the wind.

• YUKA (4/5): - 全体的に清潔感がなく、水回りも汚く部屋の隅にはほこりが溜まっていて、お風呂もちらっと見ると汚かったので使う気になれず、別の施設の日帰り温泉を利用しました。 共用のゴミ箱も汚く、いつ掃除しているんだろうと思うくらい　いつもゴミがいっぱい入っていました。 他の方の口コミで汚いことは事前に把握しており、改善されていることを期待していましたが、実際行ってみて改善されることはなさそうだと感じました。

• Julio (9/5): Super cozy if you want to relax, and socialise. - It’s super cozy. The Chinese lady at the front desk during weekends made the place feel so welcoming and social. She is a ball of energy. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. The capsules can have a small shelf to put small stuff like phones and wallets. And maybe a dishwasher so the staff don’t have to manually clean all the dirty dishes constantly.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Nice basic lodging option - The staff was great and very helpful. The atmosphere was really nice. It was a good spot for doing the classic Hakone Loop since it is located on the train line. It was hard to find initially and we ended up walking on a busy road at night. There is a better shortcut to the hotel, but it is difficult to find at first -- from the train station, cross the street (but don't go up into the town) and walk a short distance along the main road until you get to the train tracks; from there, you can find an entrance to a trail that takes you almost directly to the hostel without being on major roads. There are a lot of stairs on this route, but it beats the highways with no sidewalk and blind curves!

• Santori (9/5): - I really liked the old cottage vibes the structure has. All in wood and very beautiful, especially the common room. The staff was super nice and gave us a lot of useful advice! Overall it was very nice. Just the fact that there were two buildings and and the shower were just in one. So If u were staying in the not-main building u needed to go there every time to shower. But they are next to each other so it wasn't a big problem. Also we parked the car in the parking of the facility and it was cheap and useful, but there is a crazy man (probably the neighbour) which started accusing us of ruining his car which was parked next to his. Obviously it wasn't true and nothing happened in the end, but if u have a car be careful!

The place is clean, has wi-fi, all facilities are shared, but clean Don't expect any decor, it's just a wooden box with futons. My room was in the "extension" that is not connected to the "main", so to go to shower, I needed to go outside and walk to the other building, it's two steps literally, but still, not the most comfortable arrangement

• JUI YU (7/5): 在一個風景不錯的小山坡 - 入住前後都可以寄放行李 公共空間雜物有點多，可以多加規劃收納空間
• vivien (9/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel m'a permis de faire une balade très sympa à la cascade Chisuji avec une boucle par le Mont Sengen. J'ai aussi pu faire une balade au mont Ashigara facilement accessible en bus depuis l'hôtel. A 5min à pieds on a 2 konbinis. Le onsen est très appréciable, j'en ai profité tous les jours. J'ai bien dormi, on est pas gêné par le train, je précise j'ai des boule quies. Rien du a l'hôtel, simplement la première nuit un couple mal éduqué qui faisait encore des conversations téléphoniques après 23h ( Un grand coup dans le mur les a calmés )

• Will (8/5): Solid - Amazing location in the mountains. Very friendly staff, speaking good English. Nice bar and nearby restaurants. Convenience stores a short walk away. Mattress wasn’t so comfortable. Multiple rocky flights of stairs have to be scaled to reach the property.
