• Nikos (8/5): - Πολύ καλή και πρακτική λύση για μια σύντομη διαμονή στον Άγιο Νικόλαο. Δεν υπήρχε πάντα άνθρωπος στη ρεσεψιόν, ακόμα και στη διάρκεια της ημέρας, με αποτέλεσμα να μη βρίσκω κανένα για ένα ζήτημα που είχε προκύψει με το δωμάτιο, Ο λόγος που επιλέγω πάντα ξενοδοχείο αντί για Airbnb είναι ακριβώς για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.

• Rocío (7/5): Buena ubicación - Está a dos calles del centro y tiene buena relación calidad precio para pasar una noche, no más. Haría falta renovar el mobiliario, y los colchones eran bastante incómodos. El ascensor era pequeño y antiguo, preferimos usar las escaleras.

• Alexandra (9/5): - La struttura è davvero molto centrale, a piedi è possibile visitare tutto il bellissimo paesino. Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze, non a pagamento. La stanza è super pulita, il bagno è spazioso, ci sono anche un balcone (dove stendere eventualmente costumi e teli mare) e un tavolino. Ho chiesto un phone e me ne è stato subito fornito uno. La ragazza che si occupa della struttura è molto gentile. Viene fornita anche la chiave dell'ingresso per cui si può rientrare a qualsiasi ora. Se dovessi proprio trovare un difetto direi che il letto era un po' troppo duro, ma comunque siamo riusciti a riposare.
• Claudia (8/5): - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Piccolo hotel semplice, senza fronzoli, molto economico e vicinissimo al centro. Camera di giuste dimensioni, dotata anche di piccola cucina con frigo. Il bagno ha anche la lavatrice. La finestra, molto grande e dotata di balconcino, ha una zanzariera. Cosa ancora più importante, pulizia eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente. Unico neo: materassi un po' duri, ma è il mio gusto personale.

• Doinaa (8/5): - Great location, close to the bus stop and center, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, a small but nice balcony. There was a bad smell of moisture and the bed was uncomfortable. I could not rest but for one short night it was ok as the price was low.

The air conditioning unit was not working but we could not switch rooms because we needed 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed. The staff did their best to accomodate us with a portable air conditioner but it wadn’t quite the same.

• Natallia (10/5): - Маленький, но уютный. Есть лифт. Кондиционер. Очень приятный и чуткий персонал. Недалеко (5минут) до пляжа. На одной кровати был ОЧЕНЬ жёсткий матрас. Но возможность спать на разных кроватях, решила проблему. Кондиционер расположен исключительно, что дует прямо на голову спящим, а без него невозможно душно. Но мы смогли решить и эту проблему.

• latowski (8/5): Polecam - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, klimatyczny i niedrogi obiekt. Przyjemny pokój z małym aneksem kuchennym, wygodnym łóżkiem i balkonem. Moskitiera, zacieniające zasłony i rolety zewnętrzne to świetne połączenie. Elastyczna obsługa gotowa slużyć pomocą w razie kłopotów. Polecam Grecja, więc papier toaletowy wrzuca się do śmietnika a nie do sedesu bo się zapycha. Tak Grecy i Kreteńczycy budują instalację kanalizacyjną. Tak już jest. Obiekt wyłamuje się oferując bezpłatne, zazwyczaj, łóżeczko dla małego dziecka za 8 €.

• Nathalie (7/5): Tres bien pour un séjour tranquille - Hôtel très bien situé près des arrêts de bus pour la navette gratuite depuis et vers la gare routière. A 200m d’une plage, du centre ville et 300 m du lac. Non loin du restaurant “Portes”, meilleur restaurant des vacances avec le restaurant “Manolis” à Plakias. La propreté de l’hôtel, de la chambre. Le petit balcon où prendre le petit déjeuner. La possibilité de se faire à manger le matin (bouilloire, plaque de cuisson…). Le Monsieur de la chambre d’à côté qui avait une grosse voix 😁

• Leclair67150 (8/5): Un logement fonctionnel - J'ai aimé l'emplacement qui permet d' explorer la ville à pied. La grande terrasse est top avec 2 fauteuils et 1 table pour le petit dej et les repas. Il n'y a pas de produit vaisselle, pas d' éponge, pas de torchon. Pas de sel, pas de poivre. Petit conseil : vous devriez acheter un minimum et ne pas retirer ce que les clients laissent, ça serait plus accueillant et moins radin.

La machinerie à ascenseur lorsque l'on est au dernier étage est bruyante et les bruits du couloir (notamment clé) en pleine nuit sont dérangeants. Des patins sous les chaises seraient judicieux.

Уборка номера каждый день, и приятная девушка на ресепшене. Рекомендую!! Плохо работала комфорка, вермишель варилась минут 25) Не было никакой химии, пришлось все покупать : тряпки,моющее ,порошок и это все на несколько дней, неудобно (( И интернет плохой.
• Thierry (9/5): Une pause d’été dans un vrai quartier. une chambre, la plage, le centre ville à deux pas - Petit hôtel super bien placé à 2 pas de la plage tranquille pour un bain matinal. À 2 pas du centre ville. Un accueil charmant et chaleureux. Franchement top pour un break à Ágios ! C’est un hôtel de ville donc comme dans tout les hôtels de ville. Il peut y avoir du passage mais rien de gênant.

• Protsko (5/5): It's good if you don't cook. - Good location for the beach and access to grocery stores. The kitchen in the room is very old, the stove takes a long time to heat up and then cools down, which makes the room very stuffy. One of the burners did not work. So if you expect to be able to cook food calmly, you will be disappointed. There are no shelves in the closet, only a rack with hangers. Not enough space to put things away.

• KARIOU (9/5): - Μείναμε 4 βράδια στο ξενοδοχείο και ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που ψάχναμε! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα στο κέντρο, με καφετέριες, φούρνους, supermarket πολύ κοντά. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο όσο πρέπει καθώς στις διακοπές λείπαμε όλη μέρα και επιστρέφαμε μόνο για να ξεκουραστούμε. Η Δώρα ήταν γλυκύτατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Prezzo economico La porta per entrare in stanza era molto piccola e un pò difettosa, ma nulla di così grave.

Персонал великолепен, можно оставить багаж после выселения до вечера. Комнату убирали и даже мыли посуду. Приятный бонус - бутилированная вода на ресепшене. Душ очень слабо работал и вид из окна не очень, но это видимо как повезет с номером
