L'hôtel peut également vous réserver une voiture privée pour visiter les alentours d'Hanoï. rien, à part la baignoire pas très pratique

We went to Halong Bay and Tam Coc and left half our luggage with them before coming back to Hanoi for another flight, they happily accommodated this. We had a superior room with balcony and although you can hear the traffic/street noise, it's not disruptive. The part of the hotel our room was in was in another building, it's not a problem, but you do have to go to the main hotel for breakfast .... its only a few metres, but something to be aware of

My room on the top floor had floor to ceiling glass giving an amazing panoramic view, looked forward to opening the curtains each morning. He linens did not have any soap or fabric softener smell. All staff were helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast was amazing food. I highly recommend Bella Rosa.

Big shoutout to the young lady at reception—she spoke great English, wore glasses, and was really lovely (wish I remembered her name!). The restaurant staff were great too. Location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so everything is super convenient. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Hanoi 👍

They could not do enough for you. Bed really comfortable and room is kept clean. The housekeeping staff & luggage assistants are all brilliant, very great team. It can be noisy all through the night. This was fine for us, but if you are a light sleeper - expect a lot of noise from the street.

The low score is in no way a reflection of them but the hotel facilities - see negatives below - breakfast was good - location was excellent The negatives - overall the rooms were in a very poor condition; pictures advertised must have been taken decades ago. Bathroom wasn't clean and neither was the bedroom. - no soundproofing, the rooms were very loud at night - hotel charges 5% on top of the advertised price for a card payment. Common practice in Vietnam, but still they must advertise this during the booking. - rooftop bar and breakfast are in a different building close by.

The hotel’s proximity to the city centre made it extremely convenient to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. I was especially impressed with the breakfast — it was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety to start the day right. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their excellent service truly made the stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at 3 different rooms over the course of 2 weeks (we moved back in forth between cities) and they all some sort of issue, and the sheets were "just barelly ok" in terms of cleanliness. - Julia (9/5): Super Aufenthalt! - Das Hotel schreckt von außen auf den ersten Blick etwas ab, es wirkt alt und klein. Der Service ist aber super - wir durften viel früher ins Zimmer, das Frühstück war bisher das beste, das wir in einem Hotel in Hanoi hatten. Top Auswahl, viel Obst, verschiedene Speisen, Pancakes und Eier, asiatische Variationen, und weil wir es eilig hatten, wurden wir mehrfach gefragt, ob wir etwas mitnehmen wollen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Fenster - ist natürlich etwas teurer, aber das ist es wert. Die Lage fast direkt am Lake ist natürlich perfekt. Alles ist super, von der Optik verbesserungswürdig, aber solange Lage, Service, Zimmer und Frühstück passen, ist das nicht entscheidend.

La habitación daba con balcón a la calle y hay mucho ruido, lo cual puede ser un tema para la noche. Y por otro lado, habíamos pedido una habitación deluxe y nos dieron una normal pero como nos quedamos una noche nos dimos cuenta después. Solo revisar si se esta más de un día.

Was den Komfort und Zustand angeht, ist es verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind nach außen so gut wie gar nicht isoliert, so dass man alles hört als wäre das Fenster offen. Das solle berücksichtigt werden, wenn man empfindlich ist. Ansonsten ist es von der Lage aber top.

Frühstück war in der vom uns ursprüngliches Hotel. Nachdem wir öfters gehört haben dass dies eine Masche ist mit die Hotels glaube wir sind genau so reingefallen. Muss aber dazu sagen dass nachdem wir uns beschwert haben haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben und dies ist lobenswert.

Ma anche tutto il resto del personale, davvero bravi, bravi, una gentilezza che solo in Asia ormai. La struttura é datata, ma funzionante in tutto, doccia, aria condizionata etc. Ho avuto la camera con una terrazza grande e bella da starci la mattina e sera, peccato per il rumore assordante della strada, della gente, della movila tutta in quella parte che é anche vicina al lago. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, però a rischio della vita, come in tutto il Vietnam per un traffico caotico e non gestibile. Se sapete gestire il rumore, tappi o non tappi, se amate la movida, i ristoranti tutti li, la gente bella ma rumorosa, é un hotel da considerare.
