• Mariaflavia (8/5): Bello - Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno, la piscina anche se non troppo pulita era splendida, la casa è bella. un po’ troppo dispersiva il giardino non è tenuto al meglio la posizione è un po’ scomoda sarebbe meglio andarci se avete la possibilità di noleggiare un’auto
• Olea (6/5): - The location is good and the host was very polite and always on call if we needed something The house has a lot of potential but could use some maintenance and freshening up. The stairs creak quite a bit, and the terrace seems a bit old and worn. There were also spider webs in a few corners, and the air inside felt a bit stuffy — it would benefit from better ventilation. With a bit of care and renovation, the place could be much more comfortable.
• Eitan (5/5): Passable - Location, privacy This place is old !. We came for 6 nights. The villa we got (they have four so some of the pics are not the one you will get!!!) was of poor standard, with broken bits all over, dirty entrance, old appliances (it takes 10 min to make omlet), dangerous rusty nails in the pool area, rotten pool deck, yellow/green residue in the water around the pool (our swimsuits turned yellow...). We tried to ask the help of owner few times but they didn't come. But it was useless, they know what they rent... Its not something one can fix... Its old and it is what it is.
• Lucio (9/5): Superb - House in a hilly area, immersed in tranquility and among centuries-old olive trees. Excellent central location for visiting both the north and south of the island. Very kind host.
• Scott (8/5): Quiet, peaceful and private retreat - The owners are on-site to 'meet and greet' and address any issues which occur. They made themselves available via Whatsapp and responded very quickly when required. Air con in main living space and both bedrooms works well. The pool is maintained each day. New towels and sheets available on request. Tsilivi is easy and quick to reach from Parys Villas which is good for beaches, eating out and grocery shopping. The location is relatively peaceful and quiet. If you need lemons for your G&T then they are hanging on the tree outside. There are some aspects to the interior which could be updated if Parys Villas is going to compete with the newer properties being built in the area. The location will appeal to some because it is 'rural' and 'out of the way', however, it is initially not that easy to find because Google Maps tries to send you all roads and tracks except the one which actually takes you to the property so watch out! Once you are in-situ, you will need a car to get anywhere so not a location for anyone wanting alcohol fueled nights on the town.
• Sarah (8/5): Very relaxing and the family were lovely including the gorgeous pups - The property was lovely but could go with a bit of updating. We didn’t have enough kitchen utensils needed more pans and cutlery etc
• Robert (10/5): Xante is truly an amazing place with so much to do. This villa is around a 5 min drive to the nearest town/beach. - This property is really lovely. They have aircon in every room and the pool is kept nice and clean by on-site maintenance. The owners are on hand by WhatsApp should you need anything or just a short walk away. We were provided with a fridge with water on arrival which was really needed since we arrived at 11pm! The villa comes with all the homely appliances from a kettle to a dishwasher. There is a washing machine upstairs in a cupboard should you need to use it. en-suite toilets to both bedrooms and a toilet downstairs. Each toilet comes with a shower too!
• Imane (9/5): Overall good experience - The swimming pool, close to Zakynthos, separate bathrooms per room. Some lights not working, some small works needed (wardrobe doors a bit damaged, some doors are noisy some can’t close with the key of difficult to open).

• Anonymous (2/5): Very poor - Not so much. A lot of bad things Windows are broken, wooden floor around the pool with nails sticking out. All towels were dirty and with brown stains Smell was pretty bed inside and outside. Everything need to repaired. Most things are in very bed condition.

• Nicola (9/5): absolutely loved our stay here. the owner was lovely and even met us at a different location and take us to Vila when w - well maintained and private. private pool lots of space with balcony in bedroom as well as area beside pool all private. well equipped with everything needed and the owner was one of the most welcoming hosts we have came across. would definitely recommend

• shlomit (4/5): Not a good vacation - The place was a big disappointment. It was neglected, the service was bad they were cheap with the towels. There was no wifi on the first day and the owner just didn't care , although it was fixed the next day at noon.
