Был предоставлен чудесный завтрак, играла живая музыка. Все сотрудника выше всех похвал. Вызывала массажистку на расслабляющий массаж, пришла с медицинским образованием Саодат. Массаж превосходный. Я чувствовала, как она прорабатывает каждую мышцу моего тела. Была бы такая массажистка в моем городе, я ходила бы к ней однозначно. Если вернусь в Ташкент, обязательно сниму номер в этот отеле.
- Petra (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut - Lage, Zimmer, Küche, Frühstück einfach wunderbar. An der Rezeption würde ich mir mehr lösungsorientiertes Mitdenken und eine rasche Abwicklung wünschen. Ich hatte mir eine schwere Beinverletzung zugezogen, die mir das Gehen fast unmöglich machte. Mir wurde ein etwas leichterer Umweg empfohlen. Am nächsten Morgen musste ich feststellen, dass es einen barrierefreien Gang der Bediensteten gab, der eine erhebliche Abkürzung darstellte. Um ein Taxi zu bekommen (wir hatten kein Bargeld mehr), musste ich die Lösung vorschlagen. Die jungen Herren benahmen sich, als wären sie 20 Jahre jünger und als ginge sie das alles nichts an.

- Beat (9/5): Modernes und komfortables Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern, sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Unser Aufenthalt im Ichan Qal'a Premium Class Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rand der Altstadt und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unsere Suite war aussergewöhnlich grosszügig und das 240x200 cm grosse King-Size-Bett sehr komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Indoor-Pool. Der Aussenpool war während unseres Aufenthalts leider noch geschlossen. Das Nachtessen im Hotelrestaurant war gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr ausgewogen, mit guter Auswahl und angenehmer Qualität. Ein komfortables Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern und guter Lage, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns aufgefallen ist: Die Rezeption wirkt im Verhältnis zur Grösse und Qualität des Hotels eher klein und etwas provisorisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand anwesend, da die zuständige Person offenbar Essen holen ging. Einige Gäste warteten bereits längere Zeit und verliessen schliesslich etwas frustriert das Hotel, ohne ihr gewünschtes Taxi organisieren zu können. Wir sind sicher, dass sich dieser Eindruck mit einer etwas konstanteren Präsenz an der Rezeption leicht verbessern liesse.

- Alison (9/5): Pleasant hotel. - It was very quirky in that it is a series of "villas" which means lots of little outside places to sit. The staff were very friendly and it was a good experience.
- Ásdís Björk (10/5): Beautiful hotel with excellent staff - The property is BEAUTIFUL and the room was super nice. The facilities, such as the pool and sauna, were a great bonus! The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were super kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend. The location is quite far from most tourist attractions, and there's over a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Yandex taxis are quite cheap though so it was easy to get around.

Not very close to metro but it's not noisy but comfortable street with park and colleges nearby so it feels calm and safe. Would like to return again. It would be great if we could enjoy breakfast in the courtyard and also second part of April seems warm enough to make the outdoor pool available.

Hotel quote as follows: Yes, we can arrange a transfer for you from Train station to the hotel. - Deborah (8/5): Lovely hotel and huge suite - The suite was huge and the bathroom was amazing. Clean facility. Great breakfast. My friend and I both booked hour-long massages. I showed up to mine on time and the masseuse was busy with someone else and told me to come back in a half hour so I cancelled mine. My friend then told me to take her slot but when I showed up, the masseuse was busy with yet another customer and told me to come back in an hour. So again, I cancelled. That evening, the guy at the front desk blamed us for not showing up on time so we had to set him straight. The hotel lost out on US$100 because of an unprofessional masseuse.
- Diego (10/5): Perfect start for a trip to Uzbekistan! - Perfect full immersion into Uzbekistan to start a trip in this amazing country. Staff really friendly, honest and helpful. The room was perfect. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Lots of choice and live musicians playing traditional music is a great start in the day. Maybe a little bit far from the center but it doesn't bother too much, since the main attractions are far apart anyway. And with the Yandex Go App, you can reach every point of the city/country for a very good price.

- Rui (5/5): - Para quem aprecia um hotel no estilo do País visitado, fugindo às cadeias hoteleiras internacionais, é uma boa opção. Todavia o meu quarto tinha 3 disfuncionalidades: a tv não mudava de canais; o candeeiro no WC por cima do espelho não acendia, tornando fazer a barba tarefa árdua e candeeiro da mesa de cabeceira desligado. Comuniquei na recepção estes problemas, convencido de que durante o dia resolviam, tendo dispensado pela manhã uma mudança de quarto que me fora proposto, pois, julgava eu, que a manutenção resolveria. Não aconteceu. Um grupo fez muito barulho num pateo traseiro e só por pedido de intervenção nossa, é que a recepção silenciou o grupo, passava da meia-noite e meia. Uma última palavra sobre os funcionários, em regra esforçados, muito rudimentares no inglês, havendo excepções nos da recepção.

В двух шагах рестораны - Горыныч и новиковский ПроХинкали Из хорошего - всё! 1) Ужасная слышимость дверей, звуки в коридоре - как-будто говорят в номере. 2) Разбросанные корпуса жилья, бассейна и ресторана - между ними в любую погоду вам ходить по улице. Подъем без лифта по узкой лестнице. Той красоты, что на фото вы и не увидите - очень маленькая территория. 3) В номере окно в стену, без уличного света, так как сверху крыша - в номере пахнет сыростью. Для борьбы с сыростью номер отапливали, и это в апреле! 4) Мебель в номере громоздкая с выпуклыми острыми набалдашниками - постоянно протискиваешься, чтобы не удариться. 5) Для сауны вас попросят за час предупредить для её прогрева. 6) Не подходит для семей - отель предложил два номера 2+1 человека и, несмотря на заверение о размещении рядом, поселил в разные корпуса. Пришлось досрочно съехать. 7) Персонал безучастный - при мне не помогли постояльцу из Италии купить билеты на поезд. 8) Завтрак так себе, яичницу надо попросить - станции готовки нет. 9) Расположение далеко от центра в спальном районе с частными домами. Как итог, уверенные 3 звезды

Мы проживали в номере Люкс Премиум. Все необходимое в номере имеется. Были очень рады наличию кофе машины. Ежедневная уборка номера, чистота. Наличие крытого бассейна. Нет такого

- Olga (9/5): - Отличное расположение, сервис, бассейн, номера обновили, чисто очень, доставили кровать ребенку без проблем Завтрак чуть скромный, но нам хватало, чтобы наесться
- Etienne (8/5): Bel hôtel, bien situé, proposant tout le confort - Bel hôtel, bien situé, avec tous les équipements (piscine extérieure et intérieure, salle de sport…). Bon petit déjeuner et belle salle de bain. Bref tout le confort, et un très bon emplacement dans un quartier vivant de Tachkent, mais dans une rue de calme. Chambres parfois un peu chaudes pour fin mars.

- Stephanie (8/5): Would recommend and revisit! - Loved the design of the hotel, it's so beautifully crafted. The aesthetic is lovely, the breakfast room is also really nice. The staff were friendly and spoke high level English to us as my Russian is basic. Good breakfast, lots of salad options. The beds were slightly on the firm side, and the shower pressure was very low although this seems to be the case across Tashkent.

- Наталья (10/5): Отель, в который влюбляешься: красиво, душевно, идеальное расположение и особое отношение к гостям. - Обязательно останавливайтесь в этом отеле — и вы точно не пожалеете! Расположение — идеальное: близко к центру, но при этом тихо и уютно. Сам отель — настоящая восточная сказка: чистый, уютный, с потрясающим внутренним двором и красивыми декорациями, которые создают совершенно волшебную атмосферу. Мы останавливались в феврале, поэтому пользовались крытым бассейном — всё отлично, но я обязательно приеду сюда летом, чтобы оценить открытый. У нас было три номера, и каждый порадовал: чистые, просторные, светлые, супер удобный матрас, полный набор косметических принадлежностей. Что касается еды: блюда по меню — очень вкусные, с душой. Завтраки показались мне немного простоватыми, лично мне не хватило омлета, но это скорее вопрос личных предпочтений. Отдельное и самое тёплое спасибо сотрудникам отеля, внимательные, отзывчивые, красивые. Я чувствовала заботу и искреннее гостеприимство во всём. Обязательно вернусь. Этот отель — любовь с первого взгляда

- Ruslan (10/5): - Отличное , атмосферное место, недалеко от центра и от аэропорта . Ребята -персонал классные, профи, сделали утренние боксы с завтраком в 5-30 утра( самый раз перед вылетом) !!! Особенная благодарность ребятам на ресшепшене Abdumadgit, Shahridzoda, Elshod. Прошу руководство премировать данных отмеченных ребятишек !

- Viktoria (9/5): - Расположение отеля идеально для изучения города. Территория отеля закрыта и ухожена. Отель стильный, с душой страны. Есть ресторан при отеле. Вкусное местное вино там распробовали. Из плюсов можно оплатить проживание картой мир. Персонал отзывчивый, решал все вопросы без промедления Скудные завтраки, не хватило овощей и фруктов.
