• María Magdalena (10/5): Buen alojamiento!!! - La atención de los anfitriones!! Me ayudaron con recomendaciones de tours y traslado al aeropuerto. Son muy atentos y serviciales. La habitación tiene buen espacio, un lindo balcón, y el centro de Tsilivi está como a 8 minutos caminando. Cuenta con lo básico, no es fancy pero está muy bien cuidado. Yo me sentí cómoda con todo!! Muchísimas gracias!! No me quejo de nada. Pero tal vez para personas grandes el baño podría resultar pequeño e incómodo a la hora de ducharse. Como recomendación podrían tener shampoo y jabón de baño, así como sal y aceite en la cocina, sólo es una recomendación :)

• Yuliana (9/5): We had a wonderful time here and would recommend these apartments. - The apartment was very clean, and towels and bed linen were changed twice during our 11-day stay. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need to prepare breakfast or simple meals. There was also a fumigator with tablets against mosquitoes, which was very helpful. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away – very nice and not deep, which is especially good for children. Several supermarkets are also within a 5-minute walk, convenient for buying daily supplies. The hosts responded quickly to all our questions and requests. We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment and truly appreciated their support in everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a washing machine, which would make a long stay even more comfortable.

• Philip (10/5): Great find, close to centre but far enough away to be quiet - The studio was very clean and had a comfy double bed. The shower did not have glass surround but a curtain which made it easy to use for the bigger person (me!). Hot water throughout stay and powerful shower head. Fridge for water was useful. A quiet location but just a 10 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. Aircon was included and worked well. There were cooking stuf but not for me, I eat out, I’m on holiday! Parking was plentiful and easy. Great find on booking. Com. It doesn’t have a pool but most pool bars allow you to use if you buy food (I.e. Tom and Johns). As in all Greece, toilet paper in bin🤦🏻‍♂️. But emptied every day 👍🏻

No neon lights and rowdy strip… just clean quality surroundings,in a beautiful safe space but still near everything with the most welcoming helpful hosts. • Annalisa (10/5): Stupendo weekend e tanto relax! - I proprietari sono stati davvero molto accoglienti e gentili. La posizione è molto tranquilla e non lontana dalla spiaggia e anche dal centro di Tsilivi raggiungibile a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche diverse strutture con piscine. É andato tutto bene. Aggiungerei solo la possibilità di muoversi con delle biciclette a disposizione dei clienti.

Everything is just a short walk away, within 5 minutes you can reach both the city center and the beach, which is great and not overcrowded. The accommodation was wonderful and clean. We would return right away.

• Evaggelia (10/5): - Αρχικά να πούμε για την κυρία Μαρία η οποία ήταν εξαιρετική, φιλική και πρόσχαρη. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ΠΑΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΑ χωρίς καμία υπερβολή και μοσχοβολουσαν μέσα καθαριότητα. Τα σεντόνια αστραφτερά και σιδερωμενα. Μέσα στην ντουλάπα υπήρχε σιδερόστρα και σίδερο που μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση. Θα το συνιστούσα σε οποιονδήποτε. Σχεδόν καθημερινά περνούσε η γυναίκα για να πάρει τα σκουπίδια απ' το δωμάτιο μας και μέρα παρά μέρα γινόταν αλλαγή σεντόνια- πετσέτες και καθαριότητα πλήρης δωματίου. Για μέρες 15 Αύγουστο δεν πληρούν όλοι αυτά που θέλουμε μέσα σε ένα δωμάτιο η κυρία Μαρία φρόντισε στο έπακρο. Να είστε καλά και να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!! Ευχαριστούμε για την ευχάριστη αυτή διαμονή!!! ❤️ Το μόνο ίσως μείον που δεν υπήρχαν σιτες στα δωμάτια. Παρ όλα αυτά βάζαμε στην πρίζα την ταμπλέτα για τα κουνούπια που διέθετε το δωμάτιο και δεν είχαμε τι παραμικρό θέμα.

• Christine (10/5): Απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας και φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις - Ο άριστος συνδυασμός Επαγγελματισμού και φιλοξενίας. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Μέσα στο τουριστικό Τσιλιβί όπου υπάρχουν τα πάντα, κοντά στην παραλία αλλά ταυτόχρονα και σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο σημείο. Ο χώρος καθαρός, όμορφος με τα δέντρα και τα λουλούδια, η θέση για το πάρκινγκ εξαιρετική μέσα στον περίβολο και οι ιδιοκτήτες πάντα πρόθυμοι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Its quite there,but also not far from the center of Tsilivi and to the beach, so its easy to walk. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room 😁

• Cristofor (10/5): Exceptional - We highly appreciated the receptivity from the owners of the hotel. Whenever we needed something, they were always there to help us. The location of the hotel is great: close enough to the beach and to the Tsilivi center but also situated in a quiet area, great for relaxing. Cleaning was done regularly, and of high quality. The room itself had a beautiful aspect and was in good condition, providing us with all the necessary facilities. The yard is full of greenery and flowers, making the perfect view to wake up to. We also appreciated the parking spot and easy car access a lot. We had an absolutely lovely stay!

• Andy (10/5): Another wonderful break, perfect. - Perfectly located on the outskirts of Tsilivi away from the noise but not too long a walk into town. Tota is perfect for anyone that is looking to explore the island and just needs a base camp rather than the dreadful all inclusive experience. Maria and Filippos are wonderful hosts and provide an excellent service, Maria even helped me change the tyre on my hire car passed sunset on my final evening. This is the 3rd time I've stayed there. Not a single complaint about anything. It's basic but perfect what my needs.

• Idalina (10/5): RELAXING - The studio was basic but had everything I needed. The rubbish was collected every day and bed and towels changed every 3 days. If is there anything you need don't be afraid to ask Maria and Fillipo. They are very nice and helpful. I found the mattress a bit hard for me but my sister found it very comfortable. When this happens I always fold a blanket twice and use as a mattress topper under the sheet and it works wonders. Its a trick I learn years ago. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. Its within minutes from shops, restaurants and beach. I would say 5 minutes walking. The restaurants near by were very good specially Yum Yum restaurant. Nothing

Location is perfect , 5 mins to beach in one direction, or 5 mins to the town and restaurants in the other direction. Car park available on site. Hairdryer, iron all supplied.

• Mcdougall (9/5): Great studio apartment and owners - The owners were really friendly and the apartments were in a quite location. The apartments were really clean. The small thing we didn't like was the shower was too small and the shower curtain would wrap around you.
• Paul (8/5): Enjoyable pleasant stay, in the lovely Tsilivi. - Pleasant hosts. Any requests met when asked. Location isn't far from town, maybe a 10 minute walk. This means it's quiet at night, so you get a relaxing sleep. Accommodation was clean and presentable. Key safe which was handy to have. I found the beds comfy. Hosts arranged Taxi for us to the airport, and made an adjustment for us, which was nice of them. Not really anything negative to say. We had a small issue with the shower, but it was dealt with. If checking out early like we did, we used Piscina pool bar to store our luggage, have a shower and some food. Very nice surroundings, only 15 minute walk from Tota. Would I return to Tota, yes. If you want cheap no frills accommodation to get ur head down, then this place fits the bill. If you want a bit more luxury with sea view and pool, be prepared to pay double what you will at Tota.

At same time my privacy was respected. my appartment met my expectations; was also very clean with air conditioning and nice terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape.

Very near you have all you need : markets, restaurants, bars...the property has a wonderful garden with beautiful flowers and trees, where you can enjoy your coffe in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Maria, our guest is awasome! She helped us with every information we needed and she made us feel very comfortable. Nothing.

The accommodation was exactly what we were after, with a lovely private outdoor space, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a kitchen with a fridge and basic utensils. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a peaceful location, but then only a short walk to the beach and into town.
• Emma (10/5): Awesome - We had one of the best experience of all time. Filippos and Maria are the greatest and the nicest host that you can possibly want. They have been available 24h and always ready to help. The bedroom was essential but also clean and comfortable. Tota’s apartments location is just perfect, they are not far from the center of Tsilivi, but far enough to rest in peace at night. All the services are close and the sea is at literally 5 minutes walking. We would like to suggest this beautiful choice in Zante to everyone because we had such a great time at the best price. • Annalena (9/5): Simple but cozy accomodation run by the best and friendliest hosts ever! - The apartment is equipped with everytging you need. It is very cozy and the balcony is so nice especially in the evening. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Especially considering the price this accomodation offers everything you need and makes one feel at home. The Maria and Filipos are the friendliest and adorable host you can wish for. They helped us with every question and wish we had. Especially they gave us a 1.5l.bottle of their delicious house wine as a present and some amazing meze to go with. The location also is great - it's just a 10mins walk to the center where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We really loved our stay! The lights of the neighbor hotel or the enlightened garden were visible through the windows above the door in the night. It wasn't a big problem but a little disturbing for someone who is used to sleep in complete darkness. Unfortunately due to many moskitos and no nets we couldn't really open the windows - there is an AC but as it is located near to the bed - it is challenging to find the right temperature balance. The shower is quite small and is very hard not to flood the whole bathroom while showering. Still with regard to the price -these are really minor issues.

• Joanne (2/5): It was cheaper than other places so but was out of the way of the town. Unclean due to covid no replacement cleaner. Was - nothing It wasn’t disabled friendly as promised. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The beds were rock hard and because the owners lived in the rooms above us it was like a noisy playgroup y every morning very loud kids early morning and most of the day. Also the owners had covid and continued to wonder around the property very unprofessional. Due to them having covid we had no cleaner, so we asked for some bleach etc to do it ourselves but it didn’t materialise! Maria was very nice but her husband was rude! There was a lot of miscommunication which spoilt it for us.

• Vagauna (9/5): Good value for money - Very spacious and clean room. Air conditioning and a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. A car parking place is available on site. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A microwave oven would have been nice to have and also some more plug sockets (only one was available). Also the water in the shower was not staying at a stable temperature.
