Juliane (10/5): Außergewöhnliches Boutique-Hotel - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Platinum Boutique-Hotel sehr genossen. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, ebenso wie der Gartenbereich. Großartig war auch das jeden morgen frisch und individuell zubereitete Frühstück. Der Service überzeugte auf ganzer Linie - dazu trug insbesondere Mitarbeiter Jacob bei! Danke Jacob! Hund Jule rundete das Hotelerlebnis ab.
Verified traveler (4/5): A bit disappointing...... - The Platinum Boutique Guest House was definitely a disappointment based on the pictures on Hotel.com. The overall stay was fine but it is the attention to detail that is mostly missing and required to create an unforgettable stay whether in Winter (out of season) or Summer (in season). The bar fridge was dirty with the ice trays having green mould in although they had just been filled up, the bedding was not great and the TV did not work. It definitely did not have an upmarket luxury feel. The linen, towels and room was clean and the owner,Andreas, and his staff member Jacob, were very friendly and helpful. This guest house has great potential for the future.
