Lauren (1/5): Shocked that this place is even allowed to "cater" for guests. - This trip was a disaster. My children moved out for 2 days to stay at friend's houses, they were so disappointed. No Wifi for most of the trip. No privacy or comfort whatsoever and the room was filthy. I even had to buy my own cleaning things so we could "live". 2 Toilet rolls for a 6 day stay, for 3. Geyser not switched on when we arrived ... it just went from bad to shocking. Everything, except for the garden. But we were not there to camp. The garden really is a background feature (which was beautiful). And it rained 95% of the time. My kids constantly went walking around the suburb because there was zero comfort net alone WIFI in our room, which really should have only been for a couple. But we were squished all together. The bathroom is in the room with no door. She gave us a screen from the 1900's 3 days after we arrived. My kids had already moved out by then! We were gifted with coffee the day we arrived (just 1 coffee over 7 days) Refer to the photos. The coffee is hard as a rock. The cups and sugar bowl were filthy. The photos may serve justice. I cant upload the "smells" of our room and beds though. As for the stains all over the beds and blankets, we are traumatized for life.

No staff, everything was jst difficult bcz I stayed long days. I have been to places in Westdene but never experienced old fashion place & ways of doing thing even the set up of the room. Even the gate is old fashion lock & unlock posing a threat to been hijacking instead of electric gate. 2 plate broke 2 tyms no stove, Not a clean place at all serious change & cleanliness maintenance needed, employ more daily cleaner.

Eric (10/5): Home away from Home - This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool
