• Lucie (10/5): A wonderful two week holiday as a family of five. - We had a lovely two week holiday at Views Villa, staying in a two bedroom apartments. The accommodation was spacious and clean. We had a large balcony with a great view. Having use of a washing machine was helpful especially as we only traveled with hand luggage. We enjoyed the large pool and never had a problem getting a sun bed. We loved Gorgona beach and taverna which was a short walk from the villa. Marina was a lovely and helpful host.

A small, family-run apartment hotel. Marina helps with everything you ask for. Simple but very comfortable rooms. There is everything you need in the rooms. There is parking nearby. The pool is excellent, pleasant and comfortable. There is an excellent supermarket nearby. The hotel is excellent for trips to Crete. This is not a luxury vacation hotel, but for those looking for a place to sleep and rest, this is a perfect place. You get full value for the price you pay. The view from the balcony is amazing. הריהוט קצת מיושן אבל לי באופן אישי זה לא הפריע . The furniture is a bit outdated, but it didn't bother me personally.
• Carol (10/5): Thanks to the wonderful location of View Villas and the proximity of the town were ideal. - This is an absolute gem set in the hills and overlooking the Port of Hersonissos. The pleasant downhill walk from View Villas to the Port is approx. 25mins. But if we were too tired to climb the hill, we paid a local taxi driver € 10. We were greeted by Marina, the land lady who speaks excellent English. Marina was kind enough to drive us to the local Lidl to get stocked up and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Upon arrival Marina had a bottle of water cooling for us which is very unusual these dats. During our stay Marina and her Mum were forever brushing the terraces and inside the apartments and the bed linnen of 100% cotton was changed every two days. The beds were very comfortable with an ample supply of pillows. Our terrace had a lovely view of the coast line / sea with a table and chairs. The swimming pool is a couple of steps away and there were days we had it to ourselves. The area is so very quiet - we could not have wished for a quieter holiday location. It really did meet all our expectations. We give Marina a big 10 out of 10 and we certainly recommend View Villas! There is a lovely family feel about it. Nothing to add.

• Rexwinkel (10/5): Hele fijne locatie - Precies wat je zou mogen verwachten van een appartement net buiten Chersonissos. Rustige strandjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Doch dichtbij genoeg om de drukte op te kunnen zoeken. Heerlijk diep zwembad en niet te druk. Altijd plek aan de rand op een bedje, stoel of zitzak. Voortreffelijk uitzicht op de baai/zonsopgang. Hostess erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers worden zeer regelmatig schoongemaakt. Fijne uitvalsbasis om er op uit te trekken. Eten en drinken verkrijgbaar bij het zwembad, klein supermarktje op 5 min loopafstand.

Marina est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours à l’écoute . L’établissement est très bien entretenu, propre , les poubelles et draps sont changé trés régulièrement. Proche de la plage et d’une petite supérette . La piscine et la vue sublime donne un charme exceptionnel. Le logement est équipé d’un four , de plaque , four micro-onde , vaisselles , climatisation,…tout y est ! Vue superbe sur la mer et les montagnes en arrière plan. C’est un carde dépaysant et ressourçant . À proximité des commerçants et des rues principales ( 10 minutes à pied environ). Je recommande vivement d’aller séjourné chez Marina. Encore merci pour tout Marina , hâte de vous retrouver prochainement avec grand plaisir .

Marina hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und uns ermöglicht mit dem Bus am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen zu fahren um das Auto abzuholen. Sie hat sich während unseres Aufenhaltes immer wieder nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und war telefonisch für Fragen immer erreichbar.

• Merrin (10/5): - What a wonderful place to stay. Marina was very welcoming and helpful with everything, she gave us a lift to the Lidl and back and offered again during our trip. We don't drive so needed a place with everything on our doorstep. But there are shaded carports if you do. A lovely beach is a 5 minute walk away. With a space to lay your towels or hire sunbeds. The pool is a great size. With lots of shaded places if you plan to spend all day there. We had it to ourselves a lot. There is also a pool table, for a family tournament. A fuseball table and basketball hoop. Marina kindly let us stay past 12pm as we had a late flight, and no one was due the next day, which was appreciated. It's walkable to the strip if that's your thing, or there is also a short taxi ride to lovely Koutouloufari and Piskopiano quieter villages for a lovely meal.

• Gulseli (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the two bedroom apartment situated below the swimming pool. It was a large apartment, clean, with all the facilities you need, with a balcony with a sea view and large pool. You can walk to the nearest beach, and the the sea was very nice. Also the port with lots of restaurants, boat tours etc was very closeby by car. We were there during the heatwave and it was too hot (no breeze), the only airco is in the living room and you have to pay extra and even then it doesn't cool the bedrooms enough. Also, it might be only us but we thought we would be able to watch the sunset due to the pics but it is the sunrise you can see from this apartment (and from the pool, but the pool would be closed then)

• Noel (3/5): We left after one night to find somewhere else to stay. - In my opinion the room or property are not like how they look online. Both me and my some are 6 foot + and our legs were hanging over the end of the beds. The rooms are very old fashioned, very small, dark and fairly uncomfortable.

I stayed for 2 weeks with my family (4 people) Marina was present and available for all the needs I needed, everything was clean and changed (towels, bed sheets) you have all the facilities around the location (restaurant, beaches, located to organize all kinds of activities at sea or visiting other islands, car rentals, etc.) We were very lucky to find and choose this place where waking up in the morning was a story seeing the sea view. • Wayne (10/5): Great little local room hotel - For the price, the facilities and location were great. It's aged but it's well maintained. Big pool, pool table, small bar, basketball half court, kids corner. The local beach (5min walk) is as good as any other we drove to. Lidl 5 min drive away. Great view. It was hot. There was air-conditioning in the living room, but not in bedrooms. The fold out bed wasn't the most comfortable.

• Helia (8/5): Good place for quiet family vacation. - Good location in quiet area and only 15 min walk to the main street and beach. Apartment with 2 bedrooms was enough big for 4 people. Nice pool and view. Marina is very kind and helpful. WIFI didn't work in the room, only by the pool. Rooms are quite old, need renovation. Bad sound isolation - you can hear everything behind the doors.
• Chrish (10/5): Two comfortable nights. Perfect for a short stay! - It is a little property with clean rooms and a pool. The property is on a slight hill, near a small shop close by (it has drinks, bread and basic essentials). The beach is 5 mins walk and two sea-front restaurants. The best part of this property is the owner, Marina. She’s hardworking, tries her best to accommodate you and tries to makes your stay comfortable (responds back to emails/stays up late if needed when you first arrive). Beware of the crickets. They make a lot of noise early mornings (3am!) and most of the day. When one starts, they all start! Welcome to nature!

The apartment itself was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed for our stay. The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk, with nice restaurants nearby. The pool was another bonus, providing a perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great stay!

• Sue (10/5): A fabulous 2 weeks - Marina met us on arrival to hand over the key and to show us around. Nothing was too much trouble for her and when the ceiling fan blew all the fuses in the apartment she sorted it out and gave us a floor standing fan instead (which was better actually because we could put it where it was needed). Air conditioning is available at 8 euros a day if you want it. The pool was lovely, a really good size that you can actually swim in, and had an area for the kids. Lots of sunbeds around the pool and a shaded area if, like me, you burn to a crisp in the sun. A snack bar is on hand for drinks and food. There are lovely views of the bay from the apartment and the main town is only 5 minutes drive. Lidl is also 5 mins drive and the beach is about 5-10 minutes walk. Mozzies are out in force so take some repellent with you! Nothing regarding View Villas but the hotel just up the hill was a bit noisy some nights, it all stopped at 11 or before so not too bad

• Charlie (10/5): Lovely hosts and amazing area - Firstly, Marina was absolutely amazing! She let us have a late check out for our late flight home as well as being attentive throughout our stay. The whole property was clean, and the pool and surrounding area was comfortable with a small bar at the pool offering variety of drinks and food. The rooms were more than spacious enough with equipped kitchens and lovely balcony areas. Nothing
• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - View Villas is simply a very beautiful place, clean with amazing views! The villa is always kept in very clean condition with complete facilities ranging from a swimming pool with available WC, bar with good quality food and very reasonable prices. The villa is in walking distance to a beautiful beach and close to all shops and amenities. No need to hire a car if you’re staying local, otherwise it’s advisable to rent a car to explore new places. The owner Marina is amazing, she waited for us until 1 am due to flight delay and gave us the opportunity to stay beyond check out time which made is a stress free checkout. We will definitely come back in the near future. Well done!!

Exceptionally kind and caring host, wonderful location, outstanding facilities, great views, good size swimming pool, billiard table, free parking, few minutes walk to several nice beaches... In short, everything one dreams of while hoping to experience the best of Crete!
• Rimantas (10/5): Exceptional - The property exceeded our expectations. Perfect value for money. Not luxury but cosy and clean. Views are amazing. Well located. Just 10min walking to the sea shore. The property is on a hill however we had a 1y.o. baby and it was no problem to go down and up with a stroller. A small supermarket and some restorants are walking distance. Marina the hostess is very friendly and ready to help when you need. We will come back for sure. All was perfect.
• Beverley (10/5): Gorgeous traditional Greek hotel , lots of personal touches! Manina was so lovely, we will definitely be back 😁 - We loved our stay here so much! It is a gem of a find! Marina was so lovely and nothing too much trouble! room was exactly as advertised perfect for us! pool was lovely and the view was just gorgeous!!! Just a walk away from the main town for dinner too. Nothing! was even better than the pictures!
• Tapas (10/5): Most pleasant and wonderful stay - I went with my family for a conference and we opted to stay in this villa. The property had a very clean pool with a wading pool as well as a play area with a lot of toys. My kid absolutely loved and adored it. The hostess was most gracious and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had fresh towels always. The kitchen had all the necessary things. Overall, we had a very lovely and pleasant time staying there. The shower place was slightly small, but that's I guess it's standard in Europe.
• Jori (9/5): Nice location for a beach holiday - The host is really kind and good. It was only a short walk to the beach so no need to use car and worry about parking. Lot of good places for eating around.

• Liz (10/5): Beautiful place, fabulous accommodation in a lovely quiet location, - Everything was really good, very big well equipped and clean 2 bedroom bungalow, with everything you needed for self catering accommodation, big terrace with beautiful views out to the sea. Great swimming pool area and really good quiet location, only a few minutes walk to a little supermarket for very basic supplies and about 5 mins walk down to the seafront, where there is another larger local supermarket, a few tavernas and some lovely small beaches. I would definitely recommend a walk to (St George) church at the end of the peninsula, a few little hills but definitely worth it to reach the glorious tranquil place (Marina will explain the shortcut behind the apartment to get to it a little quicker 😊) Our host Marina was amazing, very kind and thoughtful, and even drove me to the local Lidle, so I could get shopping for the week as I was staying there with my elderly mum and didn’t rent a car. Marina was also kind enough to book us a local taxi each time we wanted to explore a little further into the large town (Hersonissos port) or big long stretch of beautiful sandy flat beach further along the coast (Anissaras). I walked to both places myself (about 40mins) but definitely got taxi back up the hills). Thank you so much Marina for all your kindness, you are a wonderful lady and work so hard to keep your beautiful property looking so good and making our stay so enjoyable - we hope to return again - sending best wishes and big hugs to you and your family 😘 xxx it was all very good.
• Christine (10/5): one of the best places ive stayed - its a little hidden gem, family ran who were outstanding, nothing was too much, spotless rooms, only around 8 villas so its never over crowded, out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the town only 15 minutes walk to it, best of both worlds nothing at all
• Andrea (10/5): a completely relaxing time had by all with wonderful hosts - spotlessly clean and spacious with plenty of facilities. quiet location and beautiful view. the hosts were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us - nothing was too much trouble.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - We have had an amazing stay in View Villas. Marina and her family are extremely friendly and will do everything to make your stay even more pleasant. The appartment was well prepared for us and very clean. The location is perfect, close to many popular must-visit spots by car and it's only 5 mins by feet to the closest beach. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There's a kitchen with an oven, toaster, microwave, a bigger frigde and a freezer. Every room has a closet, there are many hangers everywhere and shelves in the bathroom. Cosy and private balcony with a view to the city and sea. There was no problem with a parking place. When we visited apartments (September) the area was very quiet and calm. I absolutely recommend!
• Andrew (10/5): peaceful break for two nights. - lovely owner very clean apartment. great pool. lovely views. very reasonable price. I never really like idea of toilet paper in a box next to the loo but it’s the way it’s done in Greece. It’s the only thing I didn’t really like but the islands water system means everyone has to do it.

• Sören (10/5): Wonderful family vacation. - The owners are very friendly and helpful. We arrived Sunday evening with two little kids, and Marina helped us without hesitating to find an open supermarket. The appartments have a large fridge/freezer. A laundry machine may be used without charge. The swimming pool is super and has a small area (2x2 m2) for little children. There is billiard, a basketball basket and a little playground with shadow, everything free of charge. The appartments are located far enough from the noise at the port. The only sounds are coming from airplanes and the cicadas in the olive trees behind the house. On the other hand, they are near enough from beach restaurants and a big super market (10 min with stroller walking distance, close to Navarchou Nearchou beach promenade). There you can also find a public (and therefore free of charge) beach area, which is wide enough to put your beach tent. The beach Limanakia is closer (about 5 min walking), but much smaller.
• Val (10/5): Fabulous stay - The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Before our stay Marina was very helpful organising a place for us to hire a wheelchair. On arrival Marina was very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even giving us a lift to collect the wheelchair. It was nice to be able to have some drinks when we returned from days out and use the lovely pool. The Seaviews from the apartment were really lovely. I would definitely recommend and of we visit again we would like to stay again. Everything was great

• Rachel (10/5): a fantastic holiday in the perfect location - we had a wonderful holiday with Marina and her last very family. the house was perfect for us, with good living space, a well-equipped kitchen and good bedroom arrangement. we had a lovely large balcony with a sea view. it was perfect! nothing. everything was great.
• Joost (10/5): highly recommended! - We, family of 5, stayed in the 2-bedroom house. Wonderful accommodation, with terrific host. Marina even decorated the pool area for my wife’s birthday party. the facilities (pool, fully equipped kitchen, coffee/snack bar) and location are also top-notch, quiet area, but still close to all the fun. the beds are a little hard, but we found that to be the norm in the area.
• Alex (7/5): It is ok, but we expected a better place that it appears to be - large rooms, clean, not too far from the sea host is nice air conditioner only in the living room and cost $6 per day Wifi connection is very bad
