3d1cf933afe17311694250373ba7dec9 (9/5): Mostly a pleasurable stay - The staff always go an extra mile to assist with making the stay a pleasurable one. It is very safe and mostly comfortable. The breakfast needs a little bit more skill. It was either burned or undercooked. There is definitely room for improvement in the food department. In addition, the roof of the room (No.5) we were staying at was leaking when it rained.

Maria E (1/5): - I did not stay. On arrival it was clear that the description used to advertise the propety did not represent the propety. I seeked alternative accommodation.
Adel (4/5): Dissappointed as the place seems to have so much potential. - This place must have been amazing in its prime when it was still managed by its owner. However, it seems staff are left to their own devices and try as best they can and they did. Cleanliness was good. Outside dining area is lovely. The breakfast punch was a nice touch. There are small service and maintenance details that if attended to could have made this a much more satisfying experience. Sometimes small things make a big difference. Check in is between 14h00 and 21h00. We advise to be there before 9, but we were asked to come earlier as is was not safe to come so late. We then rushed to get there before six, making us late for our 18H00 appointment. We then rushed to be back before 9 only to find the gate locked anyway. The lady in her pajamas was kind enough to open and let us in. We were met with a dark side entry. I am not sure if we were then lock in the house for the rest of the evening? I assume safety is a problem at the facility, hence the caution. Room looked clean but smelled musty and water damage on the walls blinds and furniture were very apparent and an eyesore, curtains are water stained. It rained during the evening and water leaked into the room pooling on the wooden desk were our personal items and electronics were left for charging. Toilet door not properly functional, taps and tiles need maintenance. Strange shower / bath setup? Breakfast was prepared early and left on hotplate, so eggs were unappealing and rubbery, Vienas was a strange addition to breakfast but at least there was a piece of bacon. There seemed to be a staff shortage as the lady helping us said she had to do everything alone. Garden although lovely seems neglected and water damage is everywhere. Staff were willing and helpful but not really freindly.

Beautiful garden and poolarea. Good wifi and not least a nice owner. Unless you have a car it is very far to good shopping, restaurants etc. Though the hotel is close to down town, there is little there to offer in that aspect

The shower was excellent, when travelling i like showring and when the shower room, head and water is great, it makes me highly recommend and come again. Very good shower for those who love to take showers. A stream extractor could help out to some extend since if one takes shower, the room could at times be filled by steam.

Gift (8/5): Safe, secure, and centrally located, just at UNISA Main Campus precincts - Great stay! - This accommodation is centrally located, very close to UNISA and the city centre which makes it easy to move around. The place is in a safe area, and access is controlled by a gate with remote. They provided heaters and extra blankets especially during this winter cold month. Breakfast was good and was varied as days progressed unlike to have the same meal all the time. The breakfast was good. A bit chilly inside the rooms, an electric blanket would be an added bonus. However, owner said she would look into it.
Mulamuleli (10/5): My stay here was amazing, it was a really nice place and the receptionist was amazing. - The receptionist was super nice and she kept on checking up on us to see if we were fine. She was really nice, and we even forgot to ask for her name, but I would definitely go back because of her. Our Stay was super short and will definitely be coming back. They could just try to change or fix the air conditioner in room 1 because it was not strong enough as it was cold but it was not bad because it was working, just that it was not strong

There and old lady forgot her name oh my God her service was amazing they are both assets of this place.
