- Patrik (9/5): Pekný hotel so skvelou polohou - Raňajky boli v pohode, síce sa opakovali, ale dalo sa vybrať z ponuky, teda okrem zeleniny. Hotel bol čistý a pre mňa asi najdôležitejšie - pohodlná posteľ. Manželská posteľ bola riadne široká, tak bola aj pre 2 pohodlná. Kúpeľňa bola pekná s veľkým sprchovým kútom. Veľké okná a keďže sme boli pomerne vysoko - pekný výhľad. Z prístupnej strešnej terasy a posilňovne výhľad na neďaleký Empire SB. Krásne. Zástavka metra (asi červená 1) 3 minúty chôdze. Jedno okno na izbe sa vďaka pokazenej kľučke nedalo zamknúť. Nahlásili sme to hneď ako sme prišli, ale za 8 nocí čo sme tam boli, tak to nevyriešili. Hluk z ulice však neprenikal do izby a vietor okno neotváral, tak sme to ani my neriešili.

- Van Broeck (9/5): Belle expérience dans cet hôtel, j'y retournerai sans hésiter. - Bonne situation de l'hôtel à proximité de bon nombre de transports Le personnel est serviable et accueillant. Le service de chambre est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est suffisamment varié. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la "6th Avenue", avec vue directe sur The One (WTC) d'un côté et sur l'Empire State Building de l'autre. Même si nous ne mangions pas souvent dans notre chambre, il n'y avait que 2 chaises pour une chambre 4 personnes.

- Stasa (10/5): Perfect stay with stunning views and exceptional service in a prime location - After my husband and I were already impressed with the hotel last year, we decided to return this year with a larger group. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes from two subway lines, and surrounded by plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. We had two rooms – a Den for two people and a Suite for three. I had asked the hotel in advance if it would be possible to assign us rooms with a view of the nearby Empire State Building, and they kindly accommodated our request, which made us very happy. The view was simply stunning – overlooking the Empire State Building, with the Chrysler Building in the background and views along Sixth Avenue. The rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was good and varied by American standards. The hotel has two elevators; most of the time we hardly had to wait. During peak hours it could take a few minutes but not too much. The shower had excellent water pressure. We also appreciated that the windows can be partially opened. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not too loud. We never heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The hotel also accepted our pre-ordered packages, which were already waiting for us in the room upon arrival. We would gladly return to this hotel again, as it once again met all of our expectations. The only suggestion we would make is to consider updating the pull-out sofa, as its surface was uneven and the third person did not have the same level of comfort as the other two in the suite bedroom. That said, the beds are very large and incredibly comfortable.

- Botnotize (9/5): Una settimana alla scoperta di NY - Posizione ottimale per visitare NY, camera al 24esimo piano con vista sull'Empire State Building, terrazza panoramica e palestra piccola ma funzionale. Colazione con poca scelta e di qualità basica ma comunque apprezzata per iniziare la giornata con energia. Frigo in camera utile. Basterebbe poco per migliorare la colazione, anche se lo spazio è poco. Microonde in camera inutile e TV prima di connettività smart (ma a NY se ne fa anche a meno).

Der Raum ist für die Hotelgröße viel zu klein, sodass man oft auf einen freien Tisch warten oder wie andere Gäste das Essen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen musste. Das Buffet selbst war sehr überschaubar und zudem schlecht organisiert: Es dauerte oft 10 Minuten, bis Eier, heißes Wasser oder sogar saubere Teller nachgereicht wurden. Ein absolutes No-Go war für uns, dass man um Punkt 9:00 Uhr zum Gehen aufgefordert wurde, selbst wenn man noch mitten beim Essen saß.

- julien (10/5): empacement hyper centre pour tout faire à pied ou en métro - Un excellent lieu pour séjourner et visiter la ville. L'emplacement est parfait car au coin de 3 lignes de metro et bus afin de se déplacer hyper facilement. Le petit dej est très bien. Pas trop de fil d'attente contrairement à ce qui était dit. On avait une super vue. tout était bien. NY est une ville buyante, on ne peut y échapper. Il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour 32 étages, donc parfois, c'est un peu long mais çà ca.

The views from the room were also great and the location was perfect. The breakfast was also good. Wifi worked seamlessly during our stay. The elevators were quite crowded in the mornings so prepare for that. Some of the towels smelled like exhaust fumes (?) which was unpleasant.

- lucafF1918RT (4/5): It could have gone better!! - Hotel located in a good location close to the subway however the quality of the room (penthouse) is very poor and noisy. Breakfast not so bad but every day always the same. There are 2 elevators but unfortunately you need to wait a lot before it will stop for your needs.
- Aranka Julianna (9/5): Great place in the heart of Manhattan - Great location right in the middle of Manhattan. Easy subway access and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and bakeries within walking distance. The rooms were very clean. Always helpful and friendly staff, particularly in the breakfast room. The breakfast was one of the best ones I had in American hotels: bread/pastries, sweet spreads, warm items, milk/yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. The hotel has a rooftop with great views over the city. We liked in particular the option of booking rooms with a full kitchen. Long waiting times in front of the elevators were a bit annoying. It took usually a long time to get up and down

The room is too noisy, not only for the sound which was coming from the external but also for the internal furniture like the fridge. The sofa which was available as a third bed was uncomfortable also because broken!!

- Sinéad (8/5): Great location and facilities for a long stay - Great location. Our studio had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building. The King Studio was large and comfortable. Having just two lifts in a hotel with 32 floors is not ideal, especially since one of them wasn't working on a couple of days.

- Angelika (8/5): - Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Es liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung top. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche und 2 Queensize Betten. Tolle Aussicht auf World Trade Center und Empire State Building. Absolut empfehlenswert. Auch war das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse absolut in Ordnung. Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen, vielleicht ist der Frühstücksraum etwas knapp bemessen. Zu Stoßzeiten ist es ziemlich voll und laut und manchmal übertreiben es die Amerikaner mit der Klimaanlage 😉🥶.

Staff muito educado e solicito. Tive dificuldade em ajustar a temperatura do quarto. Era frequente que o aquecimento desligasse sem nunca chegar na temperatura ajustada. Mesmo chamando a assistência técnica do hotel, fui informada que esse era o funcionamento normal (“ecológico”) e que deveria ficar ligado e desligando o aparelho para tentar chegar mais próximo da temperatura desejada. No final, pedi cobertores a mais, mas passei frio.
- Groß (8/5): - Die Aussicht auf das Empire state building war traumhaft und zusammen mit der Dachterrasse kann man den Blick über New York nicht lassen. Der Fitnessraum war für meine Verhältnisse gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit der Küchenausstattung musste man nicht immer essen gehen sondern konnte sich auch mal was selbst warm machen. Das Frühstück war so naja. So ein bisschen Käse und Wurst hat schon gefehlt. Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl schon gern gewünscht

Hyatt house is more comfortable for longer stays than Hyatt place nearby with extremely cramped room but with better breakfast. Hyatt house should offer a better breakfast. Their breakfast is tasteless inedible. If they offer a similar breakfast like the Hyatt place I might say that it would be a great hotel in the Chelsea area, their room price is also very fair. Outdated old dingy carpets and a bad tasteless breakfast.
