Would have been nice if the room had a clock and a small makeup mirror. The lamp on the desk did not work, but these were small inconveniences.
- Whitney (2/5): Summed it up above - It was clean I didn’t like the fact that we just allow kids to run up and down the hallway raising all hell late at night and go into the gym and slam the weight machines so loud it sounded like something was coming through the way and fun for us we got the room directly on the other side of the gym !! Oh and the tv in that room is possessed cause it kept just shutting off whenever it felt like it …. Literally the worst stay i have ever had anywhere !!! What a waste of money and i will NEVER return

Just a suggestion, Trader Joe's has individual servings of bacon that you just microwave. The location is great! It was nice being right by the water with a promenade for an early morning stroll. There is plenty of free parking. There is a huge mall within walking distance. The location of this hotel was well thought out. I did not care for the house keeping service. I was there for a week and my bed was only made once. They just through up the covers instead of actually making the bed. However, they did bring fresh towels. I did not care for the brand of coffee that they served. The taste was very bitter each time I had some. I didn't like the fact that there were two fire drills two days apart . Maybe this was not their fault but it was quite annoying.

We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of our stay!!!

- Kame (10/5): Amazing! 10/10 recommend, the hospitality, food, and the vibes were *chefs kiss* - First off, the lady who worked the mornings at the front desk I wish I got her name, and the male night attendant I wanna say it was "Antwan" were absolutely amazing. From the minute I stepped in to the minute I left they made me feel comfortable and always checked in on me when they saw me coming to and from the hotel. The location was pretty central and I rented a e-scooter to get around during the week. Second, breakfast, the woman in the kitchen god bless her, those BEC sandwiches gave me life in the mornings they were delicious! And now the room, the A/C was something out of dreams, to be bundled up when it was 95 degrees outside was absolute heaven, pair that with the comfortable bed, and the shower pressure, it was a struggle every morning to get out of bed and absolute hypnosis going to bed. If you're looking at other options, don't be led astray. I have to be back in January and I already booked my stay before I left this one. Not being able to enjoy the bed longer :(.. priorities are such a pain sometimes. and not taking photos or videos of the hotel. I've been with Marriott over 15 years, Aloft are little hidden gems. I stayed in Austin and NYC and this one is just as amazing as the rest. Reasons why I choose them every time I can! :)

- Matt (10/5): - Stayed here for the Inner Harbor Taco/Margarita festival. Great location - steps away from the Inner Harbor and a quick drive to downtown Cuse. Nice bar. Nice pool (though a bit chilly) Great snack options including Gluten Free choices (which we both need) The room was nice , only complaint is the noise. Walls must be paper thin because we heard external noises all night. Not terrible but not great if you're in search of some solid sack time. Not the cheapest option but if you don't have a DD or want to pay for an Uber its perfect.

- Jim (6/5): - Air conditioning was either on and freezing out the room or off and room was hot. Thermostat did not work properly. A/C was very loud causing me to get up several times prior to a 8 hour drive the next day. My son and family stayed in another room and shower head fell off in the shower. They had to switch rooms. I stay at this hotel every year to or from trips to Canada. Food was good.

- Shannon (10/5): - First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!

- Nicholas (8/5): - Really fun lobby area with free pool table, table games that can be signed out at no cost, etc. Plinko game at check in where you win prizes from free breakfast to drinks at the bar. Everything was clean but there was a strong maybe carpet shampoo smell when we got to the room, but overall it was a nice stay. Bar tender left early, granted it was a Sunday night, but it altered our plans, only reason for the 4 star sections.

- Paul (9/5): Solid hotel stay w excellent staff... - Great staff and good facility for mid-level straight ahead lodging. This is in a redevelopment aide of town. Felt safe and new shops and residential nearby provided feeling of safety. We hapoened to be there during Gay pride parade week (on same street to hotel) so was pretty loud in lobby and and the area that week. Staff did a great job being responsive. A bit noisy at times but considered that about as expected for this facility and especially during the busy week we happened to be there.

The rooms and common areas are exceptionally clean, and the staff are all very friendly, polite, and responsive. The hotel offers excellent amenities and is in a fantastic location—close to restaurants, shopping, and major roads. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Good location relative to driving to other areas. Highly recommend. Was there with our family. We had breakfast there, which was great, and also had drinks in evening at bar, which were perfect. Sat outside on patio
- Lindey (10/5): Wonderful! - We originally checked in at the Hilton garden Inn the first day and realized that the property was not what we were promised when we booked. We were in a pinch and had to find another hotel quickly because I had my 5 year old with us and Aloft exceeded our expectations! These property completely made up for our awful experience we had earlier the same day. When we checked in we were greeted by the friendliest most welcoming staff you could imagine. They laid out the property and amenities, gave us directions and times of amenities opening and closings. The property is pristine and so well maintained. The layout is gorgeous and the bar, outside lounge area, pool area and main lobby are gorgeous! This will be the only hotel we stay at in this area in the future. Thank you Aloft for redeeming our family’s vacation and putting smiles back on our faces! Everything was perfect!
