Rebecca (1/5): Bad management and staff - They canceled my booking reservation through booking.com told me I had to book through them. Won’t comply with waiving my non-cancellation booking fee even though they canceled. I had booked through them because it was a concert and no other places and when we arrived we got checked into one room uncleaned to be checked into a second room unclean to be basically told they’d change the sheets and left us a toilet dirty from a previous guest and the shower didn’t work. They stated the GM would call us during the day and we can not get any information to any one in general management to return a phone call.

We swam 5 hours Christmas Day !! The pool, and pool dorm was spotless clean and full of all our needs!! It was a blast!! Breakfast was perfect Rooms are perfect! great place to stay !! …. I had paid reservations through the Expedia app with my debit card the receptionist asked for my debit card and charged me again for the whole stay. I let her know that I had already paid through the app and asked her why did she charge me again. She then proceeded to apologize and said that I was going to have a refund coming in to my bank and in 3 working days. Meanwhile I had a total of over $1,600 charged on my bank account. Brock (10/5): Amazing hotel - We first went to la Quinta and had a horrible experience so we decided to pay the extra money and stay here. This was the best hotel in Ponca city, in my opinion. It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, and the pool was nice as well. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

Freedom17563220462 (2/5): Pooer Guest accomodations. - I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this location a few times as I do have business in Ponca City. I will never stay here again as they are not focused on accomodating their guests just meeting revenue metrics. I had to cancel my business trip due to hospitilization and I was within the 24 hour cancellation window and they had no empathy for my plight and refused to accomodate the cancellation. Stood behind the cancellation policy directly to me and back to the Hilton Diamond desk. I expect to be back in Ponca City for business in the future but this property will not get my business. Short sighted response to a guest with a unusual circumstance. I disagree with how they handled it but they showed their true colors. It's not about the guest so if you stay here hopefully you won't need anyting out of the policy as they won't accomodate.

Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent accommodation. - Friendly checkin. Informative and easy. Halls clean, breakfast area well kept, clean, well adorned, offerings tasty and well organized. Stocked and very clean. I appreciate the standing shower instead of tub! Room was clean and well lit. Outlets and charging inputs integrated into the furniture hiding cords made it very clean and easy to access. Climate easily controlled. Pillow offerings met our needs. Nice to have a fridge and microwave inroom.

We were informed there’s a $50 pet fee (the day after we checked in) for a pet friendly hotel, due to a special cleaning to make sure there are no allergens in the room. I told them that’s not necessary since we have an allergy free animal. We have to for our children. Managers choice to charge us. We will stay somewhere else every time from now on.
Eatzie (6/5): Be careful. They need some safety training - The hotel wasn't terrible, it was staffed well with friendly folks and it was clean. I did get injured on the property and reported it. They did fix the item that caused the injury but other then that, they offered nothing more then NEOSPORIN. I was left with a HUGE bruise and a cut. Also I almost slipped in the elevator because they didn't put a wet sign up. So watch for potential hazards. It wasn't a pleasant stay this time.

We were in town for motocross races so the hotel was booked and very busy. The breakfast was kept well supplied every morning and it was nice not to have to worry about going elsewhere to eat. No complaints whatsoever!

Hotels.com did not send our reservation to the property. Hard to find Hotels.com phone number in confirmation emails. Confirmation number had to be entered in automated phone system, then had to be repeated to agent. Hotels.com agent did not make process easy. Eventually, the reservation came through, but IMHO, Hotels.com made the hotel look bad, when it was not the hotel's fault.

Not only did they still charge me but charged me for the full 3 days of stays. I will not be using this chain for personal or business travels. If I ran my business in this manor I would not have have many return clients as things come up in the world we have to be willing to work with people. Clearly they just want to rip people off and do not care about their customers. Horrible business ethics.

827amyp (10/5): Quick Stay in Ponca City - Our goal was to go to Pawhuska to visit Ree Drummond's restaurant, lodge where she films her show, anything else related to her. This ended up being one of the closer hotels. This hotel was a good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Flint34 (2/5): Foolish, unexplained policies - Stay next door at the Holiday Inn. We chose this hotel specifically so our kids could enjoy the pool. We tried to go to the pool, but were told you must make a reservation and it didn’t open until 9pm. I asked why, and they said ‘because that’s the policy.’ I asked them to explain the policy, and they had no explanation. We wanted to go to the pool at 8am ( a reasonable hour) and asked if they would let us in because it was empty. They told us no. I’m not sure who own, or manages, this hotel, but this policy, and more importantly your unaccommodating staff need attention. In the customer service business, you failed mightily. Also, two of the five pieces of cardio equipment aren’t in service because they are too lazy to spread them out even though they have sufficient space.

Went to the front desk and requested some sort of discount and was told that the manager said you can go some where else. Problem was the other hotels were full. Anyway stayed with other issues. Won’t be back to this one!
bunnytrail (4/5): Not a good experience - No eye contact, welcome at check in. Numerous problems with room left unresolved by the one staff member on duty. Basically told us it was not her job……. Wish we had chose the Holiday Inn next door. This was the first time of many hotels that we received such poor service. The overall maintenance inside and out left a lot to be desired.

Verified traveler (4/5): - They advertised it as having a pool, and while I understand with covid having that shut down, the hotel next door made it known on their website that while there is a pool on site, it was not in use. This hotel didn’t and with two little ladies in tow we really were wanting a pool for them. Which let them down immensely. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere. Not to mention we were charged 122 per night for all amenities advertised, which I see as false advertising. The shower wouldn’t work for anyone, unless you like to be sprayed directly in the face. When we tried to adjust it to aim downward the whole pole came off the wall. This is due to a ill fitting shower head for the adjustable arm they had it on. When they fixed it, they just put it all back together - still to spray you in the face not overhead. I asked for cleaning service and towels, my family of 4 received two towels. We stayed three nights and we had garbage and used waiting to be taken out, they had to step over said pile to deliver the towels, when we returned the piles remained but the TWO towels were delivered 🤔😣. The parking lot was hard to access and the hotel was hard to find. Holiday Inn had a sign, Hampton didn’t - and they should have because without that we would have missed it. If you have a moving truck or trailer this parking lot will be hard to maneuver. Outside garbage was always overflowing as well. Lastly, you have to pay to get good internet (4.95 a night).

amberp14142021 (10/5): Great stay! - Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good area. I would recommend. We enjoyed our stay. They also took great extra precautions for sanitizing for Covid precautions as well which we appreciated. Good lighting in the parking lots which I always appreciate

Verified traveler (4/5): - The Hampton Inn of Ponca City is clean and spacious. However, it's extremely over-priced for what you get. Due to an issue with Expedia's booking, we were forced to move to a different room for the subsequent night. Although the second room was $90 more expensive, it lacked the walk-in shower, a blow-dryer, or adequate towels the less expensive room had. Very disappointed.
Verified traveler (4/5): - I was upset bc on the website it states indoor swimming pool I understand everything with COVID makes things harder but my daughter wanted to go stay in a hotel with a swimming pool and have fun just to find out there was nothing for her birthday I could’ve paid a cheaper price for the same kind of service and room Somewhere else and we went down to get breakfast to never find anything I was pretty upset with this trip usually I don’t gripe but this was for my daughters birthday something she don’t get very often
Jennifer (8/5): Personality/communication a must at front desk! - The front desk person was borderline rude and did not mention anything about breakfast or check out time. Literally took our name, asked for credit card for incidentals, and gave us key. Only other communication was to say elevator was straight ahead. She must have been having a bad day!
Turtlepuch (10/5): Clean and friendly staff - This hotel is clean. The morning front desk lady was very friendly and nice. They offer a very limited breakfast. Love the decor in the hotel. Beds are comfortable. Love the outlets built in the cabinet.
Deborah (10/5): - This property was spotlessly clean! Loved the fact that the remote control was wrapped in plastic. Even during COVID, we had the option of them preparing a hot breakfast for us.
Ann (10/5): - Only complaint I have is the room had no view! They put us in the room directly behind the front overhang so that is about all we could see. Otherwise, the room was great.
Nicholas_705 (8/5): Clean hotel, decent breakfast - The rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Very good fitness center, better than I have seen in many hotels. It feels like the entire hotel has been recently renovated. Decent breakfast, not like some other Hilton franchised I stayed in where they take our bailout money and try to cut corners.
