When I got there they say they say they don't accept reservations from hotels.com even though my reservation was confirmed and I had an itinerary number then say the room will be much more than the price that my reservation was. I stayed only because I was a danger on the road I was so tired. There is prostitution going on in the parking lot and hotel and when I woke up. MY CAR HAD BEEN STOLEN in the hours I slept. Save yourself , stay anywhere but here !
- Myles (2/5): - I booked the room around 1:00 in the morning just to arrive to a back in 30 minutes sign the individual and I that I was with waited for an hour no one even showed up to even book us in and then they want to say no refund but also on the window it says no refunds after 15 minutes once checked in the room we never got a chance to check in our room we waited for 2 hours nobody still came back to give us our room we had to get a room a couple doors down that was more money and in the morning return to the same back in 30 minutes so I was charged for a room that I never got even checked into. Something has to give that's pure robbery

Nobody thats clean wouldn't stay in this place it sure was not for me.looks nothing like the pictures online.

Ashes on toilet, burn marks everywhete. Doors open with druggies hanging out playing loud music yelling at each other. This was my worst nightmare. I thought I was going to be killed. Do not stay here! No safe!

- Jessica (2/5): Worst place ever - Pulled into what looked like the projects from the film training day. Minimum of 50 people hanging over balconies, laying in vehicles with no windows and so on. This place is a haven for prostitution, junkies and dealers. The woman at the window was absolutely terrible and when we went to our room it was the most vile disgusting thing we had ever seen. On the balconies there was piles of garage, melting rotting pizza and bugs all over outside rooms. Doors hanging open, loud music and loitering everywhere. This was straight out of a horror movie. We get to our "tomb" and the bed was slept in and may have had a body under the blanket for all we knew. Mold everywhere the bathtub was black and full of mold and filth. The sink had blood in it. We walked right back out and demanded a refund. Then we went and paid double to stay at comfort suits and the experience was much different a few short miles away. Do NOT try to save money go elsewhere!

- Jordan (2/5): Places like this should be shut down - Well considering I wasn't even able to stay after making a reservation and showing up after I 35 mi trip the guy at the front desk informed me that there's no available rooms went online when I made my reservation there was one room left so he said that that one had already sold so it sold within 40 minutes of me getting there he offered me another room after telling me that there were no more rooms in it offered me at $85 when online it was supposed to be $51 then it just told me to leave terrible service will never go back.

Bad area and people walking and driving through the premises and are not living there. No TV remote. No manager on property and no one answers the phone! - Kenneth (2/5): Absolutely horrible experience - The room smelled horrible. The bed sheets had stains and it was like pulling teeth to get a new one. They only gave us one towel and refused to give more until the next day. The bed was wore out and you could feel every spring in it
- Donald (2/5): Terrible never again. - I got there early and they wouldn’t check me in. But check-in wasn’t till 3:30 I got there at 1:30. They couldn’t find my reservation and tried to charge me more than hotels.com stated. They finally agreed to charge what was stated. Room was supposed to be a queen size bed but it was a full size mattress on a queen frame and boxspring. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. I went to call the front desk to find out the WiFi password to find the phone was not connected. The TV remote had no batteries in it. There was one small towel in the room. When I went down to ask for more towels they said they couldn’t get any and had to wait for housekeeping. I stood 3 nights and housekeeping never came into the room to give more towels or change the sheets or even make the bed. I told all this to the front desk (which by the way they didn’t let anyone in the lobby so you spoke to them through a little window outside) they had a sign posted on the window “Unable to cancel after 15 minutes of check in. Guess that should have been my first warning. I guess the old adage is true. You get what you pay for.

- John (4/5): - I had to stay there because it was all I could afford. The mattress was worn out and needed turning. The pillows were flat and totally worn out. There was no hot water when I went to take a shower. There was nothing for me to hang my clothes in or on. There was no room service. I had one towel and one wash rag. There were only a few channels to watch on the television and none of them were any that I like to watch. I didn’t have a good experience at all other than having a place to sleep out of necessity.

There were dead roaches on the floor and live roaches that visited me in the night. Something bit me twice, once on the leg and once on my arm. I don’t think it was need bugs but it hurt and woke me up. There was lots of activity at the pool until around 9 pm which was very noisy. There was some guy walking past my room every few minutes carrying a boombox with the volume very loud. The entrance is next to a busy intersection and it’s difficult to get into if you come from the highway. The desk clerk seemed maybe depressed or exhausted, I don’t know. I do not recommend!

- Narciso (2/5): - This motel is not the place to go very disappointing there are many things not worth coming to first I booked a 49 dollar room for here there none so had to pay 65 second I Decided to stay so I paid I get to the room and the room Smell really Bad of weed had to leave the door open for several hours. Really bad contact high so I went to the office told them the guy did nothing to help. He looked at me like why was I complaining and also when I was ready to take a shower I noticed there was no towels so I went to the office. I told gentleman he said he was going to get maid To bring some towels a hour later I went back he said he told Them it shouldn’t be much longer. I never received any towels. This place is a real joke. I seen a cockroach running around. I didn’t even feel safe to bring my stuff inside really not worth the money I paid to stay. The blankets have cigarette burns on them. They should really Clean this place up
- Narciso (2/5): - Well never got to check in waited 20 min to even get to the window couldn’t access the lobby only to find out they didn’t have the room I wanted to reserve for 55 dollar the lady said they have king size bed but it going to be 15 dollars more if I wanted a king size and to pay more I would of not worth the time to check in online for sure
- KayK (2/5): Never again - We booked our room with check in at 3 only to be told no come back at 4 we have no rooms clean I got back at 345 and was made to wait until 407 when I was then told No we have no rooms come back some other time they was rude and not very clean definitely do not take your children here unless you want them to have nightmares for the rest of their lives it’s unsafe and unpleasant
- Thomas (2/5): What reservation ???? - They only had one room available at check in time and it seemed that it was first come first serve at the check in window and they told my to come back at 4pm to see about room availability.
- SaQuetta (2/5): - I didn't like the staff they rude I would get there some time and try to buy a room they would have a sign up talking about check in is at 5:30 and when get back at 5:40 some of the rooms don't be clean beds don't made up and no clean bath towels there housekeeper don't never keep the room cleam or have us clean bath towels and plus they have bad roaches I
- Ian (6/5): - I booked a single bed but when I got to hotel i was told there were no singles left only doubles and id have to pay for doube even though i clearly book a single. Also there was only one wash cloth and one towel and not bath?mat and no cups.
- Occoless (2/5): - Its minutes away from my job, walking distance in a pinch. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The A/C worked very well... a little too well. Thats the good part. Now for the bad part. The sheets were dirty and had tiny burn holes, probably from weed seeds. The blanket had a large brown spot on it. Was it poop? Was it mud? Not sure if I want to know. I wasn't given towels and they didn't have any to give me either, so I had to dry off with one of my t-shirts. If this is all you can afford, hey, its better than sleeping outside. But if you can do better and you can afford better, spend money on a better place.

- Kristina (2/5): Horrible unsatisfying - I didn’t even stay at the hotel I booked it said check in was at 3 they would not let me check in til 430 I came back at 415 and they made me stand there for 15 minutes just to tell me that there was no rooms available
- Edward (2/5): - Our confirmed room rate was not honored. This was not because of “additional fees.” We were literally told they did not have the room we booked, so we were charged more for a room exactly like the one we’d booked. It was filthy. The door jamb was loose. Everything looked dilapidated. The metal fixtures were all rusted. The pillows were paper thin. The TV was awful. The mattress sunk and had holes all along the box spring. The facility was noisy at all hours. The elevator looks like a death trap. The pool was empty and filthy. The young lady working the night desk was extremely challenging to comprehend language-wise. Paying anything over $30 a night to stay here will leave you feeling robbed. Last resort.
