- Juan (4/5): - The property is clean and safe quiet the amenities Are great but terrible front desk customer service I got charged for my stay on there end again when I had already paid through Expedia , I addressed to customer service they returned the charges back to the credit card , they told me I was going to get charge only for the home amenities I requested which was $124 and $500 deposit for incidentals with a total of $624 so I got the charges on October 10, 2025 At checkout but then again Encore charge me again another transaction on October 11 , 2025 for $624 When I was no longer staying. Terrible experience I don’t think I ever returned there.

Our overall stay was lovely. The pool in the yard was clean and our favorite part. Cleanliness and safety was of high concern. The minion room and Elsa room made for children was not for children. The bed in minion room was a broken bunk bed. My son had a huge bruise from one of the posts. Ordering food from the resort was not easy. We had issues connecting to wifi. I spent a lot of time cleaning messes that weren’t ours.

There Was A Few Hiccups With The House. But I Didnt Mind Because Yu Expect Wear & Tear From Other Guest. Maintenance Are Pretty Quick When You Call For Them. My Family Stayed In Two Seperate Houses This Year Because It Was A lot Of Us. But We Had Fun & It’s Always A Pleasure With Everything They Offer Here. As Well As It’s Not Far From A lot Of Attractions, Super Markets & Gas Station. I Will Always Come Back To This Resort
- Donato (2/5): - We love the area and gated community and always felt safe and this was our 2nd visit. The house was a disaster. Cleanliness in and around pool was dirty. Pool filter was not working, Inside air hockey game was not safe, broken garburator, broken dishwasher, dining chair missing, issues with front desk management office phones not working. Double deposit on my credit card and they said my bank had to fix. The resort finally fixed the issue. I dealt with Erin and he was good to deal with. I spent half of my vacation waiting for workers to fix all the issues. This is a quick snap but there was more and it was all tracked in Expedia emails as Expedia always was dealing directly with the resort. Thank you Expedia. If someone wants to talk to me I can give a formal update. DI

- Jacqueline (8/5): - Overall the property was nice, but the house requires some upkeep. The blinds were broken, so there was not much privacy at night in the living room. I had to report to the office that some of the furniture and other items were broken. We had to request extra bedding and towels because not enough were provided for a party of 10. The shuttle service to theme parks was very misleading. It only leaves once per day at 7:30 AM and returns once per day at 7:00 PM. I am on vacation, and I don't want to leave my hotel at 7:00 AM. Despite all of the above, it was a nice property, and most of the staff were great!

- Christine (2/5): - Terrible property. Supposed to be a luxury community, which the homes are, but very ghetto. Parties going on to 5am despite having a 10pm noise ordinance in place. Security can't do anything about it. Maybe if you rent a home closer to the main office you will have a better experience. The livingroom tv was broken and from reading reviews this is a common occurrence. They send someone out to tell you it needs to be replaced but it won't be replaced during your stay. There was trash left in the kitchen which told me the property was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool was dirty, there was a broken closet door, and walls were dirty. The shuttle only picks up for parks at one time so if you are expecting multiple shuttles you will be disappointed. Probably best to rent a vehicle. There is a restaurant on property but they don't serve breakfast. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the front desk did nothing to make things better. They did not even offer to move us to a different hime even after experiencing the noise from multiple parties during our entire stay. It was horrific not good for kids. The water park was the only pleasant experience.

- Steve (10/5): - Great experience at Encore Reunion. We were upgraded to a larger home and the kids were ecstatic to have a pool to call their own. Beds were comfy and the AC was true on both floors. The only negatives were that the amazing house was woefully under equipped with amenities. No propane for the grill (unless purchased). A large kitchen with very few cooking items or utensils. No salt/pepper or even regular coffee packs for the maker (only decaf?!) . It honestly didn't feel like they wanted you to cook in order to maybe attend their restaurants?? Hmmm...LOL The waterpark was tremendous though. It was like a resort within itself. Never overcrowded and really clean. We didn't experience any of the restaurants since one was closed the day we were going to visit. It's a very short trip to Disney and Kissimmee offers up everything you need for groceries, souvenirs and restaurants. All in all, it was a great experience and we'd certainly return.

- Joseph (6/5): - This was my 4th stay at Encore Reunion. There are both good and bad parts to this story, but unfortunately the entire operation has gone downhill. The staff, like Sarie, were great considering what they had to work with. The house was "okay", but nothing like previously provided and definitely not as pictured! Be wary that they don't show your actual house before you book!! Carpets were dirty, very very worn and smelled bad. At the end, when we removed sheets, as they require, we found the mattress cover had urine stains. The pool lounge furniture was rotten, moldy cushions that were falling apart. Management responded by trying to pressure wash them, but that didn't resolve anything. We asked them to remove it so it wouldn't ruin our pool pics and that took 3 days. The kitchen had 2 plastic cups for 11 ppl, hardly any other kitchen equipment- and what they did have was mismatched. When you spend $$ for a week, I would have expected much better. When I complained, I was given a $150 credit, which was something, but hardly compensation. At least we all loved the Encore water park. It's a lot of fun for the whole family. Just be aware that now they will close down the restaurants, pool bar and even park areas for private parties. We paid for the amenities and its bad they are closed for those paying more. Coffee shop closes at 4PM. Water park closes early, at 6, too. After years of staying here, this operation needs a huge refresh. Won't be coming back unless that happens.

Two dishwashers one did not work. needed new pots and containers as well. Property was very clean, sanitary, no bugs! Pool was also very clean. Doors in pool vicinity, locking mechanism not the best. A/C was great as were the beds. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

Still at check out they claimed us as the crazy ones about the nonworking air upstairs, even though a professional company came in for hour and half and said there is noway that air works upstairs and will ever get to set temperature.

- Carmen (4/5): Pésimo servicio, instaciones, fotos no reales. - Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la propiedad que habíamos pagado, nos dieron una casa muy fea, que tenía mal olor, completamente otro tamaño, vieja, y nada que ver con las imágenes, logramos por suerte que nos cambiaran de casa, y aun así aunque era mucho mas grande y algo similar a lo que habíamos pagado. No tiene nada de 5 estrellas, ni en las camas, almohadas, baños, regaderas muy viejas, costaba extra que calentaran la alberca en la casa, lo cual pagamos y no la calentaban bien. Perdieron un paquete que pedimos en recepción, fuimos casí 5 días tarde y noche, cuando había imagen de la entrega, y firma de recibido por ellos, nunca se hirieron responsables, fuimos un día antes del check out para decirles que la tarjeta donde se iba a pagar lo extra iba a ser otra, y mos dijeron que no había problema, aun así llegamos en la mañana y ya lo habían hecho, muy mala atención de todo el personal, y estamos en espera de que me regresen el depósito de 500 dolares, porque al parecer por cualquier pequeño detalle hasta la limpieza de salida normal te quieren cobrar, cuándo no te entregan ni bien la casa. Se pago casi 100mil pesos por la casa, al creer que era 5 estrellas e incluian transporte a los parques, terrible, peor que camiones, en los peores horarios, y muy mal trato también por ese personal, tenías que hacer literal cambio de transporte, es decir dos, para llegar. Pesima experiencia, atención y cero responsables de nadaaaaa.

- Radelkis (8/5): - I have to say this was not my favorite property/house in encore-reunion and I have book 4or5 of there houses , it lacked basic items that you will usually find in there homes and one very important thing : we are very conscious about not creating loud noises since is one of the rules in you booking package unfortunately our neighbors where very loud till 1am and I didn’t see any one coming around to supervise or check on the houses late nights , Pool was a little dirty we informed the service crew and they came next day and cleaned it(shouldn’t have been dirty) ,found hair in the showers upon arrival ::::: that said , I love reunion resort I hope they inspect the houses well for future bookings ,is our home away from home when traveling to Orlando ,the resort and it’s amenities are great .

Was unknowingly given wrong address and keycard, after we unloaded car with luggage and grocery, was called back to office to obtained correct keycard and home. Paid for heated pool, water was frigid the entire stay, hot tub finally warmed up on last day. The house was large and spacious but could use some updating. Overall just didn’t look clean in my opinion. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part, but we more than likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Constant police activity on the property due to problematic guest that the property is fully aware of and stated they cannot regulate the property concerns due to the capacity of people staying. Police were called to my area 4 times in days and we were told this was a ongoing issue at this property and to make matters more worse the Managers when approached about this issue agreed it is. This stay I would not recommend to anyone who is traveling for peace or even a vacation home. Check the police records in the town and they would confirm this as well. Please hire better trained management to resolve issues. Will be following up with corporate .

- Sara (2/5): - We booked this property based on the photos. We were highly disappointed with our home. The pool did not look like the photos. It had no hot tub, it was dirty and in the shade. As well, you needed to pay $60us a day to heat the pool with a minimum of 2 days. When we asked about the home they said the photos is just advertising. As well, we had rear neighbours who partied and blasted music from midnight until 10am every night. We called security and nothing was done until the Next morning, and then it continued every night. Overall the home is huge and water park is nice, but not worth the price of the stay.

Would be back for these two amenities. The house felt a little dirty due to older carpet. I think new carpet would make it feel a lot cleaner. The beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. If you plan to cook, you’ll have to buy everything! Besides a few courtesy coffee packets, you’ll be running to Walmart for nearly all your cooking basics. In other airbnbs there is the potential of salt and pepper, sugar, maybe some cooking spray. Not here. It’s a bit of nuisance but thankfully Walmart is right down the road. However the traffic on the main road and between the club house and the neighborhood is extremely busy. I would never let my kids cross the street to go rent a basketball or go to the waterpark. The shuttle to universal studios was easy to book and convenient. However the last departure time was too early. We wanted to stay until the park closed so we needed an uber to get back which was about $100 at that time of night. All in all the vacation was a great time, however because of the few things mentioned above I would probably look for something else the next time we travel to Florida.

The kitchen allow you the opportunity to make your own food and conveniently provided all utensils. The community is safe to walk And lots of fun activities, including the waterpark. The home we stayed in had an arcade and a themed room. The kids really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend if you have a family that you stay in this property because of the amenities and the safety and opportunities to go to amusement parks in Orlando area.

I did not like that.You had to pay for clean towels. I did not like that they would not give you any more toilet paper or paper towels. It was virtually impossible to watch TV because of the WI. Fi would kick off every 2 or 3 minutes. We're also told that we had to strip all the linen off the bed and put it downstairs, and then we had to take all the towels and gathered them and put them all downstairs.

The more people the more its worth it Pros: house size, safe location, waterpark, clean, convenient Cons: staff couldn't get wifi in house to work, also couldn't get the directv to work either. So literally nothing worked on any tv in the house. Wasn't a huge deal for me (this trip) but the directv has only worked 1 time of the 3 different stays I've had at this place and this time the wifi didnt work at all either so that's certainly an ongoing issue. 6 bathrooms all with showers only 1 tub. Again not issue for me this trip but maybe useful info for others with more little kids. Plenty of houses in neighborhood so this may just be this one property. Heated pool in backyard is nice, some backyard pools better than others, but costs $60 per day extra and cannot just be one night, has to be on for 2 or more days (extra charge for heated pool clearly stated to be fair, but definitely something they could do for free considering the current price point paid and the fact its actually cold only like 5 days per year in Orlando). The air hockey table in my house had seen better days, saying it turned on is factual, so it likely passes the inspection every time, but it isn't quite working good enough to play

- Justin (2/5): - I recently stayed at this resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The water heater broke twice, and even after supposed repairs, half of the showers still had no hot water. We had a packed schedule at the parks, yet we were asked to move to another unit late at night with a house full of kids and other adults—an unreasonable request. They assured us the water heater would be fixed immediately, but the next day, a technician simply came and ordered parts, leaving us without a functioning water heater. To make matters worse, alarms kept going off near the locked-up water heater, adding to the chaos. The staff didn’t seem to care. Every time we complained, we got the same response: “We’re working on it.” But nothing was ever fixed we had no heated showers for the full length of our stay except one down stairs. It felt like the entire resort was falling apart, and management was just ignoring it. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone unless they want to spend their vacation dealing with constant issues. Save your money and book somewhere else!
- Sarah (10/5): - Love love love. We were in a 6 bedroom with a bonus game/theatre room. The private pool and hot tub was a game changer. We barely even went to the water park it was so comfy and relaxing in our house (when we weren’t at parks). It was clean and spacious. We had a gazebo and grill area in our backyard. We had some issues with the pool heater at first but they had it fixed within 24 hrs. Was safe and quiet. My new fav place

- Jessica (6/5): Good, just find out which unit you are in - The house itself was new and very nice. Having laundry and a full kitchen was great. However the amenities of the resort were not what I was expecting. The water park was only open until 6pm and there were no other pool options available so there was no swimming once we got done with parks or dinner. Our unit was a few minutes drive from the actual resort hub and right next to the interstate and the noise from the traffic from the main highway was enough to keep us awake every night. It was so set apart that it didn’t feel like it was actually part of the resort and it was pretty inconvenient because traffic can be very terrible in the area. Overall we were pretty disappointed in the actual resort experience, but the house was nice. Your drive to the parks will be 30 min to 1 hour everyday due to traffic, so just plan for that.
- Dawn (4/5): - The house we received had mouse droppings in bathroom. Complained to front desk and they said that the manager would contact me. The manager never contacted me during my stay. We paid $200 dollars for the pool to be heated for three days.never got heat the first day . I called many times to have someone check it if it was working. The next day I called to complain again a few more times around 3:45pm someone finally came to check and got the heat on. When we returned from dinner . The heat was good. The next day the pool was so hot it was not comfortable. We were told the hot tub would be 101 and the pool around 89. The pool was way hotter than 89. The front desk was friendly said I would not be charged for the first day of heat . Unfortunately I have not received any compensation.really I think they should refund the whole amount of the heat for the pool. I was also told I would get compensation for the mess in the bathroom. None has been give.
- Lisa (10/5): - Perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings! The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We loved lounging around the pool and enjoying the quiet area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of small glitches which were resolved in a very short time. We would love to go back in the future.
- Michael (6/5): - I will say the resort itself is nice and the staff was great. But the house we stayed in was dirty to the point they gave us a credit. The ac did not work for one day. Could just be the unit we stayed in but it was a little trashed. Before hand we considered buying into the property as an investment but after this prob not.
- Ronna (10/5): - Property was beautiful. I did not care for all the extras $. for everything. I also didn’t care for the 1,000 damage deposit when there were things at the property that weren’t working well. Made me worry I would be charged.
