Kim (10/5): - I had a room with 2 queen beds that were super comfortable. The air conditioner worked great as did the microwave, TV, and Wi-Fi! I've stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed!! It's budget and pet friendly.... They even have a little dog park for your fur babies and didn't charge extra. When I have to be in the area, I stay in Jay!

jim (2/5): yerrible - Terrible customer service. Everything is run down and the person working the front desk is rude and has the communication skills of a toddler. When you asked questions all he would do was point at signs posted around the office. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in the area to just drive an extra 15 miles and stay in Grove
Jacqueline (8/5): - The motel was fine for our stay. We needed a place to sleep with our small dog so she could go potty outside without needing stairs, and was an easy access to the highway to in-laws house. The room was clean, nice and cool or warm when the weather changed and very nice and quiet. Nothing special but we just needed a place to sleep at nice. the young man at reception was nice at check in and we had no problems the 2 nights we stayed there. I would say, do not allow your children to use the remote, the cable needs to be limited in the higher numbers. Not that you can use them without paying , but the channels available would not be ones I would want my grandchildren to be able to read.

Glen (2/5): Bad first time experience - There was no stay becuase the hotel was flooded when I arrived. I had to drive to next town and a long way out of my way to find another motel at double the price.

Big holes in the bathroom door, ashtray in non smoking room and smelled of smoking, smoke detector was gone except wires, refrigerator looked like it had fallen from the truck. The shower was ok and bed was good except for the 6” bar the stuck out below the bed that was painful when hit. I gave it a 2 because we slept ok.
Edith (4/5): - This is the only hotel in the área. If you can stay in Grove, do it. I had paid for two rooms. Once I get there, I was told that I had only paid for one. After, I showed him my reservation he decided to give me the other room. The TV in our room only could display one channel. When I went to ask him for a solution, he apologized and said they were sold out and that I could maybe download the Roku app if I had a smart phone. Oh, bring your own breakfast as you will not find much food to eat. He had two gallon bottles of milk in the little fridge. One was empty, and the other one had maybe half a cup of milk. He also had some old cereal and same nasty looking cookies. It is not our first time there, but we were there for a funeral and Grove was a bit far from our family.
Suzan (6/5): - Upon check in, we had to wait 5-10 min for someone to come to the desk, couldnt understand what he was saying. There was absolutely no hot water, barely got luke warm, called front desk and no one answered so we had to drive to the office, wait another 5-10 min for yet a different person to come help us. Then told we could use a community area? No thank you. I would have to drive to that area, as there was snow and we werent going to walk, then drive back to our room, wet from having showered in a different room. Not pleased with this visit

Doon (2/5): Holiday pine inn - Decent room cleanliness is okay the bathroom is shower did not work had to go using different one in different sided building customer service was nice on all it was a decent State besides the bathroom and shower
Verified traveler (6/5): Not the best - Our stay was ok. Had to kill a couple roaches, only lock was on the doorknob, no secondary lock/deadbolt. Person in next room was very unsettling and watched us come and go.

Paul (8/5): - Older motel. Very basic room. Clean. Bed was comfortable but not like places that cost 3x as much. For the price and just an overnight place to lay my head, this worked okay. Had my wife been with me though, I would have gone to the next town over and paid 3-4x more for something newer. Overall though, HP worked fine for me…a 68 yr old male golfer.

I did call ahead of time and request a late check out and they accommodated no problems. I did notice In my room the floor around the table and chair was still dirty but overall pretty satisfied with my stay. I'll probably be booking another stay here in a month or so

Bryan (6/5): Get what you pay for.. - I got what I expected and what I paid for. I did not expect much. It was a $50.00 Motel room. There was nothing fancy but the onsite manager did his best to make my stay good. Really nice guy who is trying his best. He allowed me to park my boat next to a plug to charge my batteries and the parking lot was well lit with security cameras. I wouldn't leave anything loose in your boat. 10 minutes from the ramps a Lake Eucha. I highly recommend The Mexican restaurant next door. The salsa sucked (like water), ask for the good salsa (spicy).

Verified traveler (2/5): Unclean. - Office where you check in was closed, had to call a number to get someone to front desk. The office where you check in at reeks with horrible order and smells like old wet dog or mold/mildew stench. Our room was not even clean, hair was in bath/shower. Hair was in bed sheets and pillows, no one had cleaned that room. Dust all over furniture, walls had stains and marks all over it so did head rest of beds. Furniture on seats was torn and wore out. The table and microwave had food crumbs left on it. Plain and simple our room was not cleaned so I asked for another room, which I went to it and it was supposed to be non-smoking but had smoke smell in it and it was dirty and not clean. Finally got offered a 3rd room and it was clean and no smoke smell in it but this is so unacceptable.Sad thing is we have stayed in this motel in the past 3 years and it was great with no problems at all, do not know what has happened in the past 12-18 months but it is no where as good as it was and I will not go back, too bad, a shame, was a a very nice place to stay.

Ronald (2/5): dont stay here - most disappointed I've ever been in hotel first off i get it a cheap room what did I expect well i expected an outdoor pool that wasn't working website never said otherwise lobby was so smoke filled i had to change my shirt when I got back to my car and use body spray to mask smell now to the room nonsmoking room, so I thought walking to room first thing i see is an ash tray next to front door inside door had dirty hand prints on it so we went back to front desk and turned in key left they never tried to accommodate us he was a total jerk so I paid for a room we didn't stay in.

The manager went above and beyond to make us feel safe. (We were 2 women traveling along). The room was comfortable and very clean. The shower had good water pressure. It doesn't have a pool but there is several water activities around the town and area. Will stay again!!

INNA (10/5): Hidden gem in Northeast Oklahoma! - The hotel did not look the greatest on outside, little dated, BUT on the inside the rooms were neat, clean, well kept, the bed was great, clean fresh sheets and pillow cases. Clean white towels and rags plenty of soap and shampoo. Heater was new and worked great, very quiet room and slept really well in it, carpet was very clean. Room smelled fresh and clean no odors! Had a microwave, fridge, big screen TV on wall, satellite TV, great wifi connection, coffee maker, new clean toilet and bath/shower, this was a excellent room! It may not look that great on outside but inside the rooms where it counts this place was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and the front desk was very friendly and good to deal with.
