- Kris (10/5): -
- Denise (7/5): Since this was an unplanned short stay, it met my needs. I was happy for that. - The bed was perfect. I slept well and did not wake up sore. The tub/shower could have used a deep cleaning.
- Lorine (3/5): Poor website - The comfy bed The surprise extra $100 security deposit
- Sharon (8/5): -
- Savannah (10/5): Loved the Room placement for my elder grandpa and my 3yr old daughter… everything was provided as we arrived. Gas statio - Great Location for all the facilities we had to attend to $100 deposit , was not aware.
- Stephen (8/5): A good place to stay for the money. - The breakfast was good. There was enough of a selection that both of us could enjoy the meal. We did like the cable TV service. The cable service included music channels which we really liked. The location was in a short distance to various dining venues. The staff was very courteous and answered our qsuestions. The room appeared to have been updated. However, the bathroom could use some updating. It was good, but didn't seem to match the work that was done in the main room.

- William (7/5): Average hotel, reasonably comfortable - The beds were reasonably comfortable, and it was quiet and a good temperature inside. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.
- Trujillo (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay here in this location, friendly and helpful staff I am very satisfied with their service thank you Nothing to add, we're good
- Carol (10/5): Wonderful surprise in Los Lunas. - Fantastic front desk staff. Very accommodating, professional and polite.
- Fidencia (9/5): - La ubicación del lugar y la trankilidad No tengo quejas de nada
- Kathleen (10/5): - Comfortable bed and sheets were super soft!
- Mark (10/5): -
- Charity (4/5): I’m hesitant to stay here again. Definitely not worth the cost of the room. - The food wasn’t that great, although there were options. There was food and creamer left in my fridge from previous people. There was dry coffee mix in the coffee pot that was also left from the previous people. Then on our first day their my husband went downstairs for coffee and breakfast and a older man came up to my husband asking for his ID and his room number as if he wasn’t suppose to be there. House keeping knocked at 9 and we were still getting ready and rudely told us checkout was at 11. Then an hour later she knocked again and was upset reminding us checkout was at 11 I let her know we knew. We left at 10:20 so I’m not sure why there was an issue.

- Peter (9/5): Much better than its rating. - Room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower. Very quiet at night, even on Halloween. Breakfast was OK. Internet was a bit slow, especially at prime use times (Ookla Speed Test measured just under 1mbs).
- Jesse (10/5): - Great stay.
- Olive (1/5): I report the hotel to the business bureau and to the local police - The behavior I encountered from a staff member has left me feeling unsafe, harassed, and deeply unsettled.
During my stay, I was subjected to repeated and inappropriate communication from a member of your staff, including harassing phone calls and text messages. The situation escalated to the point that I felt compelled to report the matter to the local police department and file an official complaint. In addition to this harassment, I was shocked to discover that this individual attempted to charge my credit card $700 without justification. This unauthorized charge attempt is unacceptable and may constitute fraud. I request that you look into this immediately and ensure no such charges are processed.
- Maria Miguel (6/5): - Needs a better breakfast more taste, area was small. King bed needs a new mattress.
- Allen (2/5): - I never got to stay. Either Quality Inns or Expedia decided they didn't want me to stay at this hotel. Have a nice day.
- Robert (10/5): - Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, water was hot, Brenda was courteous and professional. There was plenty of breakfast.
- Fritz (10/5): - Convenient, clean and affordable stay. The manager helps us out each time if a minor issue occurs. Will always choose this hotel over any others in Los Lunas. Thank you!
- Christa (10/5): - Everything was clean and was easy to add on more days and stay in the same room also the prices were affordable.
- TRINIDAD (10/5): - Nice area
- Lisa (10/5): - Check-in was a breeze. Really friendly front desk staff made me feel comfortable, even though I was exhausted from a day of driving. Thank you.
- Arguello (10/5): A much needed break from work!!! - The room was perfect, the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious!!! All for a great prit!!
- Mark (10/5): - 🙂
- Karina (3/5): - Location
- Rodriguez (9/5): - It met my expectations ! None
- Tomilee (10/5): A nice surprise - From the outside, the Quality Inn appears outdated and the BIG Issue is it doesn't have an elevator! However, the staff is friendly and the location clean. The my double bed room had a lot of space too. The convenience of a coin washer and dryer was a nice touch.
- Brian (10/5): - We spent one night on a road trip. The staff was welcoming. The property was clean. The hotel was great.
- Linda (10/5): - Room was clean, comfy bed.
- Jessica (8/5): - It was ok. I stayed for a work trip and was unaware that every night there would be a drag race in front of the hotel and sirens.
I didn’t have the complimentary breakfast.
If you want to make friends here, just sit out on the little bench out front. There are quite a few long term guests that stay at the Quality Inn and most of them are nice people.
All food options close by are closed after 10.
- Samantha (8/5): - Nice little place to stay! Staff was very professional and accommodating. Didn’t utilize any of the facilities and slept thru breakfast so didn’t experience those areas.
- Joel (8/5): - All good
- Wendy (2/5): - They cancelled our reservation, said they informed expedia but not us
- Freddie (10/5): - I think they update rooms constantly. New bedspread and linens. Loved the lighted bathroom mirror. Blow dryer with a night light. I’ve always pushed for a night light in the bathroom!
- Gregg (10/5): - excellent
- Cecilia (10/5): - The staff at front desk worked to accommodate extra days. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great! Very clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was just OK. Lady at check-in acted like i was bothering her by checking in. Lots of traffic noise throughout the night from side street of hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- luis (6/5): - Toilet tank leaking water not horrible but maintenance issue. Main issue was the room door would not close right or lock had to sleep with an open eye.
- Sung (10/5): - Easy to access and quite place.
- Bryan (8/5): - They really need to work on their breakfast. It’s pretty bad. My AC unit was starting to make noise near the end of the stay. That was kind of annoying. However, they are very nice there maintenance people the cleaner people the front desk people. They’re all very nice. I’ve stayed there twice so, it’s not bad.
- Laurel (2/5): - I had a reservation through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without my knowledge. I never called to cancel, nor did I receive any notification about it before then.
As a result, I had to rebook my stay directly through the hotel for quite a bit MORE per night. I explained my situation to the staff, but they were unhelpful and did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
Given this experience, I won't be staying at this hotel again
- Luz Adriana (6/5): - Buena ubicación
- Salvador (4/5): -
- Brown (8/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): - Good stay, pool was open and clean great location for our purposes.
- Michelle (6/5): - Stay was overall good.
Toiletries were scarce and previously used (shampoo/conditioner). No toilet paper.
I did need an accommodation to stay a few extra hours due to delay in an interview time. I was allowed to stay an extra hour in the room but had to wait in the lobby the rest of the time.
- Pamela (8/5): - It was just a quick stay overnight as we traveled from CO back to AZ. Only issue was housekeeping had not cleaned out the coffee grinds in the coffeemaker in our room from the previous visitors.
- Cecilia (10/5): - It was a very nice hotel; staff were friendly and check in was easy!
- bhaveshkumark2025 (10/5): GOOD - SERVICE +STAFF AND ROOM THE BREAKFAST ALSO LOOKS GOOD BUT I DID NOT TRY EXCEPT COFFE , FRONT DESK AGENT SAID COFFE AND JUICE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIME .
- Caruth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (4/5): - They charged 100 security fee. Still haven’t gotten it back I left the room way better then when we came. I scrubbed the tub before we could use it
- Straface (9/5): Superb -
- Victoria (10/5): - It was clean and friendly
- Dutchover (9/5): Superb -
- Sosusco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marinela (9/5): Our stay there was great not far away from the place we needed to be. The room was clean and smelled good. - The room was clean and the breakfast was good too. I did not like it because the pool was closed.
- Jason (8/5): - Was a good stay. Pretty comfortable pillows are small. Bed was comfortable. Very clean but the bathroom sink either leaked or broken but had hard water it didn't look pleasant as Showerheads really old n covered in hard water or something. But over all good would rate it a 7 out of 10.
- T. (9/5): Superb -
- David (2/5): - Cheap, dirty, they stole my soda out of my refrigerator. Thinking I was leaving early.
- Dupree (3/5): Poor - Location The staff
- Vonda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (6/5): Good for a stop through stay - The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift/upgrade. Decided to "splurge" for the suite and total was of money for the expense. Not sure how long the hotel has been there but it feels every bit stuck in the 1990s. It's clean, but dated and feels very, very cheap.
- Kaitlyn (8/5): Very good -
- Edgar (6/5): - Smelled like someone was smoking weed on one of the rooms
- Yvo (7/5): Good -
- Yvo (7/5): Good - It’s cleN I had a non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone had been smoking there for a long time
- Sherry (5/5): It was a nice hotel - The breakfast was good. Nothing
- Joe (8/5): - They allowed me to check-in very early after a long drive which was much appreciated. Friendly staff who seemed invested in making the stay a good experience.
- Samuel (7/5): Good - The room was fined. The breakfast was good I thought it was a little pricey.
- Ivan (10/5): - All good!
- Melanie (2/5): - Not very clean and no shower curtain
- rick (8/5): Comfortable room - Went for a one night stay. The place was easy to find, comfortable and quiet.
- Ariadne (10/5): - It was clean and we had the room when we needed it the most.
- Kristina (2/5): - just all bad
- Lorenzo (1/5): Worst stay ever - It was dirty place the staff did not care when asked to move me to better room the second room was even more dirty worst experience ever never will go back It was dirty
- Graham (9/5): I would recommend a stay here. Over all it was a good place. - Breakfast was adequate. Location was good, the on and off ramp for i25 was right there.
Quite, clean and nicely carpeted. The fitness room and guest laundry was a bounce even though we didn’t need either. The bathroom had some issues. First I loved the grab bar for getting in and out of the tub, but the floor of the tub was slippery and dingy looking. A rubber bath mat is needed. The exhaust fan was loud needs oiling.
- Allen (8/5): To expensive for what you get - Beds alittoe on tge worn oit side, Room was clean. No shelves in Fridge, Body wash was half empty, Toiletries not enough for 2 People, Water has cold then hot very inconsistent, Bathtub spout was half off, grab bar ring was loose. Breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage, fried Potatoes, Waffles, Oatmeal, Fruits, Bagels, Toast, OJ and Apple Juice, Coffee.
Even so it's a non smoking Hotel we smelled Cigarette smoke in the Hallway, some People just can't follow directions. Hotel.was clean and so was the Room.
- George (10/5): - Girl that checked us in was super nice 3/14/25
- Roland (8/5): Very good - The refrigerator didn’t work very well. Room was too small. The room space.
- Sean (10/5): - Good
- Mike (10/5): - Bed was incredibly comfortable
- Jose (10/5): - Excelent experience staying at this hotel, nothing fancy but just the necesary to have a good feeling after the night and departure, cleaness, good sleep, quiet, good breakfast, I give it a 10 of a scale of 10
- Chris (6/5): - Limited options in the area. I would prefer a higher end experience but had to settle for this place. The people that stay there are very noisy and there are trucks and buses idling outside your windows. The free breakfast is like hospital food.
- Corinne (10/5): - Only thing not so great is , it does not have a elevator
- Casey (10/5): - comfortable beds and bedding
- Steve (2/5): Wouid not stay there again - The Bldg / Rooms need renovation
Shower was stained bad, bathroom sink was plugged
- Beck (8/5): Very good -
- Marty (10/5): - Pet friendly.
