Alexandra (1/5): - Falsches Zimmer gegeben, Deluxe gebucht und bezahlt, erhalten Standard. Vorher zweimal nachgefragt, ob klar ist, dass wir 3 Personen sind. Keine Reaktion darauf. Zimmer war nur für 2 Personen gerichtet. Ameisen im Zimmer, uns wurde auf Wunsch zwar sogleich ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Dies war mit sehr feuchter und übel riechender Bettwäsche. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag durften wir in ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Frühstück immer das gleiche, Qualität nicht entsprechend dem Preis. Am Pool nicht genügend Handtücher, nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Laundry sehr teuer, 1 Tag verspätet, Kinder Discount wurde ignoriert. Housekeeping klopft um 8.15. Danach wird nicht mehr gereinigt. Housekeeping wollte einmal sogar reinigen, als wir im Zimmer waren, war schlecht abzuwimmeln. Cafe das zum Hotel gehört minderwertig, Personal spricht kein Wort deutsch. NIE WIEDER dieses Hotel!

Hang (9/5): A good choice for overnight stay in Ninh Binh - The room is big and clean. Shower water is strong and bathroom is quite big, too Location is quite far from the downtown but I am ok with it because it is close to the place I need to go. Breakfast quality is at an average level. As the hotel is popular to seminars and events, be prepared to see lots of people in the breakfast restaurant.

Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
YOON (8/5): a very friendly staff to customers - I checked in on the evening of September 5th. 1. The attitude and service of reception female employees to customers are the best. I really want to compliment her. 2. The location is a little away from the city center. However, there is no big problem because it is less than 10 minutes if you travel by vehicle. 3. The facilities are clean and satisfying.

Colin (7/5): Overall it was just okay. - Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious even the walls were a bit worse for ware . The buffet breakfast was somewhat lacklustre I thought compared to the scent hotel. As for the cafe it was a smokers den and the staff are in need of an attitude adjustment . I looked at menu on two occasions and it was grabbed out of my hands and told to look at the board. It seems to be in my observation that the manager and supervisors have created a hostile work environment as every employee were not happy and rarely smiled. Oh lack of English was a concern when they had over 30 Australians staying there and there was a struggle with people trying to order.

Jose (3/5): Poor - The hotel itself is good. Nice rooms and good facilities. The staff was completely helpless. I called reception to say I was arriving very early in the morning, and they said no problem. Once arrived, the receptionist told me that no rooms were available and that's it. She offered me to wait in the hall from 5 am to 2 pm, just sitting in a sofa. No alternative offered, even rest in the lounge. I asked for an early check-in, and they said no. Not even paying the extra, of course. After 11 hours on a night bus, I was exhausted and very angry with the situation, so I decided to just have a little rest on the sofa and decide what to do. A couple of hours later, an employee came to me, told me to follow him, grabbed my luggage, walked me to the exit, left the stuff outside, and told me to go. Like that, they invited me to leave the hotel. Never in my life did I feel so embarrassed and humiliated. I turned around, walked to the reception, and magically, no one spoke English. They just ignored me. Having a room booked with them!!! The worst experience in a hotel ever. The location is not suitable for tourism. It's far from everywhere. It's just good for conventions and teens travelling in groups. Also, that night, these teens were extremely noisy and annoying. Avoid if you're on holiday visiting the city.

Richard (9/5): Superb - The staff were amazing, they honestly couldn’t have done more for us from organising holding our luggage, renting a scooter, and organising a bus back to Hanoi. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing directly to the hotel, however the cafe that is associated with the hotel in the adjoining building had trouble processing our bank card due to the workers error on the machine. When calling the bank to discover why it was not working as it had previously to this transaction, the bank informed us it had been damaged by swiping the card and through the machine. This is very disappointing, completely unacceptable and we are now a bank card down for travelling Vietnam!

Verified traveler (6/5): 여기가 그나마 나은 호텔이라니 - 일단 전망은 아주 좋습니다. 강 뷰로 하면 해 뜨는 걸 볼 수 있고 시내뷰로 하면 해 지는 걸 볼 수 있습니다. 위치는 매우 외곽이라 어딜 가든 30분 이상 걸립니다(편도 택비시 만원 이상 든다고 생각하면 됨). 주변에 아무것도 없고 옆 건물 1층에 카페 하나 있는데 거기서 룸서비스도 담당해줍니다. 체크인 시 요구사항이 반영되지 않을 수 있으며 스파는 매우 좋으나 아침 식사는 부실한 편입니다. 방음이 잘 되지는 않아서 밖의 차 소리는 안들리지만 실내가 다소 시끄럽습니다. 욕실에는 샤워 호수가 따로 없이 해바라기형입니다. 룸 서비스는 요청한 음식과 다른 음식이 올 수 있습니다.

JUN HO (8/5): 좋았음 - 가격에 비해 숙소상태는 매우 좋습니다. 숙소 내부의 청결도도 굉장히 좋아 어느 비지니스호텔 못지않게 깔끔합니다. 다만 도심과는 거리가 떨어져있으며 택시를 부르거나 다른 방법을 이용해 닌빈 시내로 나가야 합니다. 직원들의 영어나 의사소통이 원활하지는 않습니다만 잘 설명하면 되는 부분입니다. 미니바 가격이 저렴합니다. 호텔내 식당이 여러개 있는데 옆건물 1층에 레스토랑도 있고 조식먹을수 있는 레스토랑은 숙박동 3층에 있습니다. 헷갈리지 않고 찾아가길 바랍니다.

Joanna (8/5): Nice hotel - I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a meeting held in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly too. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in this area.
Wai Kei (8/5): Worth to come again - The hotel is great, spacious, well equipped, contemporary decoration make us very comfortable getting around. The restaurant is good with culinary delights, international kind of dishes as well as traditional Vietnam culinary. But in affordable price. Worth to mention, the breakfast is awesome too.
JUNHEE (10/5): 만족스럽습니다 - 호텔 위치가 조금 외곽이지만, 신경쓸 정도는 아닙니다. 방 청결도나 주변시설이 굉장히 만족스럽습니다.

Tadashi (6/5): 新しいが落ち着かない雰囲気 - ホテルは新しく部屋も清潔感があり静かで眺めも良かった。しかし、チェックインして入った部屋はまだ清掃が済んでいなかったり、受付の対応、説明が不十分だったり、夕食の後に部屋に戻ってみると、サービスのケーキがいつのまにかテーブルの上に置いてあったり（もう満腹で食べられない）ピントのずれたサービスがあったり、あまり落ち着かない雰囲気であった。周囲にはほとんど飲食店がないのでホテルのレストランかカフェで食事をするか、タクシーで街中まで出なければならず不便。
YONG HWA (10/5): 뜻밖에 행복 - 좋은 시설에 편하게 지내다 갔습니다 처음에 많이 생각하지 않고 예약했지만, 지내보니 정말 괜찮았습니다. 소소하게 웰컴과일과 케잌도 기억에 남네요. 앞으로도 닌빈에 오면 여기에 묵을 생각입니다 추천합니다

JINHO (10/5): - 매우 훌륨한 호텔로 여겨짐. 매우 청결하고 넓은 공간이 고풍스럽고 고급진 연출이 된 호텔 같음. 근래 가본 호텔중 가격대비 매우 만족스러운 곳으로 생각됨. 다소 주변에 동 떨어진 위치에 있어 근접성은 떨어지지만 감수할수 있을 정도

Samir (8/5): No more than average - Don't advertise room service as 24/7 when you actually finish service at 10pm every night. The room was adequate although there are some interesting stains on the carpets, and very noisy cleaning staff in the morning from 7am that woke me up. Location is terrible, but fortunately I had a motorbike. If you don't have one, prepare for taxis or a very long walk to see anything.
