Guest Reviews
- Michal (8/5): Very good - Great staff, probably the owner introduced us into reception, offered us a coffee and then showed us the room. Room was simple space with balcony. But all together, we were happy. The kitchen equipment should be improved(not enough cups, glasses,...) We had a bit bad weather, so it was quite a cold inside.
- Marianna (10/5): Honeymoon - We liked everything. The staff was kind and helpful the room was clean and comfy and the location was perfect. It wasn't. We liked everything. Everything was great.
- Mazen (8/5): good stay in general. - the location is good and close to the beach and to Faliraki center we asked to stay few more hours after the check out time as our flight was at the evening, but they asked to pay more money even though the place was kinda empty and we have rented one extra room during out stay!
- Jacek (9/5): Superb -
- Delia (1/5): Not recommended at all - Luckily, the neighbours had free rooms and we were accommodated in that place. We arrived early in the morning, after a long journey having a reservation booked a few month ahead. The surprise on arrival was that they could not provide us with the booked accommodation. Much worse, they treated us with indifference, disrespect and bad words. Not a trustworthy place.
- Thanos (8/5): Very good -
- Marina (8/5): Very good - Comfortable room, clean. Lovely view. Staff nice. On first arriving there was no electricity in my room. Had to go to another hotel. This was not ideal as I arrived as I arrived at 1am following a delayed flight. I feel this could have been communicated prior to my arrival.
- Hawaiiguy808 (3/5): Faliraki Nightmare - Basic apartment that is more like a hotel room with a small kitchenette. There are 3 old pots and pans, a small stove, fridge, and some cutlery. There are no spoons or spatulas to stir around your food. There are no sponges, rags, teatowels, or dishsoap. There is no light by the kitchenette, you can use the light of the bathroom.
There is no microwave or oven.
There are three beds in the room, a dining table (no lights) a dresser, and closet space. The bathroom has warm water, and a bathtub.
Housekeeping comes every day to give fresh sheets, replace toiletpaper and fresh towels. I had balcony with great view of the pool of the neighboring hotel.
There is wifi but the data speeds drop significantly in the evenings when everyone is watching tv. There is only one router in the whole building.
There is a smart tv with netflix/youtube etc. The screen is very dim. It cannot be changed. Not sure what is wrong.
The apartment is walking distance to the beach and the main part of faliraki. There are quite a few busstops around to take you elsewhere. Nothing but lies and false promises.
I was checked in by two children who took me to a neighboring unmarked building that had hotel rooms. I went back to the reception to tell them that I paid for an apartment, not a hotel room.
They said that tomorrow they will have an apartment, tonight is only one night in the hotel.
As a compensation they offered me I could swim in the pool of the neighbors. I just had to purchase a drink. Or, I could eat dinner there, I just had to pay twelve euros for it.
The next morning I packed up my bags, went to the reception, then was told that there was no apartment available. They said tomorrow, there will be 5 apartments available.
The next morning I packed up my bags and went to the reception. There were no apartments available. I told them I had paid for an apartment, 4 months ago. They said, maybe tomorrow there will be an apartment.
I was tired of packing up my things every day so I asked if I could stay in the hotel room. They said yes. They offered me to eat at the neighboring property for free as a compensation.
The next day they said I had to check out the hotel room. It was booked by someone else.
I told them I prefer to stay until the end of my trip. They said yes, that's ok.
The next day I got a message that I cannot stay. I had a lady come to my room with a written note telling me I had to leave. I asked what is correct. Can I stay or no? They said, talk to the owner the next day, he will be at the reception.
I went to the reception on day 9 out of my 14 day trip, a man was there, and he finally gave me an apartment. I asked if he was the owner, he said no no no, I am nobody.
The hotel I stayed in for 9 days has no wifi, there is little to no phone service inside the building. To use wifi or your phone you need to go on the balcony.
If the hotel is overbooked or you have a flawed booking system, that can happen.
- Fabiana (6/5): Pleasant - Cleaning.
- Mariut (7/5): Good -
- Aleksic (8/5): I would recommend the hotel for everyone. - The hotel is close to the beach, the rooms are spacious and wonderful. The use of the neighbor hotel pool is an additional plus. We were very happy with our stay. I do suggest renting a car if you stay as the supermarkets are far away. The hosts were so good to us, even gave us water for the trip back. The only issues we had were with the WIFI, it was almost non existent. Also there is no supermarket close by and the one on the premise is justifiably more expensive. But not to say that this can't be all handled :)

- Traveler_777_ (1/5): It was terrible - Nothing We were last year in this hotel - and everything was fine. As far as I understand this hotel belongs to the family of the local priest. But this time our holiday was ruined.
When we moved to the hotel at night at 23:30, we got out of the car, took out our things, went to the reception, we were told that they could not accommodate us in our room. Because there is no electricity. They didn't show us our room, they just told us. Then we were offered to check into another hotel for three days, which was located two kilometers from this one. They gave us some strange key and showed us where it is on the map. I asked for the contact details of the administrator, he said that he did not have a valid number. Since we rented a car and everyone was tired, we took the keys and drove to that hotel. We barely found that hotel. He was terrible. There was barbed wire on the balcony.
In Faliraki Dreams, we were told that in three days it would be possible to check into our room. Two days later, I drove to Faliraki Dreams and asked if it was possible to come to our room tomorrow, they told me yes. The next day, with all our things, we arrived at Faliraki Dreams. I thought we’d drop into our room now, but another administrator told me that I had to wait 2 minutes. I waited for which I was told to wait another two minutes, I realized that they were now looking for another hotel for us and went and took the camera and started filming. To which the administrator began to threaten that she would call the police. And she said: "We didn't leave you on the street." I was just in shock. Then she started calling different places and talking in Greek. I turned on google translate to understand what she was talking about. She said that she promised my number to someone else, but in the end, after a long conversation, they gave this number to us. And all the rest of the days they turned away their faces. We were not provided with a baby cot. The apartments were not cleaned.
- Jahn (1/5): Never book this dirty scam hotel! - I booked an apartment and had a phone call with the hotel to guarantee we can stay in an apartment with 2 separate rooms. They told me everything will be fine. It was very important for us as we traveled with a 3 years old and a 9 months old. When we arrived an adolescent kid at the reception told us they messed up our reservation and we can only stay in a studio flat. The kid told me if I'm not happy with this I can try get my money back from Booking and go out and find another accomodation for my family. There was 40+ degrees out there and we spent the whole day with travelling so it was horrible to hear this. I asked for some other options then he called the manager and it turned out we can move to the apartment after 4 days. I accepted this but the studio flat we received was dirty as hell and the air-conditioning was barely working. When I told this to the kid at the reception he said of course it is dirty as the cleaners don't come every day and the air-conditioning needs a couple of hours to cool down the room(it needed a whole day). I had a phone call with the manager and told him that I expect some compensation as this is not what I paid for. He asked a couple of days to think about so I called him back 3 days later and he told me he didn't care about my problems as there was a fire on the island and he told me in a very rude style that I have to talk to Booking. So when we arrived home I did that but the hotel refused to give me any compensation(I received some from Booking). So they made a mistake, we spent 4 days in a dirty hole(the apartment was also not clean, but it was much better than the studio flat) and it looks like this is business as usual for them. I heard they messed up the booking for other groups as well. This was the first time we went for a holiday with my little daughters and I'm so upset that they ruined it and they don't take any responsibility. Shame!!
- Catherine (5/5): Passable. Great location and cheap, so value for money, but a few inexpensive improvements required. - Great location Self catering studio, but nothing provided to wash our dishes with. Pillows were so hard and large that we got very sore necks. Young man who was at reception did not know the answers to most of our questions, and also gave us incorrect information about where to catch a local bus.
- Ian (9/5): Family run value accommodation - The apartments are a family run business . Good value for money , and very helpful hosts.
No hidden extras ( a/c included ). Use of pool in hotel next door or Billy's bar. Would recommend this accommodation.
- Jacek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - This apartments is one of the best places we've rented. Very silent place. The room was big and well equipped and clean. Beds are very cozy. Bathroom had all nesseccary utilities. Just 5-6 minutes walk to the sea. We used neighbor swimming pool 2-3 times a day per each day of our staying in Faliraki Dream Studios & Apartments. Nobody said nothing for this usage, so you could use neighbor swimming pool too. We found Smart-TV in a room, and our daughter was happy, that she could see cartoons on monther language. Refrigerator and electric stove were in a nice condition, safe box, fan were presented. Public bus stations are about 3 minutes and 8 minutes of walk. Very small smell occurred in a kitchen corner during first couple of hours of our staying. There are no microwave owen, cutting board, grater. The nearest network shop AB is located only in 15-20 minutes by walk, so it was a little bit hard to handle heavy products from store to apartments.

- Traveler_777_ (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel is excellent if you rent a car. Close to excellent beaches and bays. The city of Rhodes is a 20-minute drive, I recommend it for an evening walk. Friendly staff. A full cleaning is done every three days, but the garbage is removed almost every day. There was a terrace with a good view. There is a hairdryer, cold and hot water, toilet paper, air conditioners, refrigerator, kettle, mosquito nets on the windows, free parking. Towels are changed every three days. Before arrival, a baby cot was provided upon request. Since we arrived late, there was no one at the reception, a piece of paper was glued to the adhesive tape indicating the name and number. There was a key in the door of the room. The room lived up to expectations. When we first checked into the room there was an odd smell. Apparently the room has not been ventilated for a long time. After we ventilated and bought a fragrance, the smell went away. There were minor flaws, but in general everything is fine.
- Michelle450 (6/5): Lacks equipment - A friendly family run apartment block, nice clean spacious rooms but severely lack kitchen equipment.
There was no toaster or kettle in our room, a few random sized plates and saucers, 3 odd stained mugs and two glasses. A few random knife, forks and spoons, 3 pans. No dishes or cereal bowls. We asked for a kettle and was given a well worn one with half the lid missing, and a partially melted toaster which we borrowed from our friends in another room.
There is no pool at this accommodation, although some photos show one, its not theirs. They say you can use pools near by, yes you can, one charges 20 euro per person per day which includes lunch which is statutory. There are another couple of pools near by but they do expect you to use their on site cafe facilities and cannot take your own drinks or food in.
The accommodation advertises a shuttle bus, but they dont have one.
The beds were uncomfortable. Towels and sheets changed once weekly but they did advise that if we wanted a change between this time we would have to let them know. Charged us 30 euro to keep our room on for an extended 6 hours.
There is only one air con unit in the main bedroom in the larger family apartments.
In the smaller studios, the shower is over the bath which can make it difficult if mobility isnt good.
The air conditioning was good though, easy to use and effective, along with the useful safe which there were no extra charges for.
Although it wasn't dreadful, i think there are better options and I don't think we would stay there again.
- Filip (8/5): Very good - Great Room with everything needed to cook simple dishes on your own, few minutes walk from the beach, great view from the balcony overlooking the hill
- debrahW7433NR (10/5): Worth every penny - Well what a surprise! Having read great reviews on here you still feel a bit anxious when booking a hotel. But need not have worried. It's a 3 star hotel so don't expect luxury but the room was spacious and very clean. Despoina and her lovely family will make you feel very welcome and will help in anyway they can. There is limited cooking facilities with just 2 hobs and no grill or toaster - there is a kettle - but to be honest we ate out so no problem and they will even order in takeaway for you! The free air conditioning worked really well although the unit was on the balcony so pumped heat when on and was a but noisy - turn it off when outside - and the cleaning staff didn't turn it off like in so many hotels. Wifi worked perfectly even in the room and there is a shop on site which is ideal for grabbing a few essentials like water and no more expensive than the local supermarkets. Being a bit away from the main part of town it was beautifully quiet at night so no disturbed sleep. There is a free to access pool up from the hotel but it was very busy so we didn't use it. I believe it is also an all inclusive hotel so be prepared to take your own food and drink. Instead we went downhill to Maroula and had breakfast on our first day. They normally charge 10 euros per day for use of the pool but if you use the bar for food and drink (food is lovely and reasonably priced) they will let you in for free - it's much more quiet than the other pool. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the start of main Faliraki and 5 minutes walk to the beach - be prepared to pay for sunbeds! For people with limited mobility, the ground floor rooms are accessible (request in advance) and there is a lift for upper apartments. However, Faliraki is not designed for wheelchairs with it's 10 inch pavements to get up and down and they're not well paved either. Although I'm not needing a wheelchair I do have limited mobility and hired a car to get around after finding the walk to the beach in the heat was too much for me. Many beaches have parking and on road parking is available. Overa.ll Faliraki Dreams is a brilliant place to stay

- jovanj735 (10/5): Friendly clean - Great apartment family run business very friendly and help staff great at all times thanks again to the family service was great will deffo be visiting again room was great with a great view nice and cool room especially when the weather was hitting 30 s
- Greensoul12 (10/5): Above expectations - Choosing a budget option for a holiday on Rhodos, we thought Faliraki dream will only be a place to sleep between our trips, but it really surprised us in a positive way. The places is owned and managed by a friendly local family, always smiling. The room was very spacious with a large balcony and a big bed. We even had two ACs. Kitchen equipment is basic, but just sufficient to make a simple meal. The beach is very close, as are many nice restaurants. There is plenty of parking space.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is set in a cluster of small hotels away from the large hotel complexes. We had a really spacious apartment .Staff were helpful and the minimarket was a bonus. It's a fairly short walk through the undeveloped land along the coast to the quietest part of the sandy beach ,nice seafront restaurants and frequent buses. The option to use the pool at the adjoining hotel was good but we didn't avail ourselves of this facility.
The perimeter gardens need to be established and developed and building work at the rear finished to improve the general ambience.
- LWW1707 (8/5): Good value for money and friendly - My husband and I stayed here for a week as we were visiting for a wedding.
On our early morning arrival (plane delayed) there was a note instructing us as to which room we were in which was fair enough. The room was clean, well kept and the air con worked perfectly!
We did get woken by the fire alarm going off at about 6am on our first night, then another night by teenagers staying at the hotel and come home to a massive disagreement between teenagers, a family staying there and the owner. We think the owner removed the troublesome teenagers but we weren’t in that much to be sure. We just went to bed and shut the door as it didn’t go on for long.
The staff we spoke to were really helpful and kind. The general feeling of the apartments were really relaxed and friendly.
There’s a shop on site and it is really close to the beautiful beach too!
They also kept our luggage for us when we checked out as our flight home was very late.
Overall a very good experience and we would definitely return!
- 753garyh (10/5): Excellent accommodation, lovely family and good value - These apartments are situated in a very quiet location about 5 mins walk from the start of all the bars, shops, tavernas etc. (although about 100m of this is a short cut along an unlit dirt path). The centre of Faliraki is about a 15 min walk, and the beach is only about 300m away. There is a mini-market on site selling the essentials and there is a Lift. The studio we had was very spacious, with a decent balcony overlooking the pool. The room had Free Airconditioning and free safe inside, plus TV. The usual 2 cooking rings worked and we had an assortment of cutlery and crockery, and a kettle. There is no toaster or microwave. Beds are fine and shower was excellent, always with hot water, and everywhere was very clean. Maid service was every day, towels and bedding changed about every 3 days. The pool we "had use of" was next door, about 30 metres from the lift. The pool itself had wide steps into it, was very clean and had a separate jacuzzi. Unfortunately all sunbeds had usually gone by 11-12am. The family who run the place are very very friendly and helpful - typical Greek! It was difficult to believe we had got such excellent accommodation for such a low price in June.
- debjohnSpain (8/5): Run by a lovely family . would return tomorrow - Me, my wife and our 8yr old son have just returned from a 2 week stay in the faliraki dream studios .
Value for money is unbeatable (We booked through booking dot com £333 for 2 weeks).
Very clean and spacious apartment in a lovely quiet location of faliraki, perfect for us. We was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment
Highly recommended
- Debbieolbison (8/5): Would return in a heartbeat - I nearly cancelled our choice to come here, so so happy we didn't.
I was concerned regarding the lack of reviews on here now I'm very puzzled as to why there's no reviews.
We arrived on the 28th May 2019 around 10pm to a very warm welcoming by father George , we booked a studio apartment for me my husband and our 8yr old son but on arrival they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment :) this was a huge surprise and instantly started our holiday off on the right path .
The Apartment was a lovely size and very clean, had all the cooking facilities we needed . Nice big balcony also.
There's a small onsite supermarket with reasonable priced food and drink.
The pool is shared with the all inclusive hotel next door , very quiet and never had a problem getting beds . The manager offered us an all inc deal for our food and drinks all day (31€ for the 3 of us) which we took advantage of on one occasion only because our family was at a different hotel and we spent most of our holiday with them otherwise we would of been happy taking advantage of this offer a lot more.
The hotel is a short walk away from everything you need.
12 of our family members were staying in the sun palace hotel (5min walk away), they all visited our hotel and said they would all book there if they return to Rhodes in the near future.
It's a family run hotel and they are such a lovely welcoming family.
Thank you so much for your hospitality.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Best if you are on budget - Best option if you are on budget !
Tip: bring your own towels.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very spacious. Family owned hotel. Plenty of parking. Rooms are clean.
- 543jubairs (8/5): Family concept and very nice location - We stayed here for two weeks with my family
And I must say we are nicely located, only 5 minutes by walk to the beach and 10 minutes walking from the town.
Mrs. Ponaiota was amazing and always available to give us necessary information.
Everything was fantastic
Thank you

Suosittelemme!
- Deborah e Andre (8/5): - Buona posizione. Personale molto accogliente. Camere spaziose e pulite.
- Slawomir (8/5): Niedrogi hotel blisko plaży - Niedaleko do plaży i przystanków autobusowych, w odległości spaceru od sklepów, restauracji i klubów
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
