• Cynthia and John (7/5): Basic, clean accommodation for two, great view and location. - The view was beautiful. The location was great, everything a short walk, including a quiet beach and good beach restaurant. Lots of parking. Well-equipped kitchen and the new washing machine was very helpful. The furniture. Nothing comfortable to sit on. Two small plastic lamps beside the bed, not bright enough to read by. Bed linens were thin and worn. Nothing welcoming or cozy about it. Would have been helpful to have one extra roll of toilet paper since all the stores were closed for a couple days when we arrived.
• Dominique (8/5): L’appartement nous a plu de par sa situation. - Très belle vue sur la mer quand on déjeune sur la terrasse. Végétation luxuriante tout autour de l’appartement Des points à revoir : vaisselle, télévision obsolète, wifi En fait, très peu de choses pour que ce soit parfait !
• Florian (10/5): Exceptionnel et bien situé - Séjour exceptionnel, petit appartement absolument parfait et bien agencé, petite cuisine donnant sur balcon vraiment très sympas et fonctionnelle, et bien-sûr le principal, une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Philippe qui s'occupe du logement est très sympas et, dès que nous avons eu besoin, a été présent !

• Bertrand (8/5): Superbe - Nous avoir laissé l opportunité de pouvoir rester un peu plus dans le logement c était super le dernier jour , ça nous à permis de profiter à fond Merci poiur la gentillesse , l accueil top !
• Kenrick (3/5): - The apartment was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Air conditioner needs servicing The immediate environs of the apartment appears run down. Other facilities around the apartment appear run down. The area is quite forested, lonely and dark at night. No street lights. Internet on the compound is horrible. Beach area nearby is forested. All in all a far cry from what was advertised in the brochure. Disappointed.

• Christian (4/5): - Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Meer Blick. Die Waschmaschine war auch gut. Mehr kann ich leider nicht zum positiven sagen. Leider ist alles (außer Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine) sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Die Matratze ist sehr alt und ich hätte sie besser nicht anschauen sollen. Die Kissen vom Bett sind mit einem Bezug bezogen der an eine Tüte erinnert jedoch abziehen konnte ich ihn auch nicht weil das Kissen auch unterirdisch aussah. Das gesamte Bettzeug sieht sehr benutzt aus. Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut,funktioniert aber.(auch sehr alt) Das Zimmer schien erst recht sauber, aber es war alles andere. Die Fliegengitter waren komplett verstaubt, an der Decke waren sehr viele Spinnenweben, es war insgesamt sehr staubig. Es wäre ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil, wenn etwas mehr liebe rein käme. Für mich ist die Preisleistung absolut nicht richtig. Hätten wir weniger gezahlt würde ich auch nicht mehr erwarten wie wir dort bekommen haben. Es war in unseren Aufenthalt in Martinique eine von insgesamt 4 Wohnungen.

• Paul (9/5): Great, convenient studio - The studio was very comfortable with good air conditioning. The shower could have been a little larger, but no complaints really, plenty of hot water. The tiny kitchen didn't really lend itself to gourmet cooking, but it was adequate nonetheless. We didn't use it as eating out in St. Anne's and the surrounding area is not especially expensive. Of course, the view from the studio is to die for! The owner was very friendly and helpful, but spoke practically no English - hooray for Google Translate! There is a lovely beach just a couple of minutes' walk away, which also features a bar and restaurant (Pitates Beach). Above this is the People's Beach bar and restaurant. Both these establishments seem to have pretty random opening hours, but are worth a visit if you find them open. People's Beach also has a pool, which you can use if you purchase a drink or meal. The delightful village of St. Anne's is just a ten-minute stroll, and here you will find many restaurants and a couple of bars - Le V on the beach was a favourite, and The Rendesvous next door is also worth a mention. All the restaurants in St. Anne's are good to great, but a special mention must go to La Cour Crèole. Expect to pay between €20-€30 per head (May 2025) Nothing.
• Steffen (9/5): Quiet place with nice garden view - A quiet place with a beautiful garden view. Numerous facilities are available for complete self-service and independence. A small beach is located nearby. Internet access is frequently down.
• Pamela (7/5): A lovely well equipped apartment with fabulous se and sunset views. - Peaceful location. The washing machine was a real bonus. The internet was only available for one device at a time and wasn’t secure.
