• Tobias (8/5): - Das Hotel ist in einem wahnsinnig spannenden Gebäude, welches bereits mehrfach in Filmen auftauchte, was für mich als Filminteressierten besonders spannend ist. Die Temperatur in meinem Zimmer war mit knapp 23°C für mich viel zu hoch (eingestellt). Das ließ sich über die Einstellfunktion auch nicht wirklich ändern. Am Morgen meiner Abreise funktionierte auf einmal der Fahrstuhl nicht mehr, kann passieren - ich kann ja auch sie Treppe nehmen und dann meinem Ortssinn folgen, 😉.

Mooie badkamer en douche waar ik heel blij mee was omdat ik nogal slecht ter been ben. Er is een redelijk grote parkeerplaats op het terrein maar niet genoeg mocht het hotel volgeboekt zijn, Het gebouw zelf is prachtig van binnen en buiten. niets.

• Thomas Frank (6/5): Für die Leistung etwas zu teuer - die Lage ist super, wenn man etwas außerhalb wohnen will. Parkplätze vorhanden und kostenlos. Das ganze Areal ist weitläufig und schön. Gute Kneipen und Esslokale in der Nähe ca. 1,5 km. Steckdosen am Bett und Schreibtisch. Es fehlt an Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Das Frühstück ist ok aber nicht super. Zimmer war klein aber funktional. Im Bad kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.

• Janina (7/5): Ich würde trotzdem aufgrund der Lage wiederkommen. - Die Lage im Grunewald dort an dem See ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Gebäude hat einen historischen Kern. Besonders die alte Eingangshalle ist sehenswert. Kostenlose Parkplätze toppen meine Bewertung noch. Das ist in Berlin wirklich selten. Die Baustelle mit dem Gerüst vor dem Fenster hätte man erwähnen können. Das Frühstück war für Vegetarier etwas einfältig.

• MrEugen (10/5): Comfortable stay with a pleasant Christmas atmosphere - We spent one night there and really appreciated that they welcomed us at a very late hour, around 1 a.m. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting. The breakfast was tasty, and the Christmas decorations were truly admirable, creating a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything you need for a good rest is there. The only downside — although I don’t really see it as one — was that we didn’t receive a room key due to some system maintenance around midnight.

Kahvaltı yeterli denebilir, yalnız zeytin as usual yoktu. Otelde tadilat vardı. Dolayısıyla pencereleri kaplayan bir naylon görüşü engelliyordu. Bana nedense en üst kat ve en köşedeki dolayısıyla uzaktaki oda verilmişti. Aslında önce başka bir odaya gönderildim. Anahtar çalışmayınca resepsiyona döndüm. Yanlışlık olduğu söylenerek en uzaktaki odaya gönderildim. Hemen karşısında tadilat yapılan oda herhangi bir perde olmaksızın açık olarak duruyordu.

The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin. The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin! Nothing- all is just perfect!
• Jan (4/5): - 170 Euro für ein kleines Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge wo man noch 2 Euro extra beim Frühstück für Cappuccino etc. zahlen musste geht gar nicht!!

• Tatiana (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. It's quiet with its own parking in a very nice residential area with beautiful surroundings. I was able to park my car and use public transport. The building is very interesting. I hope to visit again after the repairs have been completed. It was quite hot inside, so we had to sleep with the windows open and a little bit of noise. There were reparation works just outside the room, visible from both sides, but it was tolerable.
