Guest Reviews
- naomirQ921YE (2/5): Awful - We arrived at the hotel on 29/04 at nearly midnight. During check-in, we provided our names and passports, as I was unable to show the booking confirmation on my phone due to the battery being dead. The receptionist asked me to complete a form and then discussed WiFi access, charging 1100 TRY for two phones for seven days. While this initially seemed reasonable, the money was placed directly into his personal wallet rather than processed through any official system, which raised immediate concerns.
The receptionist’s behaviour was also unusual and unprofessional. He appeared nervous and distracted, particularly as traffic police were taping off the road outside the hotel at the time. He nearly failed to return our passports, which further added to our discomfort.
Upon being shown to our room, the situation became completely unacceptable. We had booked a double room with a double bed but were instead given a room with two single beds. The condition of the room was shocking:
* The wardrobe door was hanging off, attached by only two of the four hinges.
* There was an exposed electrical wire box in the room.
* The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and when lifting the thin blanket (which was presented instead of a proper duvet), a spider ran out.
* There were exposed wires near the headboard.
* The bathroom was in a filthy condition, with visible mould and clear signs it had not been properly cleaned.
* Critically, the main hotel room door did not shut properly and could not be locked, posing a serious safety risk.
Given the serious hygiene and safety concerns, we immediately requested to be moved to another room. However, we were told there were no alternative rooms available. Communication was also extremely difficult, as the staff member relied on Google Translate to understand us.
Due to the severity of these issues, we made the decision to leave the hotel within an hour of arrival and book flights back to the UK at our own expense. This was not a decision taken lightly, but we felt that remaining in the hotel posed a risk to our health and safety.
- ppamelam2025 (2/5): Holiday from hell - Strongly advise do NOT stay in this hotel filth was unbelievable dirty beds all stained bed bugs mouse droppings fridge thick with black mould no hot water bathroom disgusting crawling with bugs cudnt even sit on the balcony that was heaving no facilities to make a drink food wasn’t fit for pigs swill had to eat out coffee I had to go to the juice bar 8/8 flies all over the food asked for a different room was told no out room is clean they sent cleaner back in whist we were in the room she had bottle water n wiped the disgusting toilet wiped shower floor same cloth wiped outside of fridge Cats everywhere the stench of cat urine was well over empowering. Love holidays fo not give a damn about this place It’s nothing like advertised. I wouldn’t even it a tramp in this place Had plenty of photographic proof all I got bk was £70 n £100 voucher they no where they can stick that to A couple of people who stayed there took it to the papers all in all this cheap holiday cost me over 3k couldn’t wait to get our flights home never ever again will we be going to Turkey. Put me tight off
- audreyn535 (2/5): Very disappointed - I was disgusted with it when we arrived at 4am the man that was on reception automatically tried it hit it off with my 17 year old daughter he kept saying you are beautiful and she felt very uncomfortable the rooms were a nightmare I am on crutches and its not for the disabled there was no hot water no hot food no alcohol on watered down beer or wine and the staff are rude me and my daughter spent the whole week in the room as there was no entertainment or anything and she was anxious because of the reception guy also cats and kittens running around along with flies everywhere I would never recommend this to anyone and becareful of the reception guy he likes young girls
- 637beeb (2/5): Would not recommend - If you’re British read the reviews and do not book this hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t read the reviews. The hotel caters for Russian tourists only Kemer itself is absolutely worth a visit but the hotel is disgraceful dirty, mouldy the food is below par and the rep said the drinks were watered down unless you are russian he was helpful but only one staff member spoke English. We ate out every meal and had to listen to the russian visitors getting drunk and music blasting longer than it was stated the bar would close. Normally I wouldn’t complain but genuinely love holidays should not be selling this hotel to English customers.
- carlylX7663AU (2/5): ABSOUTELY DISCUSTING, HOTEL NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN AND LOVE HOLIDAYS NEEDS TO STOP TAKING MONEY FOR PEOPLE TO STAY HERE - WORST HOLIDAY AND HOTEL EVER, THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN AND LOVE HOLIDAYS NEED TO DO THE CHECKS AS THIS IS DISCUSTING.
WHERE DO I START.... we booked this hotel through love holidays (never again)
we arrived at 2am in the morning we were showed to the room at the far back of the hotel and given keys and the little man ran off.
when we opened the door you could smell the damp.
the walls and curtains had mold on them, there were dirty ash trays, broken tiles, the back door didnt shut and the bed sheets (oh the bed sheets) were dirty and stunk the whole room was no fit for purpose, myself and my partner went back to the reception but no one there until 6.30am, so we sat on the wall on the balcony (if you could call it that) until 6.30am where we went back up to reception to complain.
we were told that he "MIGHT" have another room for us but we would need to pay more, his exact words were "your English pay cheap this is what you get"
we showed him the photos that we had taken and he kept saying "no no not that bad"
he said if we don't like it we could leave, so that is what we did asap and booked into another hotel for the rest of our holiday costing us more money.
love holidays have been less than unhelpful, but i believe they have a duty to ensure that us English people have a safe place to stay this hotel is not fit for purpose and would cause someone some serious health issues.
we contacted Love holidays that same day and Love holiday's answer to us was they will speak to the hotel and if they agree we will get a refund, funny enough they came back to us and said that the hotel refused a refund as we were given an option of another room, that be half true if we paid for it.
IF YOU ARE ENGLISH NO MATTER HOW CHEAP DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR USE LOVE HOLIDAYS.
We are still contacting love holidays to try and get some sort of refund, we have contacted the holiday ombudsmen (of what they are called) and are determined to get this hotel taken down so no British people suffer any further at the hands of this hotel or love holidays.
- pj2500 (2/5): DISGUSTING,DIVE - What a disgusting dive of a hotel, the food was absolutely disgusting along with the staff and their manners, they couldnt help themselves let alone the customer. The so called manager is rude and unhelpful but if you're Russian you are welcomed with open arms, the rooms were falling apart and just unclean,7 nights of hell,we were given a horrible room for rhe first night, complained and was given one where the shower didn't work properly, English get given throw away plastic cups for drinks,Russians get beakers and glasses, all inclusive and we ended up eating out every night, they understand English when they want, the beds are filthy, I would recommend sleeping in a shed rather than this dump, never been so glad to get home,a ruined holiday, even the rep Muhammed told us they would help, when we changed rooms,we were told to leave our luggage in reception, after a day out in the heat,we came back to it,and it hadn't been put in the new room, baring in mind they stuck us on the top floor and my partner is disabled, they couldn't care about that, then gave a load of excuses,so I took the luggage up..honestly...i have some other words for this place, but I can't post those..if you stay there, you will be able to work them out..DISGRACEFUL
Travel agents should be ashamed of themselves selling this place to people..I advise this for travel agents
GO AND STAY THERE YOURSELF!!!
- Climber26920750199 (2/5): **WARNING** Do not book!!! - This hotel is THE worst hotel we have ever stayed in and have stayed in some sketchy hotels. This by far blows anything out of the water!
Britains need not apply!
This hotel clearly doesn’t cater for Britains and was noticed straight away. There is only one member of staff that speaks English. The rest speak Turkish or Russian. The hotel is absolutely disgusting from mould all over in the rooms to the food trolly which is used to collect dirty plates and then used to transport fresh food. The trolly itself looks like it has never been cleaned!
All inclusive…
This was an embarrassment to be classed as all inclusive. The food is clearly catered towards their Russian clientele. Only having three hot plates and the rest being salad and feta cheese with the addition of flies! You’ll be lucky if you get a knife and a fork and a ‘decent’ cup to do a drink with! The drinks available on the all inclusive are lager or wine! No local vodka or gin which we have never experienced! Oh and the cups are the size of thimbles! So much so that people bought their own cups to use!
The rooms…
When we arrived at 2200, we were told straight away that the room we were going in to was temporary and would move the following day. This itself was annoying and couldn’t settle after a long day travelling! The first room was THE worst room I have ever seen and wouldn’t expect this state in a 2 star let alone this hotel claiming to be a 3/4 star! Live wires, mould in the fridge and bathroom, grime all over the place. The room was absolutely disgusting! Please see the pictures and see for yourself. The second was exactly the same, so dated and not comfortable at all.
We complained to Love holidays regarding the state of this hotel and that the pictures they have on their site do not show a true reflections of what we were dealt with. Love holidays were somewhat not helpful whatsoever. Back and forth on email for several days when we should have been ‘enjoying’ our holiday!
We didn’t expect 5 star treatment but the basics at this hotel aren’t met at all!!!
- keishah408 (2/5): Wrongly advertised budget hotel at its finest - The hotel is not the hotel that is advertised at all the rooms were dirty the hot water didn't work and you basically get a hospital sheet for a single bed between two people to use air conditioning dripped all over the bed so I had to move it the room didn't look like it's seen a cleaner the pictures on the site are for a totally different hotel only correct one was the pool
- emmabN9218XL (2/5): Shocking - My son and his friend came Absolutely disgusting hotel and food not fit to board animals .
Unclean not safe to be in wires bare no more word to describe it i booked them on a flight home
- tracysB3636CF (2/5): Avoid disgusting bed bugs . Please do not book - Avoid . Very dirty bed bugs infestation. I have all pictures and videos . My reviews keep getting deleted . Very rude staff food inedible. Paid for all inclusive but got basic self catering . Cats every we’re even at the food court . Please do not go here . All bed reviews are true
- Murat (6/5): - eski otel, odaların içi de bakımsız, çalışanlar iyi yardımcı oluyor, yemekteyken genelde çatal az sayıda herhalde bekledik 3-5 defa.
- johnlZ4383PW (2/5): Terriblr - Believe all you read daughter arrived 2am in morning given key had to find outown way in the dark no lights no torch got to their room it stunk the room had not been cleaned from previous occupant (if their was one ash trays full of dog ends floor full of rubbish mould up the wall rotten wooden windo we sat up till 7am then went to see manager . He would not come to see the room and an argument obviously started and the manager told ud to leave.we packed and left and moved to all inclusive hotel in antalythid was a cheap holiday with love holidays these are cheap as they take up rooms that no one else will take on but even so the room should be clean and usable and up to a proper standard I do not believe love holidays have ever seen this room
We ate obviously complying with love holidays and have videos and picture but my advice for anybody steer clear of this hotel
- margaretdE8059QR (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - WORST HOLIDAY EVER! - My recent holiday was awful - The room was filthy, smelly, had bed bugs and was damp, our room was changed and the new room was no better. I was bitten by the bed bugs and my legs/akles were very swollen. They dont clean the room or change the beds/towels unless we asked. There was mould all round the room. The bathroom was dirty and would flood when the shower was used. When we asked for new towels they told us they don't have any and we would need to wait for some to dry. We paid for all inclusive and we were unable to eat the food as it was disgusting and there was loads of cats in the restaurant walking around begging for food. No variety (pancakes every morning and liver/heart stew every night) the only drinks we could have was beer which tasted like it was gone off or red wine that tasted like syrup. The staff were very rude, every time I would try and make a complaint they would ignore me or tell me they didn't speak English. This was the worst holiday I have ever been on!
- linziaiden (2/5): Worst hotel!! - Me and my friend booked this holiday for her birthday. When we arrived the first room we was given had a syringe smell of damp. I have asthma so I went to reception to request a different room. I was told the hotel is full but the next day they would change our room. The room was dirty had damp all over the walls, the bathroom had broken wood on the ceiling. One night in that room caused me to excessively use my inhaler.
The next day we was given a new room at 2pm.
The new room was a little better and had no smell of damp but damp was still visible, black mold, so I had to use my inhaler again excessively. I had to buy a new inhaler as mine run out.
I had to ask a number of times for toilet roll as we had none. I also asked why our room had not been cleaned and was told it is cleaned every 3 days, we were on day 4. Someone went to the room and made our bed, didn’t change the bedding or towels.
This all inclusive holiday had only beer and wine, which neither of us drink so we had to buy our own. Some days they had no beer or soft drinks.
Going for food was another stress as often they would run out of plates.
I tried to raise my concerns with the rep and he told me “ this is a Russian hotel and they do not complain”.
I have since made a complaint to loveholidays and they totally dismissed my complaint.
I will never book with loveholidays again and I will also be sharing my experience on my socials. My friend went live on TikTok while we was on holiday even the first night. She has cropped the live and is going to post them on TikTok too.
This put a dampener in my friends birthday. Thanks loveholiday for the worst holiday.
Unfortunately I didn’t get photos of the first room. The photos I have uploaded are of the better room so you can imagine how bad it was.
They told loveholidays they changed our room 3 times but they moved us once so they must be confusing us with someone else. But from talking to other British holiday makers they had all complained about their rooms.
- debbielS2656TJ (2/5): SHUT THIS HOTEL NOW! - Read the reviews from other guests, they are not lying! The Russians may like the Ares, let them have it! Staff are rude, beer is only acceptable alcoholic drink, have to steal toilet rolls, food not labelled, rooms not clean, many had bedbugs, I could go on but it has been said by others all of which are very accurate descriptions. If you have booked ... CANCEL! Learn from our experience!
- P8949FHcolinm (2/5): Absolutely awful - Arrived here with my 16 year old daughter, on arrival it was very late , our room was disgusting, next morning I asked to be moved told no , the food was awful I’m a chef and I would not touch the food , I stayed but called home and my wife says book something else although money was tight and I was supposed to be all inclusive at ares ,
I did this because no way I could sleep another night there , I have contacted love holiday on return home , who have said the hotel said I entered a cordoned off room and I was not given the room I said I had , I provided videos and photos , I have been accused of dishonesty , nobody is refunding me
It was so bad exposed wires filth curtains hanging off , dirty old food in fridge obviously room not been cleaned DO NOT BOOK HERE
- rhir2024 (2/5): Ares Dream Hotel - Came back yesterday 5/09/2025 from this hotel. Would never go back again. Staff are very rude to the British holiday makers. NO Room service all week, not given clean towels. At one stage I went up to the roof top where the laundry is to ask for clean towels. We even had to take toilet rolls from the public toilets to use in our rooms.
The room we stayed in was in the old part of the hotel these were very run down all people we spoke to were very unhappy.
We did move rooms but there was no improvement.
Only alcohol drinks available was Beer, White and Red Wine. No spirits available . The drink tasted cheap and not nice to drink all week. During the week they ran out of beer 3 times. They also ran out of soft drinks all the time. Only given small plastic cups to drink out of.
Holiday makers was then having to go to the shops to buy their own drinks and snacks. This hotel is an all inclusive hotel.
Only snacks available was at 16.30 each day cake and nothing else.
Dining Room was dirty there was not enough tables and chairs for everyone to sit comfortably . Cutlery and plates were limited.
This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The male management staff are extremely rude to females when you try to raise a concern. They would raise their voice and become nasty when you were trying to explain something even pointing their finger in your face. Making you feel like you couldn’t discuss anything with them.
When staff make announcements over the microphone they would only speak in Russian or Turkish nothing spoken in English.
I would not recommend British holiday makers booking this hotel. However on the plus side Kemer town centre is Beautiful and people outside in bars and restaurants are very friendly.
- Ömer (6/5): Cihangir - güzel bir tatil oldu, Aynı fiyattaki diğer otellerle göre eğlence ortamı daha iyi lakin Geçen yıla nazaran otelde eğlence animasyonları daha az garsonlar iyi barmen
Ahmet bey ve yardımcısi Zuver çok iyiydi, yemekler bazi günler iyi normal bazı günler normal
- katybX3441YI (2/5): Worst 'hotel' I've ever been to! - Travelled to this 'hotel' for 10 nights to have a family break with my elderly parents ( me 57, parents 79 and 82). We've been to Turkey multiple times, in fact myself and mother had been to Kemer in May this year. Always found Turkish people wonderful and even budget hotels to have great staff. This hotel would be enough to put people off holidaying in Turkey for life!
To start, I had contacted Ares Dreams a month before to request a low floor room because of elderly guests and to alert them we had a late flight and wouldn't arrive until about 3am. When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes for the room ( in retrospect, we think the receptionist went off to make the beds!) then taken on a massive trek to a third floor room, no lifts or lights and steep concrete steps (my father walks with a stick!) The room was filthy, ripped bed sheets and towels, half a loaf of dried bread in the fridge, floor so dirty you stuck to it, bathroom minging (soap rings and dried toothpaste that looked like it had been there for a year) but we were knackered and accepted it for the night. Following morning, asked to be moved and was told no, this went on for 3 days until our provider got involved and miraculously we got a ground floor room. This one was clean but only had a bed cover for one bed, took another 2 days to get the extra cover. There is no housekeeping, we were told every 3 days, but nothing despite asking. We finally got fresh towels by taking them ourselves from the trolley! You are only provided with the number of bath towels for the people in the room, no mat for the floor and it's slippy tiles.
The staff treated you as if you were an inconvenience (apart from one young lad in the solitary bar by the pool). We don't expect to be treated like visiting royalty but being tutted at for asking for a drink whilst they're sat on their phone isn't very pleasant. The drinks are very limited, beer, red wine or a local Turkish drink that was like a cheap sherry. 4 types of fizzy pop that they rarely got the gas right and the most amazing slushies. All inclusive finishes at 2200h, which is fine and well published, but the older man refused to serve just before 2150h then proceeded to put up drinks for others that were sat at tables!
The food was nothing special but totally acceptable for budget all inclusive. As is often the case in Turkey, it wasn't particularly warm and there's no microwave (or toaster). Bread was available at every mealtime, always the same white bread and pre cut. There was a fresh cooking station but that often finished an hour before the end of mealtimes. The restaurant didn't feel 'clean', it was also full of flies, I'm lucky in that I go away quite often but have never known flies like it! Just before midday we would watch them moving the cakes to the restaurant for lunch, on a trolley through the gardens, but never covered.
The gardens and pools are immaculate, beautiful to look at and being cleaned constantly. It's a facade! The walkways between the rooms weren't even swept, let alone mopped. There was only one bar open, despite other bar areas there (and advertised) , this was also the only place to get a drink to have with a meal. There are no cups at all, about 10 glasses available if you were lucky, so everything was served in plastic beakers. Even these were limited so they would resort to flimsy plastic cups. We had taken a few of our own, having experienced this type of thing before, but watching people getting a coffee in a teeny, flimsy plastic cup that was too hot to hold wasn't great.
The WiFi was advertised as a Euro per day to cover the whole hotel. It isn't! You buy a card for 10 Euro that last 7 days and you only get signal really around one pool and reception area. I could just about get it on the balcony, very intermittently in the room and we were very close to the pool. I don't have a problem paying for it, common in Turkey, but did expect it to work!
Until the last 4 days, we did contemplate giving up and just coming home, despite having to get new flights and transfers, as we'd never felt so unwelcome before. We're not moaners, or expecting 5* at 2* prices, we're good tippers too (but not at this hotel, nothing to tip for as the basics weren't there let alone the above and beyond). Yes, it is cheap but branded as 4*, however the facilities advertised aren't available, outdoor restaurant closed, other bars closed, shop closed, no housekeeping etc. No mention anywhere about mobility issues (I knew there would be steps to the restaurant as I had done research).
There were some positives. Outdoor areas were lovely and plenty of loungers. The slushies were great and very welcome in the heat. Watermelon was available at lunch and dinner, delicious and fresh. Location is good, nice strip of decent shops. The last 4 days were okay as we decided just to accept the hotel is awful instead of waiting for them to be decent staff and do what was promised/advertised.
I wouldn't go back even if it was free. I don't put poor reviews unless they're real. This hotel is next level poor, purely based on how you're treated and the poor cleanliness. If you've already booked, see if you can change, if you haven't booked, find somewhere else!
- U4183MXdeanf (2/5): Read this before you go - Where to begin. So the hotel is awful I mean worse then any other places I have stayed ever! Checking in was a nightmare not one person knew what they was doing and just to get the key took half an hour. The room was so bad handle and lock hanging off dirty bedding and unmade beds Aircon broken rubbish everywhere including used condoms, towels used and wet just hung over a cupboard door and full of cockroaches. We refused the room but the next one wasn't any better but the door locked. The food was awful and that's not just because it wasn't to my taste it was just discussing unless you like cucumber that wasn't bad but everything else tasted old or off, and a few people was complaining about the food and trying to get moved hotel as they had a lot of the same issues as us. The tiles around the pool are all cracked and the bridge over the pool is rusted through and bits falling into the pool. Drinks you can have a slushie or beer that's it and staff sit at the front of the hotel staring at young girls making them feel uncomfortable. I know people read these and think 1 star reviews are just people hating on the hotel but genuinely don't go here it will ruin your holiday any of the Ares hotels we was warned to stay away from by locals and the restaurants nearby.
- kylebW7941OK (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - AWFUL STAFF AND FACILITIES - DO NOT STAY HERE!
Awful staff, awful facilities. Pensioners on top floor with no life and the 'boss' UGUR is beyond unhelpful.
Hotel is for locals only. It is cheap but absolutely horrendous. Have left other Uk citizens behind who are having a terrible time
- R2722HI_ (10/5): Классная анимация - The animations were incredibly well-executed and visually engaging. The movement was smooth and fluid, and the attention to detail really brought the scenes to life. The style was consistent throughout, and the color palette complemented the overall mood perfectly. Whether it was a subtle transition or a complex action sequence, everything felt natural and professionally done. Overall, the animations added great value and helped convey the story and emotions effectively.
- 440lukasd (10/5): Lively Place - For this price range it is a very decent hotel, with a lively atmosphere. Hamam/Sauna place was wonderfull with lovely people working there. Food was also tasty, and more then enough for a day. Room quality could be improved, but it still delivers for this value.
- Michael (4/5): - Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich absolut schlecht.
Absolut unsauber, veraltet, kein warmes Wasser.
- H9558STelizabethc (2/5): AVOID DIABOLICAL AND DIRTY - Diabolical it dirty moldy hazards with wires hanning out walls and not safe doors do tot close properly avoid unsafe unclean I've never see anything like it I wouldn't even let a stray dog stay there it's horrendous staff are not helpful and rude and dismissive when asking for help
- Chatriona (2/5): Ares Manky Nightmare Hovel - Worst holiday ever.
All the comments below are so true. We had to use a bottle of water to flush our toilet. Witnessed one of the waiters eating leftovers from a breakfast plate. So hygiene is a big issue. We bought floor wipes and cleaning stuff as the fridge was just manky.
Today we have a email from Love Holidays to say the Hotel did try and fix the toilet and we could have got moved if asked. Moved 3 times as cigarette ends under the bed and the room not clean. Oh my skin crawls when I think of it. I dreaded night time as we had to go back to that room. Even the guy behind the so called bar sad it was a very poor hotel. God knows what they were giving us to drink by the way. Asked3 times for clean towels, we got towels the night before we left at 10 in the evening. Not . If we were in shops nearby the Turkish people used to point to our wristbands and laugh and done the thumbs down 👎
Booking.com & Love Holidays are still offering this hotel I am going to report them to Trading Standards.
Ares Nightmare Hovel
- jonak855 (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - Its the worst hotel ever its a waste of money and a waste of holiday i recomend you never go there the rooms were never cleaned plus when we called the cleaners they stole from my purse even though we gave them money the staffs attitude was the worst they didnt help us with a thing we asked also we were unsafe cause we were young girls they were hitting on us even though they were +50 the transport was count in price but when we was there they said that they dont have a transport car the beach was 1 hour away and we had to pay transportation by our own and aslo at the beach we had to pay for everything even though they counted in all in i were never complaining but i never want other families experience like we used ti experience period.
- Demirbacak (7/5): Good - I actually was a bit afraid reading the reviews. It is def. a budget hotel. But my goal was to save on money while having all meals included and having a decent place to stay for a night. And it included all of these. I think if you want to have a luxury feeling, this is not your choice. But i loved the meals, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is 10-15 min walk away and you will have your private sunbeds or you can take a tad shorter route to public beach. AIrport transfer was included and it was great experience. The evening event were really okay. It is a very good bron. considering the costs so i am happy with my stay. You have to often wait in line at mealtimes, the juices/drinks were a bit cheap-bad taste.
- Hayri (5/5): Passable - There is shanson music, I like this music. Singer is ahiska Turkish. His voice and music is super. They do not wash dishes. Plates and folks were dirty.
- Bartlett (1/5): Bad - Nothing to like Very dirty room had to buy cleaning stuff and clean myself no cleaners all week 2 towels each for week filthy fridge curtain hanging off dangerous broken glass door
Dirty plates cutlery runs out flys all over food , staff don't talk to you if your English left after 5 days !!!
- J2709JJhayleyw (2/5): Disgusting, dirty and food poisoning central. - Week from hell
On arrival at 1am. Myself, partner and 5 month old baby were told after a lengthy checking in process (none of which was understood by either party due to language barrier) were told there was no room available and that we were to stay in ares city for the night and then be collected in the morning.
Ares city is an absolute dump of a place- pictures attached show the state of the “bathroom” if you can call it that. No where to get hot water for babies bottles. Stinking dirty room with electrical sockets hanging off.
Was collected and taken to ares dream. Room again not ready. Was sent to breakfast. Cats roaming over tables and food stations, flies everywhere. Finally given room key- bathroom pretty much the same, black with mould, bathroom disgusting. Bed stained.
Meant to be all inclusive. Only drinks available were beer, red wine off a tap and “coke/lemonade” variety of premium drinks displayed but not allowed to drink them .
Rooms were cleaned once during our stay despite asking. I spent from Saturday to Tuesday in my room due to the most horrendous bug ever, no doubt caught from the absolute disgusting conditions we were expected to eat from.
Staff attitude is horrendous. Did not care less when our transfer did not turn up this morning to leave for home. I wrote a post of. Facebook page after the first night. This was screenshot by the manager and he approached my partner. No words of apology or can we do anything to make it better.
This place is worse than a hostel- it needs knocking down with a bulldozer!
If I could give 0 stars I would.
DO NOT BOOK THIS ABSOLUTE DIVE!!!
- Culture28839502825 (2/5): AVOID, AVOID, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Horrific staff who scream at you or ignore you if your not Russian or Turkish. The reception guy pictured in my pics is nothing short of a bully and scammer. Him and the one English translator (only there on the night the big boss turned up) are scaming English speaking guests for money to leave on any pretence they can. They will claim you won't have your transfer to airport if you don't give them cash that they put in their pocket.I personally seen them do this 3 times to different couples. Food inedible and full of flies apart from the day the boss turns up. Coffee machine will give you an electric shock if you don't have sliders on. Rooms never cleaned for a whole week and no towels or toilet paper provided. No one and I mean no one from staff will even smile at you. Absolutely no entertainment. One half of the hotel completely unoccupied and run down. It isn't fit to be called an hotel. Don't put yourself through it
- Osama nazmi (2/5): - Very bad and dirty hotel . Bad, dirty, dark, and unsafe rooms, without hot water in the bathroom, not even shampoo. Disgusting restaurant, nothing clean, dirty cups and plates, bad food. In the bar, the worker washes the cups in an unprofessional manner, and the result is disgusting . I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm and there was no receptionist and I had to wait in the garden for hours because he was in Antalya . The only receptionist is unprofessional and rude . I left the hotel on the second morning for another hotel . Try to stay away from this dirty and unsafe hotel, even if the stay is free. The Health and Tourism Directorate in the city of Kemer must immediately review the situation of this hostel, because it is completely unsafe . Expedia should stop selling reservations for this hotel before verifying its safety to guests. It doesn't deserve even one star.
- Mark (1/5): Bad - it's a dump, do not stay at this place. I had all-inclusive and when I arrived at the restaurant its closed.i spoke to the reception and they just laughed.
booking.com shouldn't put this place on there site.

- Bülent (1/5): Bad -
- Nasreen (3/5): Poor - Location is good Not clean every thing old. Food not good quality. Air condition was bad furniture was very old
- Reza (5/5): Passable - I like the swimming pool and that all I like. The room was dirty and so dusty when I got it first night and the AC wasn’t working right it was more like a fan and the staff were always looking aggressively no smile for them. The blanket was mostly like a towel then a blanket. The food wasn’t bad but still they need to work on it.
- M.hadi (1/5): Bad - Pictures are not like reality no towels, no cleaning service. And there is no hot water No bathtub and unclean room
- Ugur (6/5): - Good price and that’s it. Nothing more…
- Sha (7/5): Good -
