• Sylvia (8/5): Beautiful views and clean apartment - The view is absolutely stunning. Right in the middle of town so everything is close. Be aware you are in a busy square. So there is noise in the day and evening. It gets quiet around 23.00 and when you close the window it’s allright. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. You can use Netflix, Prime and Disney Communication was fine but minimal. I stayed for 6 nights but no welcoming thing or anything. Still, I would have rated higher if it was not for the lack of curtains in the kitchen. Because it’s open to the rest of the apartment and there is a lamppost right outside, the room doesn’t get completely dark when you go to sleep.

• Ana (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Riga - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of Riga, just steps away from the Christmas market. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Martin was extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

• Vakalou (10/5): An excellent choice in the heart of the old town, with great views, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding hosts. - The accommodation was the best choice we could have made. Located at the most central point of the old town, with a wonderful view, spotlessly clean, and with hosts who were extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it, it is the best option you can book.
• Eva (10/5): - Beautiful and spacious apartment in the very heart of the Old town. Everything in the city is within walking distance, loads of great restaurants around. We stayed over NYE, directly overlooking the fabulous Christmas markets, and we had a fantastic time.
• Joy Peng (10/5): Truly magical location - Super great location- it really opens right out to the Christmas Markets so the view was fantastic and magical. The apartment was clean and well equipped; it did take a while to warm up the place since it is an older building, but once warm, it was cozy. Warning for suitcases- it’s a beautiful building but there’s no lifts! Luckily we were just on the 2nd floor- the stairs are winding so they add an extra layer of fun!!!

Fantastic views of St Peter’s Church. The apartment was immaculate. Brilliantly equipped with great bedding and towels. Highly recommend. Please be aware the staircase is steep and narrow. It was perfectly ok for us but something to mention.

• Johanna (10/5): Amazing centrally located apartment - The communication was fantastic from the minute we booked. Allowed us to go in early and a safe place to leave our bags when we were leaving. The most outstanding location - in the middle of everything but quiet. Facilities were everything you would need with the biggest most comfortable bed. Very clean and stylish - a lovely place to stay with fabulous views from the many large windows. I loved everything

Couchage un peu juste pour notre fils sur le canapé.

Lækre håndklæder, hårtørrer, sengetøj, m.m. som på et godt hotel og samtidig var der fuldt udstyret køkken med gode faciliteter inkl. god kaffe, the. Der var ligefrem håndkøbsmedicin i køkkenskuffen :) Vært var virkelig god til at kontakte os og sendte og noget uovertruffen informationsmateriale, så der var intet at være i tvivl om. Meget hjælpsom og svarede hurtigt og kvalificeret på de beskeder jeg sendte. Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide

For older people with a lot of luggage, this could be rather inconvenient. A few more dishes in the kitchen would be welcome.
• Moritz (10/5): Top Unterkunft in einer schönen Stadt - Riga ist eine schöne, beschauliche Stadt, in die sich eine Reise auf jeden Fall lohnt. Zur Unterkunft: Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz, ist sehr sauber und hat eine super zentrale Lage. Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sich immer rasch um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

• Ronald (10/5): Lovely, spacious apartment with amazing views right on the main Cathedral Square. - Comfortable, spacious, clean, attractive studio apartment right on the main Cathedral Square with amazing views of the square out of every beautiful window. A very special place to stay! The apartment is on the third floor and there's no elevator, so you need to be able to carry your bags. But there are good handrails to help!

• Francesco (9/5): Fantastic journey in Riga - Very beautiful apartments, very clean, smart fornitures and a fantastic view on the Duomo! The Ars Vivendi is in the center of the old town, nearby all the most famous monuments, restaurants and pubs reachable by walk. Martins is a perfect host: very kind a ready to meet our needs making our journey more comfortable. I will strongly suggest the Ars Vivendi for having a great journey in Riga. Nothing to highlight.

• Tuuli (10/5): - Great accommodation especially during the Christmas market time, as the beautiful market can be seen from the window. Location is in the heart of the old town.

• Tracey (9/5): Charming place for a 2 night visit - The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Its central location was ideal for seeing the sights in the old town and had a view onto the square. Although small, the kitchen was functional; and the bathroom was large. There was some street noise and music into the early hours, but it was Fri/Sat night and probably the situation in most accommodation in the Old Town. It didn't bother us overly, but something to note if noise is a concern for you.

The bathroom is perfectly clean. On Saturday the music in the restaurant outside was a little bit loud and it’s been this way until the night, although the other days were pretty quiet. So if you are also having fun outside it won’t bother you
