No cuentan con restaurante ni con un botones para que te ayude con el equipaje. La habitación está descuidada y la cortina del baño es de plástico. La cortina de la Habitación tenía huecos

Eso si el mismo precio. El hotel a el que nos enviaron no tenía nada que ver con lo que reservamos. Aunque el personal de este hotel nos trato bien, no tenía ninguna de las acomodaciones que buscábamos y que si tenía el hotel Black el cual reservamos. No tuvimos ninguna disculpa o compensación alguna. Cero profesionales y no recomendado. Muy mala experiencia.

- Javier (4/5): - The rooms don’t have phones, upon arrival the front desk tells everybody to call on WhatsApp, but they don’t answer the phone, you have to go down in person if you have a request, the employees are instructed to lie to the guests, just to get by without solving any issue arising on my stay, The breakfast is pretty unhealthy and the refrigerator in the room doesn’t freeze at all, I bought food and got spoiled, The hotel manager doesn’t care and if complaint is given, no solution is granted to guests, just full of excuses, the worst was the cook manger in the narrow breakfast room restricted to one little space in the 8th floor where people have to squeeze to eat breakfast, this guy was mean as hell, and gave too many excuses when I confronted him for the poor service given… On top the WIFi is intermittent, and for a business trip is not reliable, I was interrupted several times, and the manager just didn’t care to fix it, this place is worthless

Could not enjoy any of the areas shown in the pictures. Parking was horrible! Too small parking with tons of columns making it impossible to park. Water took Forever to warm up. Bed sheets looked old and white sheets looked yellow. Terrible! Never again. Nightmare. Dingy, needs renovating and don't show the pictures of part of hotel that are closed off and guest can access. Worst ever!

- Magna (6/5): Más o menos. - No está mal el hotel, pero realmente para el valor le falta. La cortina de baño plástica le resta puntos al baño, no tiene una lámpara en las mesas de noche ni un triste cuadro en la habitación, pareciera que la acaban de armar.

- Symantha (10/5): - Over all, the staff was wonderful and very helpful with getting us taxi to move around. Even though we did not speak much Spanish and they spoke no English. Our room was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy. Eating breakfast from the rooftop restaurant every morning was wonderful.

- Ricardo (2/5): - El señor que nos atendió en el check-in no sabía cómo funcionaba el proceso, se demoró más de 20 minutos realizando el ingreso. Además, vengo a este hotel de 3 a 4 veces al mes fijo, y esta persona me solicitó toda la información que ya no me piden por la cantidad de veces que visito el lugar, también quiso cobrarme el seguro hotelero y pude comentarle que es algo que frecuentemente no tomo. Entiendo que es nuevo en el puesto pero no está capacitado correctamente para el mismo.

Lamentablemente el desayuno bajó la calidad de la experiencia, pues la fruta no se veía muy fresca, y cuando solicité que si por favor me podía ayudar con una porción de papaya, me dijeron que no tenían, y luego cuando vi que tenían suficiente, incluso cortada, tomé foto, y rápidamente me dijeron “eso es para otra cosa”. Pequeños detalles que al final suman o restan lo suficiente para decidir si se vuelve o no. El resto del desayuno, de buen sabor.

We arrived late at night and when we went to the bedroom realized there was no mini bar, we had no water so we called the receptionist, no answer. went to the reception and never got a person to respond so we were thirsty until the morning. However another night someone else helped me book a taxi to the airport and gave me a call in the morning to make sure I woke up on time. Breakfast was decent. Eggs to taste, coffee, fruit, juice and other sugary options.

- Christian (6/5): - Gran opcion si se desea estar cerca a Usaquen, hotel limpio, con buenas opciones para la noche clmo tomar una cerveza o un vino. Las habitaciones requieren un poco de mantenimiento menor y el agua caliente es cuestion de suerte. El check in no fue muy bueno, tuvieron que cambiarnos de cuarto porque no abria la chapa. Buen desayuno y debo destacar a Ricardo Torres en el bar de vinos, excelente atencion y un gran espiritu de servicio. En resumen, es un buen hotel, excelente valor por lo pagado, con algunas areas para mejorar, regresariamos si necesitamos estar cerca a la zona.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable enough, but they are VERY basic. Good breakfast included. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

- Selena (6/5): - Very cute rooftop restaurant space & bar...that is only open at night-despite the fact that Bogotá isn’t exactly warm enough to make me want an outdoor sushi dinner! No options in the day for food after the complimentary breakfast (which itself was probably the best part of the stay), very barebones room with a folding chair, single plastic cup, and no coffee maker. At least the room was clean (although my bathroom had footprints on the ground), and the hot water was reliable!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Black is the WORST. AVOID. - Having stayed at many of Bogotá’s hotels, This hotel is the WORST. I literally spent 2 hrs in the room and booked another hotel. The rooms look and feel like dorm rooms or a very low budget motel. The hallways are dark. The entire hotel is just aweful minus the lobby. They really try to get you “booked”with fancy lobby pictures. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid hotel Black. There are many better options in the Usaquen area. BH is my reccomendacion. After leaving the Hotel and explained my predicament, I was even more dissapointed when Hotels.com offered me $20 instead of a full refund. Buyer beware.
