• Masumi (8/5): - テーマパークの中にあるホテルなので、テーマパークに入るために別途お金がかかりました(2日目はフリーパスをいただきました)。ホテルは、コテージ風でいい感じでしたが、ドアの鍵が1ヵ所壊れていて鍵がかからない状態だったのはちょっと残念です。お湯は出ますが、チョロチョロな感じ。雰囲気やレストランは良かったので、南国に旅行に来た感じを楽しめました。

• Dr Peter (4/5): Do not stay here if you like to sleep - Definitely our fault for not researching where this hotel was located. Photos appealed as it was a leafier looking hotel which is unusual for Jakarta. We had no idea (and it is not evident from the information available on hotels.com) that it was essentially in the middle of an amusement park. The excessive noise was horrendous. Loud music would start from 730am and go most of the day. Do not stay here if you like sleep. The entry system was not explained in the booking. You have to enter Ancol to get to the hotel but your hotel booking is not sufficient. They sent us away to buy a pass to enter Ancol. We called the hotel who said we had to WhatsApp a PDF of the hotels.com booking and then they would send a barcode that the gate would scan. The barcode was good for one entry and you needed a separate one for exiting. Traffic was the worst that Jakarta has to offer. Some buildings/room are falling part. Would recommend against booking.
• Michael (4/5): - Rodents mice and rats had to move out of one unit to another because of rodents disgusting you would get up to go to the bathroom at night and the would be running on the floor pretty sad at 160$ a night

• Axel (8/5): Good place in Ancol - Good resort for a couple of days in Jakarta. Bring mosquito repellent - rooms don't have nets - and at this time of year ( end of Oct) there's a lot! Villas are a bit dated but I liked the vintage luxurious touches
• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst nightmare - Worst hotel ever. Very old and dirty. There was dead bed bugs on the bedcover. Fridge very old and dirty. It’s a nightmare to stay in there. Used to be my childhood favourite hotel. My child’s hand swollen because of the bugs bite. It’s not the nearly 2 million rupiah hotel room should be.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - di teras belakang banyak tanah merah dan foot step/ pijakan untuk orang berjalan juga tertutup tanah merah (karena hujan jadi sangat licin dan mengotori alas kaki). proses check in mengantri lama.
• Samy (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE.ROOM WAS DATED AND OLD AND DARK. - We booked based on the beautiful advertisement of the infinity pool. On arrival, receptionist was void of warmth nor sign of hospitality. When we saw our room on the second, it wad dark and totally dated. Window was small overlooking a huge blue tarp that was falling apart. It was one of the worst booking i had experienced. Despite no refund policy from hotel.com we left without touching anything in the room. They are in the process of renovations. The pool were their first stop. We were fool by them!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel Needs To Be Refurbished - The stay was good but hotel needs to be refurbished. However, we forgot to get our money deposit and the frontdesk person did not also remind us. We will be staying there again and so we will bring our Voucher Receipt to get our money deposit.

• MARTHA (6/5): Gammel og dårlig vedligehold resort - Vi havde booked 3 hytter til familiesamkomst. Check in var meget langsommeligt. Det tog over en halv time og vi kunne endda kun få en af hyttene til t starte med, da de andre ikke var gjort rene. Hyttene var meget beskidte. Der lå gammel plastik ske og madrester ved sofaen. Meget snavs under håndvaskene En af double sengene var fyldt med smuld fra loftet pga. termitter. Loftet var dækket med klar tape, der hvor termitter har haft travlt. Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes. Møblerne var i dårlig tilstand. Den ene af stolene var næsten knækket. Væggene var fyldte med huller. Hyttene trænger til en gennemgribende renovering. Udendørs arealer trænger også til en kærlig hånd. Det var en meget skuffende oplevelse. Det eneste positiv ved ophold var morgenmad. Der var lækkert, varierer og rigeligt. Chef kokken var en hyggelig fætter. Vi elsker hans mad.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A good place for family holiday - The cottage where I stay is Kepiting and it was a good family room with a good cleanliness. The only thing to be improved is the wifi connection so then the people who stay will get more comfort for their multiple peurposes.

• AN JI SOO (8/5): 뷰가 멋진 호텔 - 안쫄 들어오면 걸어서 가기에도 가깝고, 방에서 보이는 뷰가 아주 예뻐요. 바다가 보이는 방이 아주 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하고 조식도 좋았습니다.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel need to upgrade at all. The cleanliness and amenities were bad. We were not slept well because noisy and mosquitoes. Very bad experience.

• Reny (4/5): Not comfy - First, room was so strong smell like Indonesian traditional oil for old people use just not very pleasant. Bathroom has no hand towel nor paper towels and lot's of ants, mosquitoes everywhere in our room by morning, we have mosquitoes bite all over. The bed was so hard to sleep. No wi-fi service at all. The only good thing about this place is room size and the view at night but definitely need to upgrade inside like pillows, mattress etc. We stop for coffee at the restaurant about noon and music was so loud we can't hear each other conversation so, I ask if they can turn down the volume which they did then 2 minutes later back again with karaoke machine more louder so we left. I don't think will coming back again unless the improvements are made.
• Dila (4/5): Hotel tua kurang terawat - Kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam dengan 2 anak kecil. Ketika kecil saya dan keluarga suka menginap disini, skrg ingin mengajak anak2 saya menginap, cottage2 hotel terlihat kurang terawat dan tua, kebersihan sgt kurang, pantai kotor dan pasir2 kotor, kolam renang kelihatan tdk ada perubahan sejak saya kecil, sehingga terlihat tua dan tdk terawat. Sarapan pagi sangat tdk enak. Banyak nyamuk di kamar. Seharus nya hotel direnovasi dan tolong sgt diperhatikan kebersihan dan tata sekitar hotel agar nyaman, hotel terlihat berantakan sekali.
• Liza (8/5): Pesan Melalui Expedia Jenis Kamar Tidak Jelas - Pesan putri duyung cottage melalui expedia memang harga lebih murah hanya 1,85jt dari seharusnya 2 jt utk jenis family suite. Hanya saja jenis room melalui expedia tidak dapat dipilih. Tiba di lokasi kami harus upgradre ke jenis yg kami mau (Duyung cittage) dengan membayar tambahan 2,12jt ( check in Jumat sudah masuk harga weekend) .jadi total kami bayar 3,97jt. Jika langsung 3,79. Kami pesan 3 Extra bed (@300rb) , sayangnya extra bed yg tersedia di hotel ini sdh sangat jelek, per-nya sdh byk yg jebol. Sakit jika ditiduri. Menurut saya hotel ini sangat mahal jika di harga weekend.

• deddy (8/5): nice view... - pertama kali nginap dsini begitu menyenangkan , semua keluarga puass..dan exited sekali, tenang, nyaman dan penuh pohon rindang terasa sejuk...cuma yang kurang kasur yang agak keras...itu aja sih...tapi bagaimanapun pengin ksini lagi..hehehe
• Tom (10/5): Nice hotel close to resort - Hotel Putri Duyung is nice, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were good, polite and spot on service. Only problem was WiFi wasn't working in room. Kids love it nice place near resort in Ancol. Pizza hut was across other bank.

• Retno budiko (10/5): - untuk menginap di putri duyung ancol sangat menyenangkan,cuma saya pesan kamar type duluxe di kasihnya superior...kasihan anak saya harus naik turun tangga,
• Sugiharto (10/5): pilihan terbaik untuk liburan - kami hanya menginap 1 malam karena kami akan tambah tinggal semalam lagi tapi hotel katanya sedang penuh oleh group jadi kami putuskan untuk pindah ke hotel lain. namun secara keseluruhan kami puas dg pelayanan staff front office terutama bell boy yg bersedia mengantar kami ke sea world. yang perlu di ganti adalah tempat tidurnya keras dan sepertinya kurang nyaman karena dua tempat tidur di jadikan satu. semoga kedepan bisa lebih baik lagi dan kami akan mingunap lagi bersama keluarga.
• Merry (8/5): Hotel tua - Sewa 2 cottage hr pertama krn ngak ada yg kmrnya 2. Sampai emang tengah mlm, kamar blm ready, jam 3 pagi br di kasih kunci kamar. Furniture dah tua. Enaknya di ancol aja tempatnya

• Joachim (6/5): Resort mainly used by local people for weekends - Unfotunately there was no mokito net available to protect against Moskitos. View of the room to the water was ok, but there was no possibility to stay / sit outside. I missed a cafe / bar / Restaurant. Swimming pool is very small, only valid for young chidren.
• onggok (8/5): Nice Location, to crowded in peak season - I hope the hotel management prepare shuttle bus from the gate to the room. because take 1 hour to reach the hotel from ancol main gate, and we need to pay more entrance ticket that no mention before.
