• Mary (5/5): Would not stay again there - Friendly lovely older lady in restaurant room was cleaned daily The bed was hard like concrete could not sleep on it. No chairs on balcony to sit. Staff rang at midnight woke us up to ask what time in morning we were leaving. Breakfast was not good no options for international travelers

• Valerie (3/5): - The location When we arrived, I immediately saw a cockroach walking in the lobby. But I thought, well, as long as they’re not in the room, it’s fine. Unfortunately, there were also cockroaches in our room. The bedding had blood stains on it and wasn’t always very clean. We only had the breakfast once, because the cutlery and the glasses were honestly too dirty for words. I would not recommend this place. The location was great, but that’s the only positive thing. Oh, and the security guard — he was always friendly. He was the only staff member who greeted us kindly. The rest of the staff didn’t greet us at all.

• Elvira (5/5): Según la habitación que te asignen puedes estar bien, pero no esperes mucho. - Me gustó que me cambiaran de habitación dos veces porque la primera estaba realmente sucia y la segunda contenía en el balcón tres aparatos de aire acondicionado que hacían mucho ruido, además ese balcón estaba tapado por el cartel del propio hotel, con lo cual haber pagado habitación con balcón era un error. Comprendieron la situación y me cambiaron a otra habitación apropiada y estuvimos bien. No obstante, la puerta del baño de esa habitación no cerraba y la ventana tampoco cerraba del todo y entraba un poco más de ruido del tráfico, pero en general esa habitación estuvo bien: la 701. El desayuno era muy completo, pero más pensado para el gusto y costumbres de Asia. Para occidentales, poca fruta, poco embutido, los huevos solamente cocidos. El café está rico. No me gustó que al llegar a las 2 de la madrugada me alojasen en una habitación sucia, con telas de araña colgando del techo de unos 30 ó 40 cm de largo, polvo, bichitos, etc. pero me cambiaron al instante a otra. Yo había reservado habitación con balcón y me reinstalaron en una hab. con balcón.... pero ese balcón alojaba tres aparatos grandes de aire acondicionado que hacían muchísimo ruido, además la vista a la calle estaba tapada por el cartelón del propio hotel. A la mañana siguiente lo expliqué en recepción y me cambiaron a otra donde pudimos estar mejor.

• Quang (10/5): - This is an unexpected stay for me. I got scammed out of the Vinhomes Grand Apartment and so I have to book a replacement. The location of this A25 is great. It’s near Ben Thanh Market and the rowdy Bui vien street. It’s well surrounded with many shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite was the different noodles each day on the breakfast; very authentic to the true origins of the region.

• Vincent (6/5): No english, very old rooms… - Very good location! Price is good and in the rooms you find a lot amenities which show that they want to their best! But… the rooms are already pretty old and need a refurnishment. We had no shower curtain and the bath was everytime full of water! but the worst thing for us was, that nearly no one, not even the receptionist speaks english… there are no recommendations or help.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - It felt very clean and comfortable and comfortable with many useful toiletries, made it so convenient. The evening and night security always insisted on helping with the luggage. Always making sure it's safe and helping around, so great to see. The receptionist was helpful as well phoned to check if everything was ok with the room and if we needed anything. Great value for money will definitely recommend.

• CUONG (10/5): - Hotel’s location is walking distance to most of the iconic areas. However, traffic in front of the building is always clogged and noisy. Staffs can communicate clearly in English and quite helpful. Breakfast is good enough for the day.
• Pinaki (10/5): Great experience for the family and value for money - Location is very good. City tour and market is in walking distance. Staff are very good. I requested for good view room. They shifted to 6th floor family room on the next day. Breakfast was good as well. Cheers and 7Eleven beside the hotel. Value for money. Will recommand to family as well. Lower floor family room does not have any view.
• Hala (6/5): Overall, I had a comfortable stay at the hotel and was able to mostly walk everywhere. - Location was excellent, within walking distance to all major attractions. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was limited in Vietnamese and International options. The room was quite dated and would benefit from some renovations.
• Tony (10/5): Good - Conveniently located among restaurants and entertainment venues. My room had a huge, comfortable bed and many of essential items, many of which were from well-known brands. The hotel is modern and reasonably comfortable. The staff is extremely passionate and courteous, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast prepared when ordered from small menu. Excellent location. Staff change from a year ago but still provided great service. Great value in heart of tourist area. Hard to find in booking listings but worth the effort. Small 24-hour convenience store next door met all our impromptu needs. Actually preferred the queen bed with 2 nightstands from last year - now has king bed and 1 nightstand. Charges for bottled water and instant coffee.
• Ilja (10/5): Great stay. 10 out of 10 - Staff: Polite. Location: Amazing! Close to walking street and main attractions. Room: Fantastic! Spacious, well-stocked, bright, AC is powerful. Housekeeping: Cleaning is very good. The only thing is the mat in front of the bathroom, that was so dirty, I had to use it as welcome mat. Facilities: Incredible. You can find EVERYTHING you would need in the room. Minibar is overstocked, dental, shaving kits, plenty of everything. First time I saw a branded hair bands for guests. This is an elevated standard. Overall: Amazing. Would I recommend? YES. Would I stay again? I WILL! - Housekeeping staff completely ignores Do Not Disturb sign. Please, this needs to be fixed. - If you promise to call back, please do so. There was a situation, when I was waiting for the answer and came down to Reception just to find a lady watching videos. Will not deduct a point for this, because there were many positive moments. - The balcony is wet with dump water in the morning.

I had to leave HCMcity after first night due to my schedule. I was told that I used 1 milk bottle in the fridge eventhought I did not use it! About staff: My relative came to visit me. Female receptionist, named Ngan, told them that I am not staying in this hotel. It's strange b'cause they already copied my Passport and assigned the room for me when I cheked in! luckily I came down just in time. Obviously, this receptionist, Ngan, did not bother to check the system but simply gave a straight answer to my relative.I was amazed, disappointed and offended. I think she was lazy and very unprofessional! She did not even appologize! Other female receptionist, Hai, was friendly and helpful.In general, Staff hardly smiled! • Michael (4/5): Pictures were deceiving - The pictures were deceiving. The rooms are run down and old. Standard rooms have no windows and was never mentioned in the description of the room. I had to cut my stay short and moved to another hotel. Motel 6 would make this place look like a 5 star.
