They should tell you that when you go in the hotel to check in you have to go back downstairs and they give you some kind of device. You have to go in your room and plug it in to get Internet then it worked, but they should do that and tell you first I think they need to update their Internet system

• JUNKO (8/5): バス、トイレが別々で良い - バス、トイレが別々なので使いやすい。広い。 スタッフさんの対応が良かった。 駐車場が立体式で制限もあり、混む時期は他を探さなければならないのがちょっと面倒だが、駐車場スタッフさんがとても親切なのが良い。 浴室ドアの外側のカビが気になった。 室内のキャスター付きの椅子が粗末。キャスターの方が座面より大きくはみ出ているので危ない。 もう少し近くにコンビニ等があれば助かる。

• Christina (8/5): Ok business like hotel if you are not driving - Location not too far from center with lots of food options. Bed and pillows were hard. Warning for those who drives. While they say reservations not required for parking, there is only limited parking space available. On my 1st night, the staff directed me to a coin operated parking lot across the road. On my 2nd night, the parking there is also full and they gave me a list of coin operated parking nearby. They then say that those parked in front are reserved as they stay for consecutive nights and is exactly my situation but nobody offered me to make reservations when I arrived and I didn’t expect that the parking situations to be that bad.

They offer to store our luggages too when we were out for lunch after checking out! There is a parking fee and you will need to pay again to park if you going out by car and if there is still space available for you. Since it is a limited space parking lot.

• Yaw Shing (8/5): delighted stay at mizakayo - Stay was great . Staff was friendly . Breakfast spread was great . Room is clean but on the smaller side but still sufficient . My only issue is with the a/c . It is constantly on heating mode and I was not able to changed it to ac . We have to open the window as the room was stuffy .
• hoi (10/5): - 二回目の宿泊です。繁華街へ徒歩で行ける好立地が気に入りました。フロントの方も親切丁寧でよかったです。全体的に清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。朝食も種類が沢山あり美味しかったです。コスパが良いと思いました。

• David (10/5): Well Worth Seeking-out! - Harder to find than most Hotels in the area due to lack of giant Neon signs on the Hotel....but well worth it once discovered. I had requested allocated parking close-by due to a walking impairment. We were met by the Parking Director who had my name on his list & parked me within 10 metres of the Main Entrance. I also requested adjacent rooms for my colleagues to assist me & these were pre-allocated on arrival. Possibly a 'Seasonal issue' but the potential Restaurant /Bar area was off-limits for each night of our stay due to hosting Private Functions! Not really a problem for us, but worth noting for others? A most enjoyable 3 night stay. I would be quite happy to stay here again.

• ハルエメリッヒ (6/5): - とてもきれいで清潔感のあるお部屋でした。スタッフの皆さんも感じが良かったです。季節柄なのか周辺道路が混雑していてホテルまでたどり着くのがたいへんでした。到着してみると駐車場が満車とのこと。周辺のコインパーキングもどこも満車。かなり遠いところにやっと空車ありの駐車場を見つけました。チェクインまでかなりのストレスがあったため機嫌が悪くなってしまいました。駐車場も予約が必要ですね。
• TSUN LAI (8/5): 地點方便，靜中帶旺 - 房間雖然較細少，不過廁所十分大，有浴缸，空調不能隨意控制
