- Andriy (4/5): Not worth the money - This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place.

- Colleen (10/5): - The staff here are excellent. I stayed here almost a month. As a soldier in Ukraine, my length of stay was not exact and changed. The staff helped me and made sure I could just remain in my same room. They even had the keys delivered to me when I was sick. The check in staff and awesome and helpful. The apartment housekeepers are very kind and work so hard to keep your place clean and will even help wash dishes and cups if you are out and they come in to clean. This place is a hidden gem. I would love to keep it a secret but they deserve this review. Thank you partner guest house. You made my leave and rest so comfortable. I will be back!
- Jonas (10/5): Very pleasant stay for one week - Amazing view from the 34th floor. Catching every sunset right outside the window. Can even see the sunrise in the opposite direction. Had to ask the cleaning lady to sharpen the knife. Can quite clearly hear the neighbors if they're being loud. In general very happy with our stay. One of the best I've ever had in Kyiv

- Sergej (6/5): Klovskij - die Lage naja, besser in der Bassejna - Für meinen Aufenthalt war die Lage ausschlaggebend - mehrere Appartements stehen zur Auswahl - Bassejnaja 19 liegt sehr gut, direkt gegenüber ist ein modernes Einkaufszentrum und auch die U-Bahn Station ist schnell erreicht; Klovskij liegt nicht so gut, etwa 1km entfernt. Die Unterkunft in der Bassejnaja 19 war ausreichend groß, im zufriedenstellenden Zustand und sauber. Der Hauseingang, das Treppenhaus und teilweise die Rückseite des Gebäudes sehen aus, als hätte man dort ein Endzeitepos vom Schlage Mad Max gedreht, aber was soll's. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren sehr freundlich und kompetent - Alina am Empfang und Evgenij holte mich am Flughafen Borispol ab und brachte mich auch hin. Übrigens, der Chauffeur Service für 490 Hrivna in beide Richtungen von/zum Flughafen Borispol sind ok, da die Alternativen entweder mit dem SkyBus für etwa 90UAH oder die Taxen für 500-800UAH sind. Ich zahlte etwa 80€/Nacht - angesichts der Agentur, Internetpräsenz etc. geht es aus meiner Sicht in Ordnung. Wenn ich das nächste Mal beruflich hinreise, könnte ich mir vorstellen dort wieder zu buchen.

- DaveH51 (8/5): Modern apartment in Kiev - The apartment was located on the 34th floor of a residential / commercial tower block in central Kiev, with nice views over the city. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable - ideally suited to 1 or two people. Transfers too and from the airport ran efficiently and these staff were friendly, but there was no reception or local contact at the tower block and problems - such as poor shower drainage were hard to report to anyone.Nor was there anywhere for breakfast - so be prepared to cook your own. Overall, good value and pleasant, but somewhat isolating, if you are used to hotels.
