• U. Kh. (10/5): - Fantastic hospitality of the host and staff. Location that is close to the sea, markets, and shops. Delicious and fulfilling breakfast with constantly changing unforgettable hand-made cookies and bakery, vegetables, proteins, drinks and many other things. Spacious and clean room with many amenities and kitchen furniture. Amazing swimming pool and many cute cats.

• Мария (7/5): Рекомендую, но с оговорками - Чисто, самый центр города. Приятный персонал, посоветовали пару мест для посещения. В январе в номере очень холодно, кондиционеры с подогревом слабо помогают, спать под теплым одеялом комфортно, но просто находиться в помещении не очень. Горячая вода течёт очень тонкой струёй, долго прогревается. Кровать неудобна для двоих, на двухспальной кровати лежит два односпальных матраса, а между ними образуется щель. При оплате лирами нам бал назван курс к евро выше, чем указано на странице бронирования (+200 лир), но в итоге договорились об оплате с конвертацией как на сайте. Советую платить в евро.

(9/5): Familieres, gutes Hotel - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vom Manager Hakan angefangen bis zum Frühstücksservice, hervorragendes Frühstück mit einheimischen Spezialitäten zubereitet von Ayse. Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Kemer, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir empfehlen bei der Buchung die Zimmer zur Poolseite zu wählen, da sie sehr ruhig sind. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig, die Kücheneinrichtung haben wir nicht genutzt. Da uns die Betten zu hart waren, hat uns Hakan Matratzentopper zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer kann verbessert werden.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Нам понравилось очень многое: отличное расположение - самый центр, часть окон выходит во внутренний уютный двор, а часть на центральную улицу, но это не доставляло нам никакого неудобства; потрясающая атмосфера, созданная хозяевами апартаментов - очень теплая, почти семейная; хорошие завтраки, горячее готовится по запросу прямо при вас, остальные продукты свежие и качественные; рядом много магазинов и кафе, в одноименном кафе на углу скидка для проживающих 10%; до городского пляжа 10-15 минут спокойным шагом; нормальная уборка и смена полотенец, что не всегда практикуется в апартаментах, единственный нюанс мыло покупаете сами, но, на наш взгляд - это мелочь. Смело можем рекомендовать для размещения и, что немаловажно, у нас сложилось впечатление, что многие приезжают сюда не в первый раз, предпочитая это место другим. Возможно, немного обновить интерьер.

Everyone loves the staff - The breakfast was amazing.The Staff were exceptional and there is always someone at reception to help. There are so many great day trips closer to Kemer than Antalya and the hotel location is perfect for everything- not too far from the beach and great for shopping, cafe's, restaurants and bars. The apartments are lovely and all seem to overlook the pool. The WIFI was pretty good everywhere. The swimming pool is a decent size and located just in front of the dining area so you may want to go down to breakfast in your swimming gear. This place is so great that they make it hard to leave when you go... If I could give this place a 12 out of 10 then I would. I have no idea why anyone would pay more to stay in a big hotel when they can be part of the Melissa Moments real family experience

Окремо варто зазначити дбайливо доглянуті рослини на території Не сподобалася дещо їжа в ресторані при готелі, але на щастя обпеклися лише раз , а взагалі то власний вибір гостей де поїсти.

All kitchen utencils are present including small stove, kettle etc. Clean and cozy. Breakfast time is quite flexible. Every day a bit different nice foods. Polite caring staff. For its price amazing value. Also, near is Paşa Kebab restaurant which we would really recommend ;)

The owner Hakan was very helpful and always available to assist. I want to thank all staff of this nice apartment house for their constant support. We would definitely come back next year. • Karyna (8/5): Very good - great location, a tidy and big apartment with a small balcony (with a clothes-drying rack). there was a kitchen with utensils and a small fridge with a freezer. breakfasts were definitely a highlight of the trip - the cooks were so helpful and friendly, the food was incredible. the administrator was very helpful as well and suggested great tours to nearby attractions, which we enjoyed a lot. overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation some minor issues such as a loose outlet in the kitchen, loose towel holders in the bathroom (which broke on the first day, but were fixed later), no soap holder on top of the sink and no dishwasher detergent (we bought one and used 5% of it max. is it so difficult to provide one to the guests, especially when all the other kitchen utensils are already there?)

Bring cash with you as it's how they take payment. I can understand this as the bank I have heard takes nearly 20% fees. Welcome to Turkey. You can be charged nearly 10% in most ATMs for withdrawals. There are some like PTT and Halkbank that don't take fees but sometimes only give a limited amount of cash.

The attitude was like to best friends or family members. Tasty breakfasts and unlimited tea or coffee during the day. All our requests were resolved almost imidiately. Thank you very much! It was one of the best vacations we had.
• Tatiana (7/5): Good - The apartment hotel is located on the 3 line , good for people who like to walk, not in hot weather. We had early checked in to a room on the 3rd floor with a pool view. This is the best room arrangement. Each apartment has 2 rooms, each room with a balcony. The furniture is in good condition, clean. There are not many dishes, but enough for 2-3 people. There is an opportunity to cook food. The refrigerator works well. The air conditioners are located well, it doesn’t blow in your face while you sleep, it’s not cold, even when the air conditioner is turned on to cold mode. The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. The most important negative thing is that the owner refused to accept payment by card; he wrote about this via SMS a few days before check-in, when it was impossible to find another hotel. As a result, I had to withdraw the amount for apartment payment from an ATM, the commission of which was more than 8 percent!!! As a result, the cost of the apartment turned into the cost of a 4 star hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport cost 53 euros, so I should look for a street company and negotiate outside the hotel. Breakfasts were poor and monotonous. Low quality coffee. Many people smoke right during breakfast, it is difficult to breathe. In the hotel corridors, the staff does not turn on the air conditioning, so the air there is like in a sauna. Cleaning and changing of towels is not done every day, sometimes we had to ask to change the towels. The shower was broken.

Lovely pool with good quality furniture and very big umbrellas. Very nice bathroom and excellent shower pressure Kitchen facilities could do with a little updating but still functional.

Aparatın konumu oldukça merkezi bir konumda sahil ve alışveriş için marketlere oldukça yakındı.Apartın önüne istediğiniz uygun bir yere aracınızı park edebiliyorsunuz.Bize verdikleri oda havuza bakan iki ayrı odasında mevcut kliması olan ayrıca buzdolabı,çaycı,elektrikli ocağı ve televizyonu olan temizliği yapılmış ferah bir odaydı.Konfor olarak yatakların yeni olmadığını söyleyebilirim.Ama yinede çok rahatsız olmadık bu durumdan.Sabah 8 akşam 8 havuzu kullanabiliyorsunuz.Yine bu saatler arasında çay ve kahve ikramları var.Apartın en güzel yanı ise sabah kahvaltılarının çok çeşitli seçenek sunması ve lezzetli doyurucu olması mükemmeldi bunları yanı sıra apart çalışanlarının sizi aile ortamında hissetmeniz için elinden geldiği kadar güler yüzlü ve ilgili olmaları oldukça bizde güzel bir etki bıraktı.

We had 2 rooms, so to take a shower was possible only in one of them, because in the other one the taps didn't work properly. It was very cold inside, though both air conditions were working 24/7 for 30 degrees. It was very dark in the rooms in the evening, really... and it was pretty dirty there. When our neighbors cooked smth, we smelled everything in every detail. And so on....

Håper dette blir tatt tak i. Hotellet er noe slitt, men har en ypperlig beliggenhet, koselig bassengområde og leiligheter. Leilighetene er vanligvis ok utstyrt, men denne gangen manglet vi kokeplate(r). Enkel frokost inkludert, pluss for at de også lagde omeletter.

Otele akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptığımda otel personeline durumu anlattım bana değiştirmeye gerek yok arkadaşınız Gelip kalabilir extra ücret ödemenize gerek yok derdiler ancak 2 gün sonra arkadaşınız sizinle kaldığı için gecelik extra 75 tl ödeme yapmak zorunda olduğumu söylediler , ilk gece kaldığım oda yol kenarına baktığı için oda değişikliği talebinde bulundum odam değişti ama gececi resepsiyon personeli bana gündüz resepsiyonda durun kişi ve odaları temizleyen eşinin çok rahatsız olduğunu extra oda temizlemek zorunda kaldıkları için neden odamı değiştirdiğimi şikayet etmişler kendisine bu durumdan çok rahatsız oldum 50 tane ülke gezmiş biri olarak otel kurallarını çok iyi biliyorum yapıla bu davranışı asla kabul edemem.

• ALEH (8/5): Уютный отель - Нам очень понравилось. Сначала испугались, так как в номере было очень душно, но когда включили кондиционер - стало нормально. Номер был из двух комнат: спальня и гостиная-столовая. Для двоих очень удобно. Есть кухонный угол со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Очень вкусна жареная рыба (сибас, дорада) на оливковом масле с зеленью! Хороший санузел с отличным напором воды и исправным сливом. Завтрак так себе, но иногда готовили вкусные овощи в казане. Вкусные хлеб, кофе и чай :). Хороший бассейн и ухоженная зона вокруг него. Удобное расположение, центр города, много магазинов. Рядом мечеть, служба добавляла экзотики, но не напрягала. На пляж ходили городской, всегда можно купить лежак недорого. Море и горы супер! Рекомендуем!

Gelelim iyi kısımlarına, odalar gerçekten çok güzel, estetik tasarıma sahip. Her gün temizlik talep edip etmediğim soruldu. Wifi sadece havuz etrafında var. Kahvaltı pek zengin olmasa da idare eder.

Ellers var servicen ganske dårlig og renholdet holdt ikke mål da vi fant en godt brukt tannbørste i kjøkkenskuffen ved innsjekk og det så ut som at badet bare var spylt med dusjhodet. Vi opplevde også at kopi av passene våre lå fremme på disken i resepsjonen slik at alle kunne se, noe som er uakseptabelt.

Havuz başında kahvaltı yapıyor olmak da gayet güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin bizi ağzında sakızla karşılaması dışında çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
