• Jesse (10/5): A very happy 7 day stay - Great location, roomy place, nice layout having the living room/kitchen on the 2nd floor with views of the church outside. We stayed with a 6 month old and having a washing machine was very handy. The crib that was supplied was perfect to. Off the top of my head I can't think of anything in particular.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in an excellent location and victoria was really helpful during our stay. The apartment was light and big and a fab space. There was a bottle of fizz in the fridge which was nice. The outside space is small and shady, and we didn't use it at all, but we didn't need to really.
• Jakub (10/5): Amazing place in the city centre for a true Mallorca vibe! - We really liked the location which was just near the city centre which allowed us to walkt around the city and enjoy the great restaurants nearby. Also, the appartment was really big and nicely decorated. And the parking place was a huge asset as parking in the city centre can be troublesome Nothing, we really enjoyed everything there and there was nothing that could have been done better.

• Barbara (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was nice and very spacious in the city center with a view of the church, there was a marina nearby, full of restaurants and bars. We liked the filtered water and the bottle of sparkling Cava wine as a welcome. A washing machine and a clothes dryer were also helpful. There were two toilets. The person who gave us the keys was waiting for us at the apartment, he could come help us with our luggages to the parking place, the parking place had several floors, it was difficult to find a parking space, an elevator and an exit. I think that the person who sold us the keys could have been more helpful. He gave us some tips for restaurants and bars, but it's a shame that he didn't point out that everything was written on paper when using the wifi, which we only find on the penultimate day. The apartment was very big and spacious, but the sleeping room was small, the bed was extremely small, only 140 cm, I don't see a reason for that because the apartment is big enough for a big bed, it was uncomfortable, we lacked blackout curtains, there was a lot of light when sleeping, or some proper shading windows. The apartment had two floors, which was quite impractical. We were there for 5 nights and they didn't come to replace us with new towels. There was only a very small rack for drying laundry, they added washing powder according to our wishes, because it was missing when we arrived.

The water filter on the tap and complementary cava was a nice touch! Construction noise in the morning (stayed during the week) but presumably that’s temporary and only a problem if you wanted to lie in.

• Susan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a fabulous location in Palma old town. Great tapas bars, cafes, restaurants on your door step. After days spent sight seeing it was lovelycto come back to cool, spacious very comfortable apartment The terrace is dark and claustrophobic- not a good space to sit in. A little detergent for washing machine would have been helpful. Also little information on appliances.
• Jessie (8/5): Nice location, beautiful apartment. - Beautiful apartment, with some historical touches mixed with modern style. Two floors and central location. Small things like the rugs in the house didn't have an anti-slip mat, so there were some precarious moments slipping around. The shower had some things that we could use, but they weren't marked so I'm not sure if what we used was shampoo, conditioner or liquid soap - so we simply used our own. Retrieving the keys after hours was a bit of an issue, and was forced to use WhatsApp even though I have a personal policy of not using Facebook platforms. I don't understand why I couldn't use Booking.com's messaging system or make arrangements weeks in advance, instead was told to write the property owner the day of to let them know we are on the way.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is located in the old town. By walking you can reach all the sights of Palma de Mallorca easily. The parking is in a public parking garage, the exit is about 15 meters away from the apartment. The only minor thing that does not work to well is, that the hot water runs out, if you shower to long. The rest is perfect.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved it! - Lovely contemporary apartment with all you need for a perfect city break... (bit of damp in the main bathroom and the drains need some mr muscle lol but hey ho...) fabulous location and very comfortable stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

• noriko (10/5): 中世の様なパレス滞在 - 本来のアパートの状態にトラブルがあり、他の部屋になりました。 他の部屋になる事の連絡が上手くいかず、心配しましたが、変更のアパートは歴史地区で昔のパレスでしたお部屋も沢山あり思わぬ素敵な滞在になりました。
