- Adam Birkett (9/5): Great Seminyak stay in excellent location. - Greeted by staff when we arrived and helped with luggage to the villa. Made to feel at home right from the start. Breakfast options were great for the free breakfast and the attached Warung Kelor is an excellent restaurant. All good, no problems for us.

- Tazza (8/5): You will love the pool - Loved the pool (approx 6.5 x 3.5ish metres). That was what made our stay pleasurable. Bedroom clean, bed was comfy, place is a little dated, but overall I would stay again. Breakfast was nice from warung next door. Losing power during the night. All aircons not working. Staff fixed the problem (which was the hot water cooler) the next day so that was good. A bit of mould remover and CLR in the bathroom would benefit the property. Some nights a lot of traffic but bearable during the day.

Det var midt i alt, tæt på Seminyak Square og nemt at rejse runt. Stor og lækker pool. Solen ramte perfekt til hvis man skulle sole sig lidt. Morgenmaden trak det hele lidt ned. Det smagte godt, det var ikke problemet. Men det var ikke klart nok hvad var inkluderet. Vores datter på 10 måneder var ikke inkluderet. Og man skulle ikke bestille orange juice, for så kostede det. Man skulle bede om “inkluderende orange juice”. Og det var ret ofte de ikke havde varerne til at lave det man bestilte.
- Andrea (9/5): Excellent stay! - Very friendly and welcoming staff! Great pool and a really good size. Lovely gardens by the pool and around. Availability of drinking water water and fresh towels everyday was great. Location not ideal, very noisy due to constant bike traffic 24/7. Not a lot of good restaurants around and some of the footpaths on Sunset have 1m wide holes to the sewer, not a great area was walking around. But easy to take a grab. Fittings and furniture getting a bit old and in need of repair. Would have been nice to have a little more protection from the rain between the bedrooms and kitchen area.

My only complaint was the shower drained slowly making it a challenge to keep the floor dry.

Location was also great, mini mart is right across the road, you have cafes and abit of everything 5mins from this villa. FAVOURITE DRINK on the menu - FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE I had one everyday very refreshing!

All in all I enjoyed my time at the villa. Location is great. Walking distance to shops and eat street. But for my entire stay there were problems with the wifi, and I couldn’t get my tv working, except for local channels. Whilst the staff tried for hrs to fix the Netflix, I wasn’t able to watch tv for the entire 6 days I was there.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and our villa was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for our short stay. The restaurant had a good range of vegetarian, Indo and western dishes and we enjoyed eating there.

- Darren (8/5): A great, relaxing 10 night stay with private courtyard/pool - The private courtyard and pool was terrific! The Balinese feel throughout the villa, including all the ensuite bsthrooms, was lovely. All the staff were great and could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our 10 night stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable with the reverse-cycle systems that are installed The living area being completely open to thr courtyard is lovely, but wasnt totally convenient in the weather conditions as that area became very hot and uncomfortable particularly in the evenings- resulting in retiring to bedrooms early.

- Tayla (9/5): Loved it and would stay again. Great value for money. Perfect for couples. - Secluded yet close enough to Seminyak square , good food, right across from a mini mart! A little bit further from the beach and huddle and bustle if you’re into that. Room was clean and private. Staff were accomodating. A bit of a walk to the beach. Still walkable though!

- Enrique (9/5): We loved it and we will return in the future... - As always, the people in Bali are incredible... the villa was exactly as advertised, it had all the comforts needed, the Air conditioner worked spectacularly and the pool was wonderful. The property is well located with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the menu at the hotel was very good. The breakfast was included in our price and it was very good but the only thing that did not make any sense was that you had to pay for the coffee or tea. this is just being a little picky but I think it is in their interest to improve... The furniture in general is dated, it needs a little TLC. Things like towels and bedsheets need renovation and details like leaking showerheads need replacement.

Insects don't bother us much but the pest management at this resort is truly exceptional, by far the fewest insects in any Ubud Villa we've had the pleasure of staying in.

- Wendy (3/5): My stay was awful and I will never return to the dirty Villa. The kettle didn’t even work properly! - The eggs and bacon for breakfast was cold. It was easy to tell it came from the refrigerator. I’m guessing it was cooked earlier in the morning or they were left overs from the day before. My husband and I were not impressed and we started eating breakfast somewhere else. Everything in my accommodation was dirty except the pool and the bed we slept in. The shower floor was disgusting ! The outdoor area bench tops were not wiped down. Everything had a layer of dust over it. There were hardly any utensils to use and what was there didn’t look clean. We had ants biting us on the outdoor couches. The couches didn’t look clean. Staying here destroyed my holiday and top of it I paid what I thought a decent amount of money for 5 nights. $1265.00
