Bed wasn't too comfortable, ok for a one night. Lining is quite old. Shower I was using wasn't working properly.

• Juan (10/5): Muy cómodo - Estaba muy limpio. A solo 10 minutos desde la estación de trenes de Lucerna, en la línea 19. El desayuno tipo buffet excelente.
• Caroline (7/5): - Beds were extremely comfortable There are no cooking facilities or kitchen area for use. There is a small microwave. No cutlery available, only plastic ones which you have to pay for. There is a small living room with a few couches and a pool table upstairs but not very inviting, interior in general.needs updating, feels more like prison cells than a nice shared space. Breakfast is basic - bread and cereal with a few meats and cheese. There is no system ie help to to move people along if they are only looking to access coffee machine and not toaster. Easy fixes. Little energy or atmosphere overall. It's been a while since I used hostels but I was surprised at the bare minimum effort in this one. €240 for two nights in a twin room

• Sabag (1/5): - I slept in a room with 20 people, the way of storing things in lockers is inconvenient, the attitude of some of the people at the desk felt unpleasant to me, to the point of anti-Semitic. The location is far from the center, a lot of walking, inconvenient transportation.

• valeria (8/5): Correcto y funcional - Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y es especialmente adecuado para jóvenes. El acceso al transporte público era muy bueno. Recomiendo solicitar la Visitor Card para no pagar el bus de la ciudad A veces es difícil encontrar personal para hacer consultas, especialmente si no hablas el idioma.

So cramped upstairs space for 4 Adults hard uncomfortable beds. Had to collect linen ourselves and spread over the beds. Very poor services . Or no services at all.

• Poirier (9/5): - Un peu a l'écart du centre ville mais transport en commun gratuit avec l'hostel et bus fréquent au coin de la rue. Petit déjeuner inclus et très bien, varié, beaucoup de nourriture. Calme. Propre. Je recommande. Frais car non résident du pays a notre arrivée. Pas de frigo disponibles pour la section hostel mais ils ont accepté de mettre un peu de nourriture en arrière du comptoir dans leur frigo (mais personnel présent seulement de 8h à 21h). Dortoir pouvant accueillir 20 femmes, seulement 3 toilettes et 2 douches.

I understand it's Switzerland/Luzern, and prices are considerably higher than in other countries/cities, but I still believe that more than 100 euros for an one-night stay in a small room with shared bathroom in a Youth Hostel is too much.

L'espace de co-working et le wi-fi fonctionne parfaitement. Un kikker et un billard permettent de s'y détendre. Le repas doit être réservé à l'avance et il est nécessaire de prévoir votre vaisselle pour les repas en dehors du restaurant.

• Paksorn (9/5): It's one of the best hostel so far. - Breakfast is good, but a bus is a bit far because its changes the bus stop to a new location. It is not convenient for a heavy luggage to carry up and down. We travelled one month so we have a heavy luggage.

• Nicolaus (4/5): Non lo consiglio assolutamente, visto anche il prezzo lo trovo pessimo - Ben poco… la colazione, ma visto il prezzo mi aspetto ben di più in generale… La struttura è estremamente vecchia dentro, per nulla moderna. La camera, letto polveroso e con capelli/peli e per terra sporchissima; una camera con 20 letti e solamente due docce, piccole; la posizione, che non è il massimo visto che è in salita e a mezz’ora dalla stazione a piedi; non ho trovato la cucina!!!; ci sono due rampe di scale per salire alla camere, che portano a camere diverse, non mi pare di aver ricevuto indicazioni chiare; è la prima volta che a un ostello (DELLA GIOVENTÙ) ci sono famiglie con bambini piccoli che giocano urlando e strillando nelle aree comuni…

• Katherine (6/5): Estadía aceptable para una noche - Desayuno delicioso Tarjeta de bus para movilizarte por la zona 10 de Lucerna Casilleros disponibles aunque debes tener una moneda de 2 francos para poder utilizarlo La limpieza de los baños y cuartos no era la mejor El check in es demasiado tarde, a partir de las 4 pm. Incluso al llegar tienes que hacer la cama y al finalizar la estadía tienes que desarmarla y llevar sábanas sucias a un lugar por lo que no entiendo la tardanza de entregar la habitación. Mucho ruido y desorden en los espacios comunes por otro tipo de huéspedes

• Emily (6/5): Great besides the night experience. - The day shift staff was amazing along with the accommodations The night shift staff was honestly terrible. I was playing music in the shower which I understand would bother guests at night but the night shift guy banged on the door very aggressively and yelled. I was honestly terrified and unsure what I was coming out to. I thought someone was going to come in and take advantage of me or kill me. Which does sound extreme but that was the way he was yelling and banging. Even when he spoke to me afterwards he kept yelling and pointing in my face getting closer to me. Very intimidating and poorly handled to say the least. I was more than ok to turn off the music but the yelling and aggression really scared me and made me want to leave.

• antonia (6/5): Good hostel, rude management - Very good for the price, facilities were clean, location was good. Check in hours are very restrictive and management was very unpleasant when I tried to check in at 9 pm. I firmly believe they would have let me sleep outside event hough the reservation was pre-paid had I not kept escalating the phone calls. Very unpleasant, but once I had my room card everything was OK.

• Ute (7/5): - Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Der Empfang freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser 4Bett Zimmer war bewohnt von jemanden, der schon seit 3 Wochen dort wohnte. Die Luft war schlecht und es wirkte nicht so passend, eine einmalige Übernachtung mit einem Dauergast zu kombinieren. Was nichts mit der Person persönlich zu tun hatte!

Café da manhã com boa variedade de alimentos e bebidas, aquecimento funcionando bem. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Boa localização, fácil para se deslocar de ônibus ao centro de Lucerna. Nenhuma queixa, o hostel nos atendeu perfeitamente.
