• Marleen (10/5): Fijn en ruim appartement voor een goede prijs/kwaliteit en van alle gemakken voorzien. - Uitstekende locatie voor de prijs/kwaliteit. Ruim appartement. Goed en snel contact met de host via de app van Booking.com. Mogelijkheid om voor en na verblijf bagage in een met code beveiligde ruimte te plaatsen. Kun je ook zelf weer ophalen wanneer je wilt. Verder is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en heb je een fijne, schone badkamer. Losse 1-persoons matrassen naast elkaar waardoor je niet echt samen kan slapen.

• Elina (1/5): Be careful with the deposit process after checkout. - Location is nice Unfortunately, our experience with this property ended in an extremely stressful and disappointing way. After checkout, we were suddenly informed that part of our security deposit would be withheld for alleged “damages.” What made the situation especially concerning was that the explanation kept changing throughout the conversation. At first, we were told the issue was the general condition of the apartment and “extra cleaning.” Then sofa stains were mentioned. Later, the story changed again, and we were told the charge was supposedly for candle wax damage on a black table — despite the fact that we never used candles during our stay at all. The most uncomfortable part of the entire experience was that no actual photographic evidence was ever clearly provided to us directly. Instead, we received vague explanations, contradictory statements, PDFs, and furniture price lists, while the deposit had already been partially withheld. We also had our own checkout photos showing the apartment was left in normal condition. Until the moment this happened, the stay itself seemed fine. But the way the situation was handled afterward completely changed our perception of the property and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unprotected as guests. We travel often and understand that genuine damages can happen. However, this experience honestly made us feel that guests are placed in a very vulnerable position once the stay is over, especially when deductions can be made while the evidence and explanations remain unclear and constantly changing. Sadly, because of this experience, we would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this property to others who value transparency and fairness.
• De blasio (8/5): È stata un’ottima esperienza, se poi avete piacere di girare la città a piedi e di visitarne ogni piccolo angolo è la s - Bell’appartamento, spazioso, pulito e con tutto quello che ti potrebbe servire per una breve vacanza come la nostra. Bagno molto bello e super funzionale, letti comodissimi (forse i migliori che abbia mai trovato in un alloggio). Molto facile il check-in, siamo riusciti subito ad entrare senza problemi. Rispondevano a qualsiasi nostra esigenza in un tempo molto ristretto. All’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovato anche un regalo di benvenuto con del vino, del caffè e dei biscotti. La zona dell’alloggio è super sicura, piena di locali dove mangiare o bere qualcosa. Davanti alla struttura c’è anche un market comodissimo per qualsiasi esigenza, sopratutto in tarda serata. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Posizione non vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto, dato anche dal fatto che avevano appena annullato una fermata degli autobus a 400m dall’appartamento. Mancanza del bidet che probabilmente per comodità andrebbe aggiunto. Lascerei la possibilità di aprire la finestra anche sopra al letto, la nostra era bloccata. Importante la ventola del bagno che non era funzionante soprattutto perché il bagno non aveva finestre.

But if you plan on spending a lot of time in the room, it won't be right for you, since there's no view from the window. I'll stop by again next time this Appartement I didn't like the two beds on legs; it would be nice to replace them with one large bed

Le salon était de taille moyenne et le canapé mal conçu. Nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit, mais à la suite d'un échange (très réactif), les autres locataires ont été rappelés à plus de vigilance et le problème a été résolu. Merci c'était la première fois que nous allions dans un logement sans avoir eu le moindre échange avec une personne physique, ni avant, ni pendant. Troublant. C'esttout un immeuble entier conçu pour des séjours courts. L'ensemble est donc impersonnel. nous n'avions pas l'habitude. C'est peut-être une question d'âge...

• Necti (9/5): Αξιοπρεπέστατο κατάλυμα για όμορφες διακοπές - Ανακατεμένο, καθαρό, περιποιημένο με εξαιρετικής ποιότητας ιματισμό! Παρά την έλλειψη δια ζώσης reception δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα! Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άμεση, συνεχής σε ο,τι χρειαζόταν. Πολύ βολικές οι επαγωγικες εστίες και ο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων! Οι κανόνες του διαμερίσματος πολύ σωστοί! Οι βασικές συσκευές κουζίνας θα μου άρεσε να ήταν σε συρόμενα ράφια κάτω από τον νεροχύτη. Ομοίως τα σκεύη μαγειρέματος. Στο άδειο ντουλάπι δεξιά να υπάρχουν μικρά δοχεία με τα βασικά: αλάτι, πιπέρι, ελάχιστο λάδι κ ο. Ελλείψει στεγνωτηρα πιάτων δύο πετσέτες κουζίνας λίαν απαραίτητες! ! ! Για πολλές μέρες διαμονής περισσότερο χαρτί υγείας.
• gloria (8/5): accogliente e funzionale. un monolocale bellissimo che dispone di tutto! - io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui e non ci aspettavamo un appartamento così carino. moderno e accogliente. è piccolino, ma mi aspettavo anche peggio… invece è funzionale tutto. c’erano tutti i comfort, microonde, pentole, piatti, tazze e bicchieri, posate, cavatappi ecc, persino il phon con diffusore (apprezzato molto dal mio ragazzo). la posizione l’ho scelta volontariamente non in centro, è un bellissimo quartiere, tranquillo, e comunque raggiungere tutti i posti è stato abbastanza facile. ci sono diverse fermate di autobus vicino, metro e tram. sotto casa ci sono market, pizzeria, bar. parlando dell’interno: è bellissima la zona living dove ci hanno fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto molto gradito e nel kit è anche incluso un set per pulire (spugna, pezza e detersivo). sicuramente funzionale è il check in online dove bisogna inserire i documenti e vengono chiesti pagamenti finali. poi vi arriveranno dei codici per il portone e per la porta dentro, apprezzato poi anche il codice del “deposito bagagli” nel sottoscala per noi che avevamo l’aereo nel pomeriggio ma il check out di mattina. i proprietari rispondono velocemente ai messaggi, io avevo persino chiesto informazioni poche ore prima della partenza. grazie per tutto!! (aggiungo che chiedono di buttar via la spazzatura al check out, per niente fastidioso essendo i cassonetti molto vicini) alcune note negative sono sicuramente legate alla pulizia: l’appartamento viene fatto trovare pulito (seppur alcune piccolezze), ma per avere una pulizia di lenzuola/cambio spazzatura/asciugamano bisogna pagare ulteriormente. noi non lo abbiamo fatto e viverci 4 giorni pieni è stato credo il limite. inoltre viene richiesto obbligatoriamente di depositare prima dell’arrivo e tramite link 200€ di cauzione che vengono restituiti se è tutto ok dopo il check out abbastanza velocemente, ma anche 80€ di city tax oltre quindi la tassa di soggiorno e il prezzo dell’appartamento che si pagano subito alla prenotazione. insomma… ponderate bene costi e quantità di giorni. oltre questo, all’interno dell’appartamento era tutto ok seppur nella doccia bisogna stare attenti a non far uscire l’acqua (nonostante si chiuda la porta, noi abbiamo dovuto usare diversi asciugamani a terra) e attenzione anche al coperchio del wc lento. in camera da letto invece la mia lampadina non funzionava e i letti sono 2 singoli uniti che ovviamente tenderanno ad allontanarsi. purtroppo è vero che non è insonorizzato ma tutto è abbastanza superabile e sopportabile comunque.

• Eric (3/5): - L'emplacement dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme. 1 - L'absence totale d'insonorisation. On a eu l'impression de vivre avec tous les voisins. Certains d'entre eux étaient particulièrement bruyants. A priori, les restaurateurs du rez-de-chaussée qui claquaient les portes à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. 2 - l'annonce indiquait "vue sur la ville ". Les deux seules fenêtres du studio donnaient sur de minuscules cours intérieures avec les moteurs de climatisation accrochées au mur d'en face. Aucune vue ! 3 - l'annonce indiquait "produits ménagers ". Il n'y avait pas de produit à vaisselle ni de torchons pour l'essuyer. Nous l'avons signalé...sans obtenir satisfaction.

No sunlight as the window is facing a wall, a bit small, tv is only in spanish, very thin walls, so you can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms.

Another very positive aspect was the cleanliness, which was impeccable throughout my stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience. It was very noisy. You were basically forced to wake up at 10 a.m. because the cleaning staff would start making a lot of noise. Also, the two beds were not very comfortable. I think the price is a bit excessive for what is offered: although the room has a small terrace, it doesn’t get much natural light and feels quite dark.

• Artem (9/5): - Локалізація апартаменту. Чистота. Присутність всього необхідного і навіть більше в апартаменті! В нашому апартаменті було дуже мало сонячного світла, так як було одне вікно яке виходило на стіну. Це наша особиста примха яка не впливає на якість проживання в даному номері!

• Marta (9/5): SUPERÓ EXPECTATIVAS - Muy agradecidos por poder entrar en el apartamento un poco antes de la hora oficial para dejar las cosas y poder ir a la reunión de trabajo. Fueron todo facilidades por parte del Anfitrión. Exquisita limpieza Tan sólo señalar que el baño dentro de la habitación nos resultó algo incómodo por el tema de la intimidad.

• Kevin (9/5): - Location and friendly staff. Overall size and lack of proper cooking supplies. Also, twin mattresses were unacceptable.
• Mathieu (6/5): - La cote pratique de l’ouverture à code, l’emplacement, et le soin porté à la décoration et l’aménagement de l’appartement. Le manque total d’isolation phonique, nous entendions nos voisins d’à côté et du dessus sans cesse, ainsi que le bruit constant des portes qui claques d’autant plus que la chambre se situe juste à côté.

• Bernardo Jafeth (9/5): Buena ubicación y muy cómodo. - Muy buena ubicación cerca de varias facultades de la UB, estuve en Barcelona por estudios y se me hacía muy fácil y rápido llegar a mi facultad, el edificio está en una buena ubicación cerca de muy buenas tiendas y lugares para comer.

Polecam! - Bezproblemowe zakwaterownie, czystosc, wyposazenie, kanapa w salonie - Najbardziej uciążliwe były trzeszczące drzwi wejsciowe, strasznie glosno sie zamykaly, w nocy ten dzwiek potrafil obudzic. Ściany byly cienkie a w drzwiach do pokoju brakowalo uszczelki przez co wpadalo swiatlo z korytarza oraz mialo sie wrazenie ze ktos nam chodzi po pokoju przez cienkie sciany i brak wygłuszenia. - Brak żelazka - Zabrudzone sciany ( do pomalowania) - rozjeżdzajace sie materace przy zlaczonych łózkach ( ciezko sie wyspac we dwojke bo wpada sie w szczeline ktorej nie da sie wypelnic bo jest za szeroka) finalnie spalismy na rozkladanej kanapie w salonie ktora byla bardzo wygodna)
