- Daniel (9/5): - Close to what we wanted to be around. Beds were very uncomfortable to us. But overall would stay here again.
- Chassidy (10/5): Perfect - Cozy and quiet N/a
- Lacie (10/5): -
- Lucius (9/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): - This place is so quaint! Love the style, location, atmosphere.
- Pearcy (10/5): - The staff was exceptionally helpful.
- Kathie (8/5): Enjoyed the Inn but not the breakfast! - It’s so convenient to town area and clean little Inn! Door in the bathroom wouldn’t close well. Also the breakfast was COLD, not even warm so we couldn’t even enjoy having breakfast at the Inn! 🙁
- nesmith (7/5): Usually super clean and great location - Great location, friendly Potty was not clean
- Nick (10/5): -
- Amy (7/5): - Great location Air conditioner unit in room was very loud and did not keep room cool.
- Françoise (9/5): -
- Rhonda (10/5): Perfect Location and Size - I love this little inn right off Front Street. It is so clean and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t think of anything.
- Victoria (10/5): -
- Sylvie (5/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - Le style de l’établissement La literie vraiment inconfortable
Petit déjeuner plus que succinct
- Noah (10/5): I will return when I travel though again! - Location is old town natchitoches. Close to restraunts and walking distance to the river. Couldn’t find any.
- Benjamin (8/5): - Wish the happy hour, was abit longer than 1hr. Other than that, it was a pleasure.
- Simon (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Just lovely - will definitely return for a longer stay! - A true gem of a 20-room boutique hotel, right in the heart of historic downtown Natchitoches. Walking distance to everything--shops, restaurants, etc. The room was well-appointed with REAL furniture which matched the historic vibe of the oldest city in Louisiana. Bed was extra comfy, and our view was the gorgeous Basilica behind the building. We were headed home from a wedding and stopped there to break up our long drive--my sister-in-law and her husband had stopped there 4 nights prior when on their way TO the same wedding, and highly recommended it. We vow to return for a longer romantic weekend getaway soon! Staff were quite friendly and helpful, and they treated each other like family--in the good way! Breakfast was traditional and included all the basics--nothing fancy, but served in a sweet little dining room. It's a $10 charge to park in their secure lot, but there was plenty available street parking, and the area around the hotel is the safest I've felt in YEARS. If you want an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience without feeling put on the spot or giving up your privacy, this is the PERFECT place to stay. Something slightly more special for breakfast - everything tasted good and was beautifully displayed, but in lieu of prepackaged muffins, maybe something freshly baked, i.e., cinnamon rolls or pancakes, or maybe a good old hashbrown casserole? Or maybe tortillas/cheese/salsa for the scrambled eggs? Maybe even a signature (or fruit?) version of the meat pies the city is famous for? Just a little something more memorable would have turned a 9.5 stay into a 10+ stay.
- Anthony (10/5): Amazing staff and location!! - The staff was very friendly and make you feel like family. Located right off Historic Front Street which makes it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Overall my wife and I had an amazing experience at the Church Street Inn. There really wasn’t anything we disliked about the Church Street Inn.
- Nancy (10/5): -
- Samuel (10/5): -
- Bernard (10/5): Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast - Hotel is in the middle of the historic district. Staff are friendly, and rooms are tastefully decorated. There are hot breakfast options (eggs, sausages, biscuit and gravy) available. Parking in the hotel compound isn't free (but you can park on the street, which is free)
- Meneely (9/5): - Friendly staff, clean, very nice breakfast
- Diane (9/5): Great stay - Love the TV subscriptions. With Apply TV I caught up on “Shrinking”. It was nice they had happy hour free wine too. Cute town!!! Breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:30.
- Liz (7/5): Considering the town options, it was a nice change of locations we've stayed at in Natchitoches. - For the most part, the hotel was fine...front desk attendant was very friendly and nice. Room was spacious & BR ok. Location was good except for ridiculous traffic at the intersection taking us over 30 minutes to get back to hotel after making a block. Breakfast was good....awesome biscuits & gravy. Could've used some cut fresh fruit though. Pulling up we were unsure how to park/unload as we didn't get a code in advance. Checking in was fine, but once in room, had to crank AC to cool it down which took a while, and only after my tall husband adjusted the flaps. There were NO hangers in the closet, had to go down to get some, there was a large wall mirror just sitting on a a round table I simply placed on the floor, but there were NO chairs for said table, seemed odd like they were missing. Bed was comfortable, but sheets were too small and didn't stay on, the duvet cover had numerous holes on top you could see. The night stand on right side had plug issues...it was a complete fire hazard as it was removed from the wall hanging there, but had several items plugged into it I removed that we didn't need. That's when I noticed how dirty/dusty it was all around the lamps, headboard/footboard and side rails. Dealing with allergies, that many dust bunnies is unacceptable. Especially since had to wet a wash cloth to clean it myself and from amount of dust picked up, areas hadn't been touched in a while. Later that night after returning from dinner, had TV issues where it wouldn't work. Tried phone to call down, but it said voice mail was full, so had to use my phone to call down. The receptionist was great and came up to fix it, but that's when I realized there would be no one on property after 10:00 pm so if there is an emergency, you're on your own. In addition, paying extra $10 for gated parking seemed redundant when the property had an open entry to the parking lot and was not completely gated. For $250/night too many issues.

- Goleman (10/5): Perfect location ! -
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Deek (10/5): -
- Langford (7/5): This is a good value for the location and the convenience of a quick breakfast on site. - I love the location. It was walking distance to great restaurants, the river, and other downtown attractions. I don’t think the room and breakfast were as good as what was described. The breakfast was cold and offered the exact same foods both days. No variety. And the room was small with the two queens, a desk, and a chair.
- Phillip (10/5): - Everything!! All the staff were so helpful and friendly, from the two ladies working the front desk, the house keeper and the lady overlooking the breakfast area. Would highly recommend.
- Tim (10/5): Honestly, loved everything about it. - Location. Comfortable. Pretty. Walls kind of thin, so you could hear voices in next room. Can’t fix that issue, but had sound machine, so this was not a problem.
- Tammy (10/5): Church Street Inn is always wonderful! This charming boutique hotel perfectly captures the spirit of historic Natchitoch -
- Tammy (10/5): -
- Stephanie (9/5): Nice place-great decor - Great location, nice glass of wine for happy hour, Mia at desk for check in Need bathroom fan
- Jerry (10/5): -
- Sheila (10/5): Very nice breakfast. Loved the courtyard - Very friendly staff, great location. Floor in room was not clean.
- nesmith (9/5): -
- SteveCathey Lawson (9/5): We would stay there again. - Excellent breakfast and setting very nice and pleasant. Great location for seeing the town...easy walks. Comfy room - more B/B type instead of typical hotel.
- Mary (10/5): Really lovely! Will stay there again. - So charming! A little noisy by room 204 where we stayed. Sounded like an ice machine running loud off and on , and had a vibration you could feel when it was running.
- Harold (10/5): Excellent choice for Natchitoches - Great location and fantastic staff. It was all good
- Melinda (10/5): Wonderful stay - The young lady at the front desk, Mya, was amazing! She was so informative about things to do and places to eat.
The hotel itself was very comfortable. They had wine available for happy hour in the lobby. Clean and welcoming.
The room was perfect. Exactly what I needed to wind down after work. The bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The bed may have been too comfortable. I did not want to get out of it and go back to work.
- Roy (10/5): Love Louisiana - The location was wonderful. It was within great restaurants, shops and loads of fun. That we couldn't stay longer. Truly awesome place.
- Kimberly (10/5): -
- steve (10/5): Super place/location -
- Lisa (10/5): - Clean, quaint, and very accessible
- Sandy (7/5): - Comfortable beds. Good breakfast on white tablecloth table tables. Could hear conversations from the front desk and the adjoining guest room.
- Emmanuel (8/5): - emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville
- Tammy (10/5): -
- Rita (9/5): -
- Serena (8/5): Wonderful property, friendly staff, I would stay there again. - I love the location and the restaurants all around. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Bathrooms are awesome N/a
- Christy (10/5): French Quarter Opulence - This hotel has all of the charm and opulence of a French Quarter hotel without the French Quarter problems. The room was large, furniture was elegant, bathroom was spacious and lovely. I dimmed the lights and soaked in the big tub, just lovely. We were very close to several Cane River historical sites. I added pictures of those to the review. Worth a visit. The payment transaction through the site seemed to not be clear to the check-in clerk. She handled it however.
- Catherine (8/5): - Ubicación y la habitación Falta de personal, solo hay una recepcionista haciendo todo
- Marcel (8/5): Very nice, it includes a happy hour with free glasses of wine and a lovely receptionist. - Very, very, I repeat, very friendly personell. Room wasn’t completely clean (Floor wasn’t vacuumed).
- Melissa (10/5): - Everything! Room was beautiful, very elegant and spacious. Next time I stay, one of them robes is leaving with me lol Couldn't find anything I didn't like
- DANIEL (6/5): - The style of the hotel and staff. WiFi was really bad. The TV didn't work due to a very poor signal. Breakfast is ok at best.
- mable (1/5): -
- Katie (9/5): -
- Phillip (7/5): Nice hotel for our needs for a one-night stay. - Best location in the city for enjoying the downtown. Room was nice, but very basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. For a "high end hotel" in the city, room was nice, but not luxurious. for the "highest" price hotel in the city, was expecting more. Remember that this hotel was a bank at one time. Breakfast buffet was plain.
- Janet (4/5): - Breakfast was good, Location was excellent Room not ready for 1 hr after checkin, Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Walls so thin you can hear everybody's conversations.
- Troy (9/5): We liked it so much we rebooked for next year. - Very safe place for my car and walking distance to our event. House keeping was new , We did not get our room cleaned one day.
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Juliann (9/5): -
- Julie (5/5): - location Electrical outlets that could not hold a plug.
TV remotes confusing.
Breakfast had no cream for coffee, no milk for cereal, no meat & table cloths were filthy.
Two employees too busy talking to each other, at the check desk to notice.
- Sherry (10/5): Awesome staff, beautiful property in a perfect location. - From the moment we pulled in to park we were met by a staff member with the biggest smile. The entire experience from arrival to departure was awesome. The room was beautiful and quite. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Nothing, it was perfect.
- Kristi (10/5): -
- Jana (10/5): -
- Janice (10/5): First place we have ever stayed that offered so many amenities - Very nice with touches of old south
- LeeAnne (10/5): We had a late arrival and you all were so patient waiting on us. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our st - Location, views, the breakfast and the staff N/A
- Charles (10/5): An enjoyable stay with an excellent staff. - The location made everywhere we wanted to go walkable. The breakfast had good selections and our room was comfortable.
- martha (7/5): All in all, would stay here again! - Perfect location
Clerks were helpful and friendly
Secure gated parking
Pretty foyer and extra spaces
Good breakfast and coffee Couldn’t get TV to come on
Had to ask for towels
Toilet seat broken
Not great toiletries
- Carolyn (10/5): We will be back!!!!!! - This inn is so quaint! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Every staff member was friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. This definitely does not apply!
- Jerry (10/5): Will return with family next time. - Clean, very informative desk clerk, breakfast and room it is served in, immaculate. Will return. Cannot be negative about this facility.
- Randall (9/5): We had a wonderful day in Natchitoches, our stay at Church Street Inn was a great beginning! - Breakfast was delicious. But there were guests that came in during the last hour that did not get served because they were out of food. But there were guests that came in during the last hour that did not get served because they were out of food.
- Tom (10/5): It’s become an annual thing for my wife’s birthday celebration - Location, breakfast, complimentary happy hour, furnishings and art
- Yaron Haim (9/5): Great hotel. Recomended. - Clean, all is in good condition. Friendly staff. Great location. The best value for money i have seen in a long time. Had to pay for indoor parking even when there was plenty of parking space available, and especially when parking in the street is free.
- James (10/5): Great stay in a perfect location. - The decor was great and the location was perfect. The coffee machine was not working at the breakfast for two of the three days that we were there.
- Leslie (10/5): - Great location! Bed leaned.
- Kent (9/5): - Close to all restaurants etc
- Neil (6/5): - The eggs and yogurt at the breakfast buffet were gone by about 8:45 am, with no evident effort to replace them. Brown water started coming out of the taps the morning I left. While chatting with housekeeping learned that the town was under a boil alert. Hotel manager never notified us of the issue.
- Charles (9/5): - Our stay was excellent, the property was beautiful and the staff were exceptional! Very good location, walking distance to everything and private off street parking. Highly recommend, we will stay again.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Absolutly perfect with every detail well thought out and executed. We loved our stay! - The owner has thought of everything. The parking is secure. The entries to the facility are secure. There are coffee & tea around the clock and the most lovely happy hour. The holiday decorations were exquisite. I just can't say enough about how well done and thoughtful this stay has been. The staff was knowledgable and always friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great and the quaint room to enjoy it was perfect. The lobby and balcony were perfect scenes to sit and visit with each other and meet other travelers. Then the proximity to the river shops and restaurants was superb. Excellent place to stay and we hope to make it back soon! The only criticism I have is that the walls are very thin. We were in a hall with loud guests on either side and at times it was irritating. But the revelry didn't last too late in the night so no need for complaints. Just be aware that you can hear your neighbors and then of course they can hear you.
- Bekeris (10/5): Excellent location and friendly staff!! - It was quaint and less than a block from the center of the activities. They served champagne, wine and liquor during their happy hour at no extra charge. I couldn't tell you one dislike. It was like a dream come true.
- Geri (10/5): Whether you go for the beautiful Christmas lights and displays or just any ordinary week, it’s Southern hospitality at i - It is a beautiful inn with the most friendliest staff! The location is perfect, right in the heart of historic Natchitoches!
- Amanda (10/5): - Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious.
- Judy (9/5): - location
- David (8/5): -
- Ed (10/5): Made our Christmas one to remember. - Location to downtown. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Owner gave employees Christmas Day off & left a wonderful breakfast for us in the refrigerator Christmas Eve. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
- Dianne (10/5): We had a great time! - Perfect location, clean, quaint, beautifully decorated N/A
- Jeff (8/5): great place, great location. - well appointed, great location. no basic meds available for sale - tylenol.
- Breanna (10/5): Very comfy. Cute little downtown with a lot to do. Friendly staff at the Inn, very clean. Wil l definitely stay here aga - Cleanliness and safe
- Maria (10/5): All the receptionist were extremely helpful and very pleasant. They were always smiling.!!! - It was the perfect location! Walking distance to everything
- Patricia (10/5): We will definitely be back! - Wonderful location, beautifully decorated for Christmas!
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Tari (8/5): Beautiful and great location but for the price, not up to expectations. - The decorations are gorgeous. Multiple custom decorated trees. Location is great. Everything is around the corner. No amenities in our room. We had to go to the front desk to get. Breakfast was almost an hour late so we were leaving when the finally put it out.
- Daphney (10/5): -
- Regina (8/5): - Employees were great. Liked location. It was very noisey.
- Ann (9/5): Good - Location, good breakfast, and wine, nice staff, very clean and it was beautifully decorated. Soaps and shampoo were difficult to use and smelled horrible
