Excellent! - Lovely warm,comfy studio with all you need for a stay.Secluded location, quiet, Prompt replies to emails, the bonus of included WiFi and shall definitely return. As I often sit outside in the evening, weather permitting, I shall purchase a lantern when I return as the designated outdoors area for my studio is nicely tucked around the corner in pitch black. That however, is my only little grumble regarding these lovely studios .

- Nicholas (1/5): This was a truly awful experience and we feel completely "ripped off" - The location was the ONLY thing we liked. 1. There was a strong unpleasant damp smell emanating from the bathroom throughout our stay. 2. The accommodation is poky (cramped and undersized), which had a knock-on effect in terms of our overall guest comfort and functionality during our stay. 3. Studio One is in our view, more akin to a student bedsit and is unsuitable for more than one guest. 4. By way of example, the bathroom cabinet was badly positioned directly above the somewhat miniature bathroom sink basin, which made it almost impossible to clean teeth without stooping right down almost to the point of being bent double to avoid hitting ones head on the bathroom cabinet. 5. The sloping dormer-styled ceilings throughout this Studio One accommodation are a further head injury health & safety hazard. Anyone over 1.62 cm in height is at constant risk of hitting their head on a wall or kitchen cabinet. 6. This Studio One apartment was way overpriced at £159.50GBP per night. £120GBP per night would have been a fair price for us to pay. To compound our upset we discovered that the larger and more comfortable Studio Two immediately below our accommodation, was charged out at a 75GBP per night corporate rate to a SINGLE company worker! So why were my wife and I placed in a smaller cramped Studio Apartment and charged more than double the price?! 7. Additionally, there were a number of basic equipment and furnishings shortcomings, all of which should be relayed to the vendor. All in all, a very unpleasant experience and we would certainly NOT recommend this Studio One apartment to any other leisure or business travelers. Studio Enhancements - Considerations For Vendor: 1. Move and downsize the bathroom cabinet to the wall to the left of the bathroom sink. 2. Fit a towel rail (does not need to be heated) directly outside the shower door on the right. 3. Provide an anti-slip shower floor mat. 4.

Looks out to car park and rubbish bins. The bed was very uncomfortable, 3 nights didn’t get sleep. Spa pool pump annoying at night too. Ran out of toilet paper, there was no dish washing liquid to clean dishes. Only one window to let fresh air in and that’s in the bedroom. Very small bathroom. Not suitable if you don’t have a car. My bag broke wheeling it through rocks on driveway. Lady turned up just after 9am on the last day, to clean I guess. When I had paid until 10. It’s a shame because I so needed a peaceful stay and it defiantly wasn’t.

- Lorna (8/5): Great little find, but the hot tub needs more attention. - Beautiful lodge with everything you need for a short stay. The cleanliness of the Hot Tub was lacking. There was grime around the headrests and the water was very murky.
- Evie (5/5): Nice area, nice sunsets but need canopy for the hot tub. - Free WiFi and almost a view of the sunset. No TV in the bedroom, the hot tub was dirty within 10 minutes of the cover being off. I have quite an off putting photo of this and the owner took hours to come back to me on cleaning it. Then said it was the pollen... yeah rubbish. It was still cloudy and filthy, it was gross. The bed was far to soft to be comfy. The place also isn't suitable if you're a big woman like me, all the chairs have arms and are built for slim people. The gates aren't locked, anyone could've come in.

I respected the request to leave my shoes in a tray outside the property- the next morning my shoes were freezing, so I’m not sure about that one. The TV signal was a bit sketchy.

- Matt (7/5): Good - as I expected - Location, how clean and comfortable it was I struggled to find the place and when I called the number, nobody picked up the phone. After a long day of work this wasn’t welcome - especially as in the end I had to ask a neighbour.
- Jasmine (8/5): A short stay in a fabulous location by the River Hamble - The location was excellent as there is a footpath opposite the main gate, leading right the river path. The studio apartment was attractive inside- had everything we needed for a short stay. It was a quiet location with an easy walk to the local shops, pubs / restaurants. The instructions on finding the apartment were clear. Parking right outside was safe with plenty of room for a car. We couldn't get the TV to function onto the main channels (BBC 1 ITV1) . The hob worked ok after a while but kept switching on and off so we don't know if the pans were compatible to an induction hob. The plate in the microwave still had a bit of food on! We weren't sure about how to lock the key away upon departure. The sink in the bathroom was quite small, especially for shaving. These are minor details as we enjoyed our stay.
- Ivana (10/5): Amazing calming place - The location is perfect if you just want to isolate yourself from the world and be somewhere quiet, but still very close(walking distance) to supermarket and takeaway shops and few pubs and coffee shops.The studio I stayed in has everything in the Kitchen to be able to cook and have a meal, it has even wine glasses which I was very happy about. Bed and pillows are sooo comfy! Everything I needed for a weekend away on my own. Please follow the instructions that the owner sends you as Google Maps will lead you to the main house, if you booked a studio or the lodge, you must follow the instructions from the host. My only suggestion to the owners is maybe to put a bit of lighting on the driveway to the studio which will help if you are going without a car, if you go with a car this shouldn't be an issue. I struggled a bit with the dark and quietness walking alone to get to the studio through the dark driveway.

On the first night i was woken by the washing machine early hours of the morning even though the dial was pointing towards the off position. Had to pull the washer out and unplug to get it to stop. On the second morning of my stay i was woken again a couple of hours before check out to the sound of banging and a hoover in the room next door. It looked like they were re organising or decorating the room. No consideration for other people staying, especially considering i had a long 8 hour drive awaiting me the same day. Wouldnt stay again next time i am in the area because of this.

TV signal is very poor making it virtually impossible to watch. The power of the shower wasn’t great. However, neither thing would stop me returning.

Only little thing to mention was the pull down blinds on the doors were damaged which was a Shane and didn't look great especially when you could see one had been safety pinned together

It look like is clean enough place but if you look closer then you will change your mind. When you in bed on the ground floor you can hear people's talking next door or walking upstairs.
