• Tamiris (7/5): Boa, com ótimo custo-benefício, com restaurantes e mercado próximos :) - Atenção dos funcionários, sempre prestativos (e com um chá de coca a disposição). Café da manhã delicioso, com geleia feita pela senhora Imperatriz O fato de não ter uma chave para melhor mobilidade, e o chuveiro quente que fazia bastante barulho no quarto todo e era instável, difícil de regular. Só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, o que não atrapalhou nossa experiência, mas pode ser problema pra alguns

• RUBENLEON (10/5): Estupendo! - Emperatriz, su hermano Marco y su hijo Francisco nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad y nos trataron muy bien. Estamos muy agradecidos de haber estado alojados en su hotel y sin duda repetiríamos. El desayuno completo y riquísimo: pan, mantequilla, mermelada casera, queso, huevos revueltos, café y jugo. Además hay un pequeño supermercado al lado y una heladería exquisita un poco más arriba. Nada, la estancia fue estupenda y la atención inmejorable.

• Zoë (5/5): Passable - Nice rooftop and place to eat outside, cosy room, good cleaning service, delicious homemade jam for breakfast. Bad communication (only in Spanish and no effort to try to communicate in another language), no communication before about cash only policy, no hot shower (except when you ask for it and even then it is very short and difficult to regulate temperature), basic breakfast and sometimes too late (we really had to hurry to catch our bus for a hike). The thing that really stressed us out the most is that we asked to store our luggage for a few days while hiking the Santa Cruz Trek and that our luggage was not at the place we agreed. This was really inconvenient because we had to make different calls to get our stuff back. The lady did not even appoligize about this situation.
• Philipp (10/5): Comfortable room in Huaraz - Nice location near the city center, trekking agencys and restaurants. Very clean. Super helpful and friendly owners.
• Emma (10/5): Best hotel in Huaraz - This a beautiful family run hotel run by an amazing family. They put up with our not so fluent Spanish and helped cater to our specific needs whilst we were there. The breakfast was so good and the strawberry jam was to die for. Can’t recommend this hotel enough it’s amazing. Absolutely nothing it was perfect.
• Thorsten (7/5): nice hostal with nice hostal family without warm water in the shower - The hostal owner have been very nice and helpful. You could speak with the hostal family about private things. You could books tours in the hostal directly. The room was OK. The location of the hostal was around 1 km from the central place. We arrived at 7 a.m. in the morning and could immediately go into our room. There was a problem with the warm water in the room. After long tours we wanted to take a warm shower and that was unfortunately not possible. The hostal owner tried to solve the issue but couldn't solve it. It was not possible to pay with credit card. The price was too high for the simple breakfast and a room without hot water in the shower.
• Victor (7/5): Not a bad place to stay in Huaraz. Surely better than others. - Breakfast was basic scrambled eggs and bread. Not too bad. Coffee and cream very good and strong. The service is excellent. The lady offers her house, this sounds more like Airbnb.

• Karolina (10/5): Amazing stay in Huaraz with very friendly owners! - Really liked how clean it was, and how friendly the owners were. They helped us schedule trips, also late in the evening for the next day. There was also warm water. The breakfest was good, but it could be more diverse
