Diana (8/5): Nice clean hotel - Very clean and spacious. There was a pool and fitness centre and walking trails The location was a bit far. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast wasnt that good

We drove, it was close to some good food. I love how the garden lights up at night. We forgot to remove the do not disturb sign, it was nice of the hotel to leave us extra clean towels at the door. I have to be honest, the view looks better on the photos. We paid more for cliff view room, but the room we were given was a tad disappointing.

Maritta (10/5): Peaceful and lovely stay with daily swimming - Hidden Cliff hotel and nature is luxury and peaceful. The room was super lovely, including bathtub and bathrobes and with a nice garden view. And the heated! infinity pool is great both in mornings and with the evening partylights. The only downside is that thr hotel is far from the eastcoast. I mistakenly thought is was a shorter drive which made me miss an evening swim :(. But really, it's lovely to just be at the hotel.

Alice (7/5): Comfortable stay in beautiful Jeju island - The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were good sizes. The bathroom was well kitted out and nicely decorated. The location is stunning and easy to find with gps. Free parking included as well. The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so we had to request a fan from reception. This wasn’t ideal and not what we’d expect from a high end hotel. We also were a bit disappointed with the in-house dining options. There are restaurants and cafes in site, but the opening hours were unclear and they weren’t open during our stay.

Daniel (10/5): Increíble hotel con vistas maravillosas hacia la naturaleza - La ubicación es hermosa, inserto realmente en la naturaleza de Jeju. Increíbles vistas desde la habitación, la piscina y los restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con gran espacio. Cuenta con un buen gimnasio, sauna incluso una habitación de juegos para niños. El personal fue realmente amable durante toda la estadía. Sin duda una experiencia maravillosa. Todo excelente, no hay nada que reprochar. Solo una recomendación para los que visitan la Isla, es que si o si deben arrendar auto si quieren disfrutar por completo de su estadía.

Patrick (6/5): I’m glad I got a good value deal. I would have been upset to pay full price. - Nice location, and beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to sleep with the window open and enjoy the night air. And the staff were lovely. It was obviously rated a 5 star a long time ago. There was no concierge service, the rain shower head has not been descaled in a while and therefore didn’t really work as the water was jetting off in all directions. The mention the restaurant was pretty limited.
Oksana Naiki (4/5): Robbed. - We got robbed at the hotel, they took goods we’ve been carrying for days from our backpacks and the staff kept saying no one entered the room, except the cleaning staff. They didn’t resolve anything just left us without any explanation. We also saw another guest complaining about the same thing and other stuff. They also false advertise the Infiniti pool as climatized but they never say until you are there that it’s 30 degrees, so it’s actually cold. All the time we spent there we saw people get in and out between 10-15 mins and run to the hot showers and sauna to get warm.

Manuel (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Seogwipo und Umgebung - Bester Schlaf seit langer Zeit. Ultra bequeme Betten und ruhige Atmosphäre. Grosses Zimmer mit Badewanne. Den Infinity Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, sah aber super aus. Kleines aber feines Gym. Es gibt einen 7-Eleven direkt im Hotel mit rudimentärem Sortiment. Da kommt nichts in den Sinn.

ILGEUN (8/5): - 객실관리가 좋았고 청소해주시는 직원들도 매번 미소로 대해줬음. 야외 온수풀도 물이 깨끗한 편이었음. 카페가 문앞이라 싸늘해서 이용하기 어려웠음. 야외풀이 보이는 식당과 낮과 저녁으로 번갈아가면서 운영하면 어떨까싶네요~

Mihee (4/5): 아무리 5성급이어도 노후화된 호텔을 관리 안하면 이렇게 된다의 표본 - 넓은 방, 조용함, 침구 편안함 한 때는 잘나갔지만 전형적인 관리 소홀로 3성급 수준 호텔임. 화장실 샤워기, 세면기 수도 너무 더럽고 물떼 장난아님.. 5성급인 이유는 아마도 어매니티 록시땅인가? (그것도 비위생적으로 달려있었지만..) 다신 안갈 것 같음. 돈 아깝다

JU YOUNG (9/5): - 인피니티 풀장 - 온수풀로 온도가 따뜻함. 겨울에도 문제없이 수영가능. TV 채널중 MBC와 JTBC만 소리가 작게 세팅되어 있어서 이상하게 생각했는데, 다음날 숙소에 돌아와서 TV를 켜니 TV조선으로 바로 세팅되어 있었음. 정치적인 의도가 있는 것이 아닌지 의심스러움.

Javeth (4/5): Verblijf in hotel Hidden Cliff. - De locatie is mooi en de garage is ideaal. De lobby is mooi en de 7-eleven in het hotel is super handig. De kamer was wat aan de ouderwetse kant. Het bed gaf vreselijk veel rugpijn. We hadden de pech dat toen we avond eten in het restaurant er een event was en dat het gehele restaurant was gereserveerd hiervoor. Tot onze verbazing was het hele restaurant op dat moment leeg om maar ze konden ons niet serveren. De enige optie was roomservice maar de gerechten die we wouden konden niet als roomservice besteld worden maar alleen in het restaurant heel apart. Dag daarna opnieuw geprobeerd toen er geen event was. Helaas waren toen de gerechten die wij wilde bestellen niet beschikbaar wat niet bekent wordt gemaakt voordat je gaat zitten. De keuze veder op het menu was matig. Het personeel probeerde ons te helpen maar door de taalbarrière en dat het personeel geen of slecht engels spreekt kwamen we er niet uit. Je krijgt verschillende personeelsleden te preken vanwege hun matige engels.

minjoo (3/5): 생각보다 기대이하.. - 무료로 수영장 이용이 가능해서 좋았습니다 수영장도 깨끗하게 관리되고있었습니다 침실 벽에 먼지가 그대로 붙어있고 옆방에 대화소리 및 화장실 물사용소리가 그대로 들립니다 ;; 화장실 세면대도 물이 잘 안내려가구요 5성급이 맞는지… 생각보다 기대이하였어요

Aleksei (9/5): - Просторные, хоть и не новые номера. Достаточно удобные планировки, хороший душ. Понравился массаж. Есть круглосуточный магазин с быстрой едой и алкоголем внутри гостиницы. Отличные завтраки. Особый респект шефу на завтраке за еду и общение с гостями. Бассейн только один, мелкий - по пояс. Сауна смешная. Очень рано вечером закрывается ресторан. Нет русских каналов на ТВ. Room Service плохо понимает и говорит по английский.

Elisabet (8/5): Vistes molt boniques - És un hotel precios, la piscina i les vistes son espectaculars. El llit molt comode i les habitacions amb totes les comoditats. A partir de les 19h havies de pagar 10.000 wons extres per entrar a la piscina. Els endolls de l’habitació no enganxen bé i, en el meu cas, em vaig despertar amb el movil descarregat. Entrada a partir de les 15h i sortida a les 11h. Si agafes només una nit tens temps limitat per gaudir de la piscina, tot i que et deixen allargar només fins les 14h el dia del check-out. Per un hotel tan complet el gimnàs es queda una mica curt.

JONG HYUN (6/5): 야외수영장 수질 개선 요망 - 야외수영장 수질 개선 바랍니다, 한시간정도 이용 후 다음날 귀속에 염증이 생겨 아파서 이비인후과 갔어요. 실제 수경 착용하고 수영하던 중 많은 부유물들이 물속에서 관측되었어요

Jeong Ha (8/5): - 휴가 보내기 딱 좋은 휴양지 느낌. 직원들이 친절함 주차장 공간이 부족하고…너무 어두워요. 옥외주차장 입구 출구가 좁고 급커브여서 밤에 빈자리 찾아 주차하려면 당혹스러움.
CRISTINA (9/5): Séjour apaisant au milieu du vert - Avons aimé l’emplacement , la propreté, la literie et la douche . Nous n’avons pas trop profité de la belle piscine principalement pour manque de temps ; la profondeur ne dépasse pas le 1m20. A améliorer le service restaurant du soir. Pas très clairs les horaires d ouverture.
