• Onebusyman (7/5): A roomy, basic, hotel room. - All rentals have pros and cons. I loved the two large rooms in my apartment 328. Grreat king sized bed with nice pillows. Fridge and microwave gave me options to eat some meals in my room. The staff were really friendly and always available. Kitchenette was nicely stocked with what I needed. The location in downtown Krabi Town was great and I was there on a weekend and the night market was a great place to find food each night. They stocked the room with enough bottled water for my 5 night stay, much appreciated. On the cons side: The room is pretty basic, nothing fancy. Large rooms with little furniture. A nice couch or small table to eat at would have been helpful. Understand that all rooms are on upper floors and the stairs are steep and treads narrow. Those with mobility limitations would not do well here. Internet was a challenge as the speed was between 2.00 mbps and 4.00 Mbps. Often just turned off and then came back on again. Watching a movie on Netflix was a challenge. Two large bath towels were provided but nothing else. Hand towels in the bathroom and the kitchen would have been welcomed.
• Claudia (5/5): Preis-Leistung gut, aber zu modriger Geruch im Appartement. Nichts für Langschläfer. - Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Ausstattung relativ neu, leider sehr modriger Geruch. Man musste Klimaanlage immer laufen lassen. Aussicht Fenster katastrophal-war aber für uns nicht entscheidend. Zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichbar. Starker Minuspunkt-kein Safe! Im Endeffekt Preis-Leistung okay, wenn man nur für das Schlafen verwendet- bis auf den Geruch-Dusche, WC in Ordnung. Kein Safe und der modrige Geruch. Nicht im Haupthaus gewesen, nicht darüber informiert gewesen.

• Mateus (9/5): Excellent location and quality-price ratio - The quality-price ratio is excellent, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, plus it has bathroom and kitchen. It has a refrigerator, television and sofa, as well as kitchen equipment (microwave, cutlery, dishes and water heater). Excellent location because it's next to the Krabi street market. I recommend it!

Très bien situé, proche de la rivière, proche de krabi town night market ,des songthaews pour Ao nang et du bateaux pour Railay beach ,.Parfait . • Hilde (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf zeker gezien de prijs. - Zeer goede ligging in Krabi stad. Eenvoudig maar prima uitgeruste kamer/studio voorzien van microgolf, koelkast en koffie en water. Kune is heel vriendelijk, regelde vervoer naar de luchthaven en altijd een praatje met de glimlach. Jammer dat er geen voorzien theebuiltjes waren maar dat is echt een detail.

• Sylvain (10/5): - La Hello House est un havre de paix et de confort dans le centre-ville de Krabi, à deux pas de la « week-end walking street » et du « night market » quotidien. Les chambres/appartements sont particulièrement spacieux et comprennent notamment une kitchenette. Possibilité de réserver des excursions sur les îles (Hong, 4 îles, Koh PhiPhi) directement avec Kune, gérante très sympathique et d’excellents conseils.

Friendly staff including when I had some trouble unlocking our door at night. Key card access to get into the building when reception is unattended which was reassuring for security. • Jennie (8/5): It's a whole apartment! - This is a quirky place and a bit dated, but I really liked it! It's huge and has a little kitchenette with an electric kettle, instant coffee, microwave, and a sink. Kune was lovely and guided me to the nearby pier where I could get a boat to Railay Beach for the day. I happened to be there on a weekend, and there was a delightful night market right around the corner. The location is very convenient. The AC was good. n/a

Unfortunately 1. the air conditioner makes squiky loud noise which is main factor to insomnia unless someone sleeps strong and not light like me. 2. I had sleepless night due to the intense smell of washing softener ( lenor?) I can not stand artificial smells like that 😤that very much bothers me , am highly allergic to it and develop asthma if such strong artificial smells occur. It is not healthy:-( Our first impression was very very positive and we were very grateful for the space and all the pleasant vibe we got when entering . • LUCILE (10/5): Tout était parfait ! - - L’espace dans l’appartement, le confort des matelas, la propreté du logement. - L’emplacement, parfait pour se rendre en centre ville, aux night markets, au 7/11… a 15/20 min en grab du temple au 1260 marches, de l’aéroport. - La gentillesse de la gérante La seule chose que j’ai à conseiller ce serait, peut être, de mettre une table et 4 chaises dans l’espace cuisine pour pouvoir manger à l’appartement. Mis à part cela, rien d’autre, tout était parfait.

• Max (10/5): Great spot in town - The staff were brilliant. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and even though fully booked arranged for us to to keep our room at the last minute. The bed was huge and comfortable. Simple mattress but very comfy. All amenities clean and easy to use. Air con was super strong to keep us cool in such a massive space. Would 1000% suggest people to stay here.

• William (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Krabi - I stayed here one year before and I came back because I liked it so much. The owner is kind and very friendly. The rooms are enormous with comfortable seats and bed and a big bathroom. There is a kettle to make a cup of coffee in the morning, and a fridge to keep beer. The a/c is good. There is a small travel agent only 10 metres down the street who sold me the cheapest minivan ticket to Ko Lanta. There are many good restaurants, bars and a good night food market nearby. I will stay here again. Everything was wonderful. Maybe, next time you decorate, paint the room a little bit brighter? I will still come back anyway.
• William (10/5): My favourite place inn Krabi - This visit I stayed in the One Bedroom House. It was two minutes walk from the main house. It was fantastic - bright, clean, comfortable. I could only stay one night and then I had to move into another room at Hello House because I wanted to stay longer. It was above a launderette, which was convenient. Two streets away was the night food market with lots of amazing street food stalls and a stage with entertainment. There were also many good restaurants and bars. One street away is the river front, and in the other direction is the big Buddhist temple. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I think Krabi is my favourite town in Thailand. Nothing. It could not be better. I will absolutely come back!

• Jennifyr (10/5): Central, clean and great value. - Location is amazing. Just as everyone has said. And it’s basic but clean and has everything you need. Owners/staff v nice. That it’s a 2 seater sofa in the front room area when the bedroom has 3 single beds.

Petite cuisine avec l’essentiel, frigo, micro-onde, vaisselle… Proche des marchés de nuit et de l’embarcadère. Kune est adorable, elle nous conseille sur les visites et peut reserver.

Є все що потрібно Єдине що нам не дуже сподобалось це кондиціонер. Він був дуже гучний і було складно спати через його шум. Також багато сторонніх звуків з вулиці.

The central location is excellent and the room was spotlessly clean. High ceilings and a large bathroom with a great Panasonic shower. Apartment had 2 twin beds plus a bunk bed....so lots of space for a solo traveller like me! Couldn't find any fault with anything.

La mujer del hotel era muy atenta y agradable. De 10 la ubicación que está cerca del Night Market, el templo y el paseo del rio El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, y pasamos un poco de calor. Creo que lo tendrían que revisar, porque también hace bastante ruido. Por lo demás bien

• Isil (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed one night before going to Phi Phi, and it was more than enough. It was not a room, a proper one bedroom unit. Has everything you need, including fridge, microwave, kettle. Kune is amazing. She was so helpful and friendly since the beginning. If you need a taxi from/to the airport or some guidance on the ground, she is your person! Thank you, Kune.

• Lotte (10/5): Great place to stay in Krabi town! - We really enjoyed our stay at Hello House! The staff is very nice and willing to help with everything. The bed is big and much more comfortable than other beds in Thailand. And the location, in the city centre of Krabi, is great. If you cannot sleep with noise of a fridge or the streets, then it's wise to bring some ear plugs.

• Kerry (10/5): The perfect place to stay!! - What a super place to stay in Krabi town. The apartment was huge, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect being just a short walk from the night market, the river, the park and all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation if I’m ever in Krabi again. The owner was really warm and friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen area had a kettle, small fridge with 2 bottles of water, a microwave and some crockery and cutlery. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the aircon was a real bonus as it was so hot and muggy.

Two blocks from the weekend night market. Very quiet at night. Room was huge, A/C excellent! Charming, simple place. Very clean. Family run-who were very friendly and welcoming! Let us leave our bags since we arrived early. Nothing, all good.
