- William (6/5): Overpriced and outdated - La piscine était très bien, l'emplacement est correct avec une belle vue, mais on ne peut pas se baigner devant les chambres, il n'y a que des rochers. L'hôtel est vétuste, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée sentait mauvais, l'eau avait une odeur mauvaise également. Le mobilier est dégradé et ancien, le petit déjeuner est sensé être servi jusqu'à 10h00 mais si vous arrivez à 09h57 le personnel va tout débrancher rapidement devant vous pour que vous ne puissiez pas vous servir... La plus mauvaise expérience de tout mon séjour bien que ce soit la chambre la plus chère que j'ai payée !

Pirmas naktis praleidome sea view namuke, kuriame buvo labai stiprus pelėsio kvapas, tamsu ir labai trūko atnaujinimo. Bet dasimokėjus ir pasigerinus namuka į vilą, viskas buvo beveik 10 balų, tik kainavo ženkliai brangiau.

- Gerald (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück ist gut für Menschen, die gerne deftig essen. Kaffee wird nur aus dem Tütchen zubereitet. Die Lage ist gut mit "eigenem Strand"; nicht direkt am Zimmer, aber nur ca. 250 m entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer am Hang mit viel Natur dahinter. Viele Zimmer sind nur über sehr steile, lange Wege zu erreichen. Der Blick beim Frühstück ist traumhaft. An mehreren Tagen waren trinkwütige und lautstarke Thai-Gruppen im Hotel und auch tagsüber am Strand. Die sehr harten Plastikliegen haben keine Auflagen. Der Weg zum Hotel ist sehr "geruchsintensiv".

- Va (1/5): Не надо ехать в этот отель, если не хотите портить отпуск. - Отличная, ухоженная территория.красивый бассейн. Девочки на ресепшн очень старались помочь. Грязные, ужасно грязные номера. Мебель сломана. Душевая отвратительная. В раковине волосы! Сейф не работал, бойлер горячей воды также был сломан. Поменяли три номера. Кое как вытерпели две оплаченные ночи ( так как при регистрации нас предупредили, что оплата не возвращается) и сбежали.

- Suzanne (8/5): - It was located on a nice beach in a quiet area. Beds were more comfortable than most I tried on my trip It was extremely quiet! No atmosphere,pool bar was mostly closed. Most other resorts had music and a fire show at night but nothing at all in this resort.

Le personnel est très gentil, l’ hôtel est très propre, avec une mention toute particulière pour Ja Ae. Nous revenons beaucoup pour elle et nous la remercions pour son bel accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Merci beaucoup!

- Wei Lin (7/5): 地理位置不错，酒店工作人员都很热情。但是细节还可以更好。 - 纸巾很差，厕所的根本没办用。房间水和餐巾纸补给不及时，住七天我们要求补一小包餐厅纸巾居然还拒绝。😓，不是每天都应该补一份吗？ 我都是自己买纸巾用。 一次性马桶垫没有，一次性拖鞋没有，一次性浴巾没有。

- Peter (7/5): Angespannt. - Bis auf die Nächtlichen Ruhestörungen der Partymenschen war alles gut. Leider wird das Hotel auch von Partymenschen gebucht die kommen um 1:00 Uhr Nachts mit ihren Thailändischen Begleiterinnen nach Hause und dann schreien sie auf den Balkon rum und wecken alle Gäste auf, das ist mir jetzt schon 3 x in dieser Anlage passiert. Leider gibt es da keinen Guard der gerufen werden kann Mann muss selber mit den Gästen in der Nacht diskutiert. Wenn das nicht besser wird dann kommen wir nicht mehr in diese Anlage.
- Eric (8/5): Prima - Rustig, relaxed, strand dichtbij, tussentijds verhuisd naar C4 dichterbij het strand, beter dan de 1e kamer, die op zich prima was, direct aan het strand maar niet zwembaar door de rotsen, wel prachtige zonsondergang. Het strand is niks mis mee maar sandy white beach is veel beter (helderder en koeler) Zwembad is top en je kunt daar ook smiddags eten bestellen. Wel volkomen naadje is dat gasten hier een bedje claimen dmv handdoek en vervolgens niet verschijnen, maar ja tis wat t is Als je wat langer blijft wordt ontbijt eentonig, maar op zich prima, fruit, eieren, broodjes en voor de liefhebbers ook thaise warme hap

- nathalie (10/5): J y retournerai sans hésiter en réservant une chambre plus moderne - L’emplacement au bout de la plus belle plage de l’île est idéal . Baignade à marée haute ou basse très agréable. Beau sable fin et arbres . Plage calme longées par quelques resorts . Et la piscine très jolie avec vue sur les étoiles ou la baie : au choix ! Les chambres n’ont pas toutes le même niveau de modernité. La mienne était un peu vieillotte mais tout de même confortable et pour un excellent prix .

Surtout en Thaïlande ou les gens sont réputés pour leur gentillesse. Ma femme est Thaïlandaise et elle aussi a trouvé ce comportement hors normes . J en ai informé le management par mail. Transats de la piscine sont réservés avant 7.00 du matin par des clients alors qu ils ne viennent qu en fin de matinée . Comportement de touristes égoïstes qui ne semble aucunement gêner le personnel qui accepte cette façon de faire . C est plutôt honteux des gens pareils .

Strand Villa top. Ich hatte den schönsten Aufenthalt hier. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Nur das Bett war zu hart. Wie ein Brett 🥹

- Marzia (9/5): OTTIMO resort in una bellissima baia!! - E' stato tutto perfetto! Il resort è in un'ottima posizione, con due passi a piedi si raggiungono ristorantini e market sulla strada. Fuori dal caos e con un a vista stupenda! Piscina: pulita e molto carina anche se noi l'abbiamo sfruttata poco. Colazione: sempre fornita di ogni tipo di cibo dal salato al dolce, anche se di dolce non c'è tantissimo, del resto in tutta l'asia la colazione è salata! Comunque ottima e la sala è in una posizione splendida in cui si vede tutta la baia! Camere: noi avevamo una DELUXE e devo dire che era ampia, con terrazzo vista mare e anche il bagno grandissimo. molto soddisfatti della scelta!! SPIAGGIA: la spiaggia di Klong Prao è lunghissima, ottima per passeggiate, va dai chai chet fino al promontorio di Kai be... quella davanti al resort offre anche molte zone d'ombra, lettini a volontà, doccia e bagni anche vicino. Mare: non è limpidissimo ma pulito e acqua molto calda nel mese di gennaio. il resort arriva fino alla scogliera dove c'è una passerella che arriva proprio in mare. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e dopo aver fatto i primi 4 giorni e visitato altri resort a lonely beach, abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno di altri 4 giorni. ottima scelta che consigliamo a chi vuole tranquillità e relax con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. nulla!

- Janika (10/5): A versatile resort set amid diverse and beautiful scenery on the paradise island of Koh Chang - I had a wonderful 12-night stay at this charming resort. The property is large and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere throughout. There is a stunning, quiet beach with soft, clean sand partly shaded by trees. Behind it rise the island’s dramatic green jungle-covered mountains, while on the other side of the resort you’ll find rocky shoreline, lush vegetation, and a true tropical jungle feel. The surroundings are diverse and absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a hillside room, and from up there I could see the sea through the lush green trees. I was surrounded by jungle views and the natural sounds of the forest. The room was peaceful and I slept very well—although occasionally the geckos and birds added their own soundtrack to the night. For me, that only added to the tropical atmosphere. The resort is spacious yet easy to navigate on foot; nothing is far away. There was always a sense of calm and plenty of space. The swimming pool is lovely and well maintained, but it is the only area that tends to get crowded, and finding a sunbed there can be challenging at times. The staff were friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. I received excellent service from everyone. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was tasty and varied, with different warm dishes offered daily throughout the week. There were also small sweet treats and delicious fresh fruits. Everything was fresh, and cleanliness was clearly taken seriously. The view from the restaurant is spectacular—having breakfast while looking out over the sea was a true pleasure. There were always sunbeds available on the beach, and it was often very quiet there. Thankfully, there were plenty of options both in the shade and in the sun. I appreciated the housekeeping system: cleaning was provided when you left your room key at reception, which was convenient and practical. My hillside room was older and has not been significantly renovated, so if you are looking for a brand-new, trendy, or modern luxury hotel, this may not be the right choice for you. The charm here is more natural and relaxed rather than polished and contemporary. The beautiful jungle views and peaceful setting do come with a practical downside: there are quite a few stairs to reach the hillside rooms. For me this was not a problem, but it is worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns or who prefers easy access. The lush, jungle-like environment also means you truly experience the jungle atmosphere—which may not appeal to everyone. My room had several small geckos. They did not bother me at all; they are harmless and actually help by eating mosquitoes. However, their presence could be uncomfortable for some guests. On one occasion, I was also greeted by a monkey sitting on the railing outside my room. Personally, I prefer to keep my distance from monkeys. None of these things disturbed me or negatively affected my stay, but they may be considered drawbacks by some travelers. I did not experience anything that I would consider truly negative about the resort itself. However, without a major renovation, a few small improvements could make the room even more comfortable. The mosquito net on the bathroom window was quite loose at the corners, which likely allowed geckos to enter. Securing it properly would probably reduce the number of small creatures inside. The stool in the room and the safety box were also somewhat worn and perhaps reaching the end of their lifespan. Replacing them would add a bit more convenience and comfort—but these are minor observations rather than serious complaints. Overall, these points are simply practical notes for future guests rather than real criticisms.

Lovely swimming pool. Nice beach nearby with shady hotel loungers . Sea nice depth and warm. Evening meals enjoyable. Special thanks to waitress called Lin. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy and bed very firm. The loungers by the pool were taken by 7.30 am and little shade as umbrellas were in fixed positions. Guests drinking beer in glass bottles in pool. Many steps everywhere with no hand rails for elderly or disabled people. Breakfast lacked choice and quality.

- olivier (8/5): Super. - Les chambres sur la montagne (les 1er prix) sont un peu petites et la salle de bain est un peu rustique : sol brut et pas de meuble pour poser les produits, juste une petite étagère pas vraiment droite. Pour 10€ de plus par jour nous avons eu les bungalows en face de la plage. Ceux la sont très biens. Une piece en plus (le dressing ) pour nous permettre de ranger les valises et la salle de bain est top. Les petits déjeuners sont biens pour ceux qui veulent du salé. Pour le sucré c'est pas frugal mais n'oublions pas que les chambres sont qu'a 50€ par jour. Il y a un très bon salon de massage près de la piscine qui pratique les mêmes prix que la rue. Pour les personnes âgées : attention aux grands escaliers qui mènent au restaurant et a la réception , il n'y a pas de rampe et la chute est facile. Il y a dans cet hôtel un truc en plus c'est l'atmosphère... On s'y sent bien vraiment . L'hôtel est très bien placé et le sourire du personnel est très agréable. Oui je reviendrais volontiers. Pour les personnes âgées : Attention aux escaliers du restau et de la réception qui n'ont pas de rampe

La zona de masaje está muy bien y las chicas hacen muy buenos masajes 😊 Para acceder a la terraza privada de la habitación hay que salir de la puerta, no hay ventanas directas. Tendrían que especificar que no hay posibilidad de bañarse en la zona delante de las habitaciones, fue un poco decepcionante.

- Heidemarie (10/5): Echte Ruhe genießen - Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wurde geputzt, sobald der Schlüssel abgegeben wurde, also selbst entscheiden, was ich immer gut finde. Durch viel Grün und Blütenbüsche riecht die Anlage immer gut, auch der Bereich vor den Bungalows. Man muss Treppen laufen dorthin, aber zu bewältigen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß, da konnte ich täglich meine Bahnen schwimmen. Geschäfte und Restaurants an der nächsten Straße sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch das Essen und Frühstück im Resort war sehr gut. Die Ruhe dort am Privatstrand hat mir sehr gut getan (also keine lauten Partys). Und das Personal macht sogar den Strand regelmäßig sauber. Betten könnten weicher sein.

- Cees (10/5): We komen terug! - We waren hier 10 heerlijke dagen. Prachtig strand, fijne grote kamer (geen enkel achterstallig onderhoud, zoals enkele reviews suggereren) met balkon en uitzicht op de zee! Goede dagelijkse schoonmaak (even je sleutel afgeven zodat je kamer snel wordt schoongemaakt). Ontbijt is vrijwel uitsluitend Thai maar erg lekker en verzorgd. De service en het personeel zijn super. Vlak bij winkels en restaurants. Personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam! Nadeel: iedereen legt op 07:00 uur handdoeken neer. Moet paal en perk aan worden gesteld. -

Конечно номера уже подустали за это время,но это вообще не так важно,когда ты приезжаешь за релаксом.Персонал очччень хороший😍 Локация очень хорошая и виды просто 😍 Только то,что на крыше каждую ночь пел гекон Токки!но мы вскоре привыкли к нему.
