• Stefan (8/5): Koh Chang ohne "White Sand Princess" ...geht garnicht! ...sagt meine Frau;-) - Aufgrund der zentralen Lage haben wir uns zum 2. Mal für dieses Haus entschieden. Wir lieben es, den Abend auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die hochfrequentierte Haupsstrasse mit all den Geschäften ausklingen zu lassen. Für eine bessere Schlafqualität werden jedoch Ohrstöpsel empfohlen. Die gute Erreichbarkeit von 7-Eleven, Mini Big C, Strand und Restaurants haben unsere Entscheidung bei der Hotelauswahl maßgeblich beeinflusst

• Amy (10/5): Had an amazing stay at our favourite place…until next time. - We loved it here. Perfect location. Great size pool. Plenty of sunbeds and right on the beach. The room was large. Staff were always so friendly and seemed to work every hour of the day! Nothing! We’ve had a great time and don’t want to leave.

Cleanning every day. Changing towels everyday. Provided 4 bottles of water daily. Safe box The Thai young man at the lobby was friendly and helpful. It's more like a room in a building then a hotel as the management moved to the opposite hotel named lagoon sand beach. Open dark lobby. No front desk here. No dinning area. Little sound were coming from the A/C but i was able to sleep without any issue. The room is facing Koh chang main street, so there is little noise due to motorbikes passing/people talking loudly/laughing. Comment to management: Will be great to reduce the Breakfast cost to 200 BHT instead of 300.

Sounds coming from the air condition but for me iam able to fall sleep like normal. • Wilson (10/5): - We enjoyed the location, AC was good(not blowing into the bed, not too cold). Facilities were great, we loved the gym, and the pool in front of the beach. We also had a really quiet room which allowed us to have great sleep at night all this for a fair price. Restaurant was good and at the beach with sunset for a fair thai price! The building needs to be repainted urgently, also there is too much wood decoration in the room, makes it look and smell really old.

• Laetitia (7/5): Séjours famille à Koh Chang - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, les chambres très spacieuses et propres, l'ascenseur et la proximité de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les animations du soir avec barbecue et fire show. Merci à toute l'équipe accueil, bar, restaurant ! Et merci pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon ! J'ai moins apprécié les parties communes. Odeur désagréable ainsi que le manque de parasol et de transat autour de la piscine, mais pas de panique il suffit de louer un transat pour la journée ! Et le déplacer au fur et à mesure de l'ombre !

L'impossibilité d'avoir un transat, à cause des clients qui déposent dans la nuit des serviettes, livres etc... Pour se réserver la place, cela ne devrait pas être toléré par l'hôtel.

• DANIELE (8/5): Nel cuore di Koh Chang - La posizione, nella spiaggia di white sand beach che è quella con i servizi migliori ed è molto.vicina al porto. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è tutto, negozi, massaggi, ristoranti. Camera grande e pulita con un bel pavimento in.legno ed un grazioso balconcino, anche il bagno pulito e con tutto quello che serve. Lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente. Ha una bella piscina ed una palestra gratis convenzionata. La colazione non saprei in quanto non provata, così come il ristorante. L'acqua della doccia non sufficientemente calda. Il servizio lavanderia 70 baht al kg è caro, a pochi.metri ci sono lavanderie che fanno 40.

It is located on white sands beach so you have the shops and stalls for all your needs, not a bad stay for the budget. • Pratka (8/5): Very good - Close to the beach and in the town center. Everything is in walking distance. The check in desk is on the other side of the street, in the hotel named Koh chang lagoon, since both hotel are owned by same entity. It was little confusing to find the check in desk.

Hallway was messy but I don’t sleep in the hall. Room was spotless. I was across the street from beach side and poolside. However, I liked being more remote from the restaurant, business of main areas.

• Neele (6/5): Pleasant - The room was quite spacious and was cleaned everyday. Also you had everything you needed. Its really loud during the night, as it is right next to the main road, even with closed Windows it wasnt helping at all. The walls in the lobby and stairways are really dirty, not what you would expect for this prize. Also there are way to too less sunbeds for the Pool. Everything is reserved with towels the whole day, but no one at the Pool. The staff doesnt do anything about it. That leads me to the worst point: The staff was sooo unfriendly, already when we were checking in. Anyway, we first wanted to extend for two more days, but they told us three different prices each time we asked and when confronting them, they just said they are full, but we knew for sure it wasnt! Also they just picked up the phone in the middle of conversations or ended conversations by ignoring us. I think its really sad, because great Potential here and the rooms are totally fine! But the staff ruins the experience. (Except cleaners, they were great and friendly)

• Lucy (8/5): Super central location. Ignore the outside, the rooms are actually really clean and tidy. - Super central - the hotel is split across the road - rooms on either side. The room was great, nice and spacious. The aircon is super powered. Great location. The lobby walking to the rooms could do with a serious clean and a lick of paint. I was concerned about room until I got into it, but inside the rooms it’s all good.

• Johan (8/5): Prisvärt standard hotell - Prisvärt hotell med frukost och restaurang direkt på stranden. Fräscht poolområde, dock lägger folk ut handduken på morgonen och håller stolar även om man inte är vid poolen. Rummen på Princess ligger ut med huvudgatan. Trafiken lugnar ner sig vid 23-tiden. Försök boka rum med balkong mot huvudgatan, då får man viss havsutsikt. Vissa rum har inte ens balkong eller balkong utan utsikt.

Woke up every 45 minutes. Make sure you get rooms beach side , because that part of the hotell looked very nice, with swim pool, bar, and restaurant. Paid 1000GHB for the night.
