• VIVIEN (6/5): - The pros 1.Spacious room,comfortable bed,clean sheets 2.Central location, close to shops and eateries 3.Clean and presentable with dining table. 4.John-boy and the Manager at Reception kind and helpful with room change. The cons1.Hotel looks new and renovated but obvious leaks around the bath and shower area appears to be a constant problem unresolved by Management. The pooling of water from shower dripping onto the floor is a safety hazard. Not so happy-looking housekeeping staff would attend to the leak by placing rolled towels around the bathtub. We were given a change of room for second night by a kind Manager but the same leak happened. The shower is within the old, high bath-problem if u have mobility issues. 2.Amenities were poor. 2 coffee sachets, no No slippers. Not even a second toilet roll for a 2 -night stay unless asked for. 3.Walls very thin. We were unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors who were heard till 2.00 am. Overall, it could have been a more pleasant stay but not so. Hadyai has great fresh food markets and such friendly people

• Jeffrey (4/5): - Don’t waste your money. Find another place. Had specifically said no smoking and they gave us a smoking room. Said I didn’t pay so I paid again then two hours later they said I paid. Bathroom smelled and water coming from the walls. I could say more but you get what I’m saying.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was relatively new and clean. In comparison with the other hotels we stay in Hatyai, the rooms are so much cleaner and new. Would be place to stay. Location wise, it’s quite centralized. 10mins walk to the market.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel and staff - I was given a room near the housekeeping room. Everything was great, until the morning housekeeping calls that were directed to them. Sometimes I hear their phone ring as early as 7am in the morning. I’m a very light sleeper, and slight noise would wake me up. Would have appreciated if the staff could inform us beforehand that we’re prone to being disturbed by the housekeeping calls. But overall, it was still a good hotel with great location. The staffs were also polite and helpful when we had some queries regarding the room, as well as when we wanted to book a car for our early airport check-in at 5.30am.

Swimming pool is a failure; washing the pool for 3 days and never complete. I can strongly recommend for a short stay in Hatyai.

• Min (10/5): Very good location and nice room - Things I liked : 1) Location : Near street food and all the shops are within walking distance which was really fantastic. 2) Room : Every room has a bathtub. my room was clean, nice and cosy. Spacious room with a dining table where u can buy take-away food and eat in the comfort of your own hotelroom 3) Amenities : Pretty complete with all the necessities. Not sure if there's a gym/pool as we did a 1 night stop over so we didn't bother bout that. 4) food : street food easily available including birds nest, bbq prawns, etc. also, room service is available and it's pretty decent We do not regret paying 70+sgd for this hotel (:
