• Nicola (7/5): Prima, maar erg duur. Je betaald voor het zwempark, er zijn betere hotels voor minder geld. - Super fijne glijbanen etc voor kinderen. Hele comfortabele bedden, beste nachten die we hebben gehad. Zwem gedeelte was wat gedateerd. Weinig schaduw overdag, kleine parasols en zwarte bekleding van de bedjes aan het zwembad. Prijs kwaliteit is niet goed, betere hotels voor minder geld, alleen heb je hier glijbanen.

• Christoph (10/5): Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 9 und 14 Jahre alt. - Sehr schöne Bungalow. Resort ca. 3 Jahre alt. Super essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant am Strand. Die Kinder, auch Erwachsene waren vom Pool mit Wasserpark begeistert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir das Trinkgeld vergessen. Werden dies aber beim nächsten mal nachholen. Kein Abstriche. Alles perfekt.

• Edward (10/5): We are regulars at The Splash and will keep coming back, we wouldn't stay anywhere else on Koh Chang - The staff are so nice and helpful. The pool and beach are great for the kids. We love the breakfast buffet, and the room service food is great.

Very nice pool, especially when traveling with kids. The pool is busy during the morning and late afternoon, but always had some pool beds available. Breakfast is more than enough for the 5 nights we stayed there, and they even provided us 5 take away breakfast sets the day we had to check out, because we wanted to leave very early because of our travel plans. We would surely recommend this hotel. Nothing really, everything was excellent.

• Alexey (10/5): - Долго выбирали отель на ко чанге и не прогадали. Тут отлично все: номера, бассейн, горки для детей, завтраки и пляж. Придраться не к чему. Все на уровне 10 из 10. Один минус: в наши даты был день рождения и как комплимент нам сделали слонов из полотенец. Можно было и торт подарить, но это мелочи, не влияющие на отдых. Взяли на 2 суток, так понравилось, что продлили еще на сутки. В отзывах пишут про пляж, не подходящий для детей, мы были ы апреле- песка достаточно, вход в море пологий и очень длинный, взрослым может не понравится, тк до глубины идти метров 100. Зато дети точно никуда не убегут. Если не хочется солнца, то справа огромное дерево- можно с детьми весь день отдыхать в тени. Про номера. Мы жили в коттедже 403( около бассейна), номере 101 ( обычный номер около бассейна) потом переехали в 303 и 304( номера делюкс). В общем выбирать можно любой номер и он будет отличный и по расположению и, что немаловажно, кондиционеры не будут дуть в голову. Везде кондиционеры установлены у ног. Если вы едете большой семьей( более 4 человек) берите номера делюкс- это домики два этажа. Они будут полностью ваши, без соседей.

• Roland (9/5): Everything a family or single person needs is here at this resort - Very nice bfast location and exceptional food choice. A lap pool for adults only would provide a space for swimming without too many kids but I don’t put this as a dislike just a wish:)
• Gundars (10/5): Great place for family holiday! - Rich choice breakfast, from omelettes to chicken curry, personal extremely polite, slides in the pool are not too big and they are great and all clean. Fantastic place for holidays with family. We even extended our stay, great location. I recommend to check near Denso for children workshop and have a scooter ride to south of island. Kids club maybe, entertainment program, menu for food. I recommend to eat out. There were the same guys singing the same songs every night at the beach lounge. Luckily it was not loud to disturb the peace in the room.
• Juergen (9/5): Entspannt den Kindern beim Baden zugeschaut - Kinderfreundlicher Pool auch Sicherheitspersonal war da, ein kurzer Weg durch die Anlage führt an den Strand mit Restaurant Zwischen Pool mit spielenden Kindern und der stark befahrenen Straße waren nur wenige Meter, die Poolumrandung aus Holz ist für Kleinere Kinder ggf. Unfallträchtig.

Puikus baseinas vaikams. Nors paplūdimio zona nedidelė, bet visada rasdavome vietos ant gultų. Norėjosi gražesnio paplūdimio restoranėlio. Nes vakaro metu gultai paversti į suoliukus prie valgomojo stalų-nesukėlė didelio žavesio, todėl visada vakarieniavome greta esančiame Dinso resort restorane. Kadangi šios kelionės metu aplankėme 6 viešbučius, tai galbūt norėjosi įvairesnio pusryčių asortimento.

Les hébergements sont parfaits, nous avions une chambre familiale au début de notre séjour puis un lodge et les 2 étaient très bien, une propreté incroyable. Tous les lieux communs sont très propre et extrêmement bien entretenu. Le buffet est juste incroyable avec des produits frais (sauf le jus d'orange !). Surtout un grand merci à la cheffe de la réception qui nous a aidé à appeler notre compagnie aérienne suite à l'annulation de notre vol a cause des confrontation dans les pays du Golf, et à nous arranger une 2 nuits supplémentaires au dernier moment car nous avions prolongé. Et aussi un grand merci aux maitres nageurs qui ont un beau sens de l'humour tout en contrôlant la sécurité des enfants dans les toboggans de la piscine. Rien, c'est la 2ème fois que nous revenons et la qualité est toujours là. Bravo

Das Meer war sehr ruhig und seicht- Perfekt für Kleinkinder zum Spielen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker! Der Zimmerservice war gut und sauber. Das Restaurant hatte eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Das Essen war lecker, die Preise etwas höher. Der große Poolbereich mit Rutschen. Die Massagen am Strand waren ein Highlight. Die Poolanlage ist teilweise sehr unsicher und für Kleinkinder nicht ohne Erwachsenen zu bespielen/schwimmen.

• Jochen (8/5): Sehr schöne Anlage für Familien mit thailändischer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. - Für uns als Familien mit Kind (5 Jahre) eine sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und vielen Rutschen. Direkt an der Anlage ist ein schöner Strandabschnitt mit flachabfallendem Meer. Für Eltern mit Kids einfach super. Ein vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Bad hat es stark gerochen, wie wenn es keinen Siphon gibt. Es gab zu wenig Ablageflächen. Unser Zimmer für 3 Personen war eher für zwei Personen ausgelegt.

• Gustav (1/5): Forfærdeligt hotel der bevidst udlejer værelser, der stinker af mug/skimmelsvamp. - Intet Personalet løj for os, da vi checkede ind og gav os et værelse der lugtede af mug, selvom de udemærket var klar over, at det stank af mug/skimmelsvamp. Vi kunne næsten ikke trække været og klagede med det samme, men de kunne ikke gøre noget før næste dag, sagde de. De indrømmede over for os, at de godt vidste, at vores værelse lugtede. Det er direkte sundhedsskadeligt, og vi havde vores baby på 11 måneder med og barn med på 5 år. Jeg fatter simpelthen ikke, hvad de bilder sig ind, at tage røven på deres kunder på den måde. Da vi vågnede op næste morgen, var alt vores tøj i en af vores kufferter fuldstændig gennemblødt af vand, der var dryppet fra airconditionanlægget. Jeg tror at mug-lugten skyldes et tilstoppet kondensafløb i airconditionanlægget… der lugtede nemlig kun, når anlægget var tændt, fandt vi ud af. Vi betalte 3200 THB for en overnatning og havde vores værste nat i Thailand på 6 uger fordelt på 13 forskellige hoteller. Kaffen i morgenmadsbuffeten var fuldstændig udrikkelig. Poolen er overfyldt med klor, så vores barn fik udslet og irriterede øjne, der måtte behandles med antibiotika - derfor endte vi med ikke at bruge poolen til sidst. Forfærdeligt hotel der bevidst udlejer værelser, der stinker af mug. Vi kommer aldrig tilbage!

• Sarah (1/5): SCAM hotel - Don’t expect your Refund back 100% - Nothing SCAM hotel - They would Not provide 100% refund during the Thai Cambodian conflict when our embassy advised us not to travel to Chanthaburi and Koh Chang and our travel insurance is out of coverage due to the boarder war. I provided that they were failing to refund according to Thai consumer law and wrote a letter. The hotel said it is against policy for the refund during the Thai-Cambodian conflict. They did not refund any money at all.

• Frederic (9/5): Ein kleines Kinderparadies - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit (wie reserviert) zwei grossen Twin-Betten. Wir konnten problemlos mit zwei kleine Kinder (beide 5 Jahre alt) problemlos bequem schlafen. Die Wasser-Spielanlage ist groß und in sehr guten Zustand, alles sicher unter die Überwachung von Hotel-Fachkräfte. Dazu einen zwar kleinen aber feinen Strand mit Sand und ohne Steine. Absolut perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

• Viktoria (8/5): Toller Badespaß für wenige Tage. - Toller Pool für Kinder! Wir waren 3 Tage/2 Nächte und sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Das Zimmer hatte leider sehr modrig gerochen. Wir mussten wechseln, was auch problemlos möglich war. Aber auch hier war dann am 2. Tag schon ein leichter modriger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Wurde auch bei anderen Rezessionen festgestellt. Beim ersten Zimmer war‘s wirklich unerträglich und man hat gleich selbst modrig gerochen (Kleidung). Man durfte keine Snacks oder Getränke von außerhalb am Pool konsumieren und das fand ich jetzt grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, aber in Kombination mit den sehr hohen Preisen für Getränke und Snacks nicht in Ordnung! Es gab keinen Föhn und das war für uns das erste Hotel ohne und speziell in dieser Preisklasse. Badezimmer bzw. Waschbecken für Kinder in einem Familienhotel zu hoch. Die Kids konnten sich nicht selbstständig waschen. Vielleicht werden noch Hocker oder ähnliches ergänzt. Das WC am Poolbereich sehr stark klimatisiert und finster!

• Elaine (9/5): Great for families while still remaining tranquil. - We have stayed multiple times at this property, which my grandson loves because of the water park. It's a tranquil property with comfortable rooms and an open-air restaurant overlooking the sea. Repeat customers, so we like it. If you plan to swim in the sea, bring swim shoes. The beach is lovely sand, but there are rocks in the sea.

• Lilach (7/5): - There was a noticeable smell of mold in the rooms. The beachfront is very limited, and the small area that does exist is not comfortable or pleasant for sitting or relaxing. In addition, the music by the pool was very loud and did not create a calm or relaxing atmosphere.

• Irina (7/5): Неплохо заехать в начале отдыха в этот отель, развлечь ребенка горками. Пляж хороший, массаж тоже вокруг много кафе вку - Мы жили в Коттедже. Понравилось. Горки оценил ребенок. Очень скудные завтраки. Остальное соответствует цена/качество.
