• Ana (10/5): - It was lovely to stay in this B&B. House is beautiful, room was big, clean, and with all the things that you need, bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient if you are planning to walk around Brugge, it’s super close to downtown but calm enough to rest.

It was very cold our first day in Brugges and the fireplace was wonderful to come home to. Our room and bed were large -- and beautiful large windows. For breakfast we were served fresh squeezed orange juice, an assortment of breads meats and cheeses with some pastries too. The pictures do not do it justice -- exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much to our hosts!!!!!

• Rebecca (10/5): Chic and cozy stay in Bruges - **A Wonderful Stay in Bruges – Perfect for the Christmas Markets!** My mother and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming B&B during our visit to Bruges for the Christmas markets, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. The room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and had the perfect cozy touch with a fireplace that made the chilly evenings feel warm and inviting. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring both comfort and charm. Our host was outstanding—genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a real treat: a delicious spread featuring fresh pastries, a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, and perfectly brewed coffee alongside fresh orange juice. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the festive markets. The host went above and beyond with helpful suggestions, including excellent dining recommendations and a tip on how to use the free shuttle from the main square to get back to the train station, which saved us time and effort. The combination of the cozy accommodations, warm hospitality, and the magical atmosphere of Bruges made this an unforgettable experience. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit—highly recommended!

Si vous venez en voiture vous pourrez vous garer au parking public de la gare , situé a 20 min a pied (c est le parking le moins cher, 6 € par 24h). Chambre confortable mais un peu froide au niveau déco... Accueil egalement tres tres froid de la part de la proprietaire (et encore pire quand nous avons pris conges)... Heureusement , monsieur s'est montré beaucoup plus chaleureux et avenant. Petit dejeuner pris dans une belle salle à manger. Bons croissants mais pas de pain frais (pain de mie) ce que j ai trouvé dommage , surtout que sur les photos en ligne sur le site, on voit du bon pain frais ...

• Verified traveler (8/5): Three days in Bruges - A beautiful B&B close to the downtown area. The couple that runs it are very nice and serve a nice continental breakfast in the morning. My only complaint is our room was cleaned over three days and we had to get our own clean towels. Other than that it’s a great place to stay when visiting Bruges.

• Kristiina (10/5): A five star B&B in Brugge - Extremely nice stay at B&B St Jacobs. The room was big, silent, light and clean. The bed was super comfortable, pillows and blankets soft, warm and light - we slept like babies. The hosting couple was kind and extreme helpful. All and all a 5 star stay at this small B&B. Warm recommendation for those who are not looking for a hotel but a more personalised option. If ever returning to Brugge, this would be the one we choose.

Everything is luxurious (the amenities are from clinique). And what about the great reception from the elegant darling Véronique that prepared us a comfortable breakfast.

• Helen (10/5): Hidden gem in Bruges - We went for one night and had a lovely stay. The place didn’t have many reviews so was initially a bit apprehensive but more visitors should be staying here! The location is convenient. The room we stayed in was clean and roomy. It was stocked with water and coffee. The bathroom had Clarins toiletries. The continental breakfast was delicious. The hotels.com info page for this hotel says to let the owners know before coming after booking but there’s no need. You just show up and ring the bell.
• PASCALINE (10/5): Séjour à Bruges - Une très belle demeure, une chambre spacieuse et propre avec des produits de douche de qualité. Un accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. À refaire sans hésitation.
• Thomas (10/5): Trevligt boende med bra läge - Detta är ett väldigt fint boende med bra läge. Vi hade ett stort fint rum med sköna sängar och en gasdriven "öppen spis". Parkering är ett problem i centrala Brygge, så vi fick ställa bilen en bit utanför centrum.
• Murray (6/5): Not impressed in fact - On a whole Ok, but certain details are important. We were supposed to be served a welcome drink upon arrival, nope disappointed ☹️ didn’t happen. We were however told that there would be a surcharge for taxes, which was not on the site. The owner wasn’t in any way rude or unpleasant. The room was cold on arrival but warm in the evening. Breakfast was simple rather spartan for the price, no warm food at all and no vegetables, fresh orange juice not even 1 dl. Per person, the coffee however was good. Well it was time for checkout and we were told we had to pay cash!!!! Warning bell’s!! Nothing on the website about that!! Oh yes the tax as well, and there was no receipt either. So someone isn’t living up to what was said in the net, and probably not paying taxés either, which we had to pay extra. So in the whole not impressed, in fact a bit let down. And on the moral front seriously disappointed, and there are so many places to stay I Bruges so we can happily stay elsewhere.

The property was beautiful and the room was very large and spacious. The fireplace was a lovely addition and easy to use. The only downside was specific check-in time between 16:00 and 20:00 but other than that couldn’t fault it!

High ceilings, very comfortable bed. Amazing toiletries which were infused with lemongrass to wake you up in the morning. Very reasonable mini bar. Super breakfast which included fresh fruit, smoked salmon and lovely teas and fresh coffee. Check this place out as an alternative to a hotel...see you soon Mon Ami!
