• Monica (8/5): Huge apartment in an amazing neighborhood - The size and accessibility of the apartment were excellent. The beds were very comfortable.the location was excellent as well. We loved the apartment and all it had to offer. The wheelchair accessibility was a a must for us and it checked all of the boxes. The neighborhood also was amazing. So many shops and excellent restaurants within steps and a laundromat! Very easy to get taxis and go explore other parts of Florence (because of wheelchair) otherwise we would have walked over the bridge and explored. Trash bins were recently moved to the corner of the street our apartment was on, which meant there were consistent trucks coming through emptying them and you can hear the dumping and breaking of the glass. The air conditioning had not yet been turned on so we had to open windows. The noise was significant. Recommend ear plugs.

• Cathie (10/5): Lovely apartment with a guesthouse vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. - We had such a friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, best sleep we’ve had since we’ve been in Italy. Oana was lovely allowing us to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check out and then organising a taxi to the train station for us. Would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was quite small and could have had more hooks to hang towels and toilet bags on. The nearby rubbish bins get emptied very early so no sleep ins.

Entraba frío por la ventana de la habitación, por lo que pese a que el resto de la casa se mantenía caliente, en la habitación te recomiendo varias mantas. Como nos explicó, no se pueden alterar las ventanas originales, pero recomiendo la colocación de alguna fina tira aislante en los márgenes. El agua variaba entre fria y caliente Algo de ruido a la noche, pero no mucho Son las únicas pegas que encuentro. El resto fue todo maravilloso

• Patty (8/5): It was nice - It was clean and comfortable, it has an elevator, the building manager was very nice and helpful. I didn’t like the location, it was further than i expected from the touristic areas. It was hard for us to find uber o taxis to get us there.

I felt like I was living the life of a local for a week. The location was ideal, close to the vibey Piazza Santo Spirito but lovely and quiet. I was there on my own for the first few days and I felt so at ease in the neighbourhood. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

• Tracey (9/5): Our favourite apartment stay. Location is unbeatable! - Clean and well equipped (cooked a pasta dinner one night). The location was amazing. Overlooking a busy walking street loaded with cafes, shopping. Close to everything! Steps to Trevi fountain and short walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps. The great location means that it can be a little noisy at night (late night tourists, garbage collection, etc). The windows are quite insulating, but not entirely. Suggest earplugs for a good night’s sleep.

• Lukasz (10/5): Cozy, warm, home feeling place - Nice location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Good price. Very clean and I stayed in two different apartments, one was huge with 3 bedrooms. We got it on last minute, due to sickness we had to extend our stay and the host Oana helped a lot on Sunday and in the evening hours. It’s amazing to have such a host! N/A

Apartament znajduje się przy mniej uczęszczanej i dość cichej uliczce. Mieliśmy możliwość zaparkowania pod drzwiami na czas rozpakowania bagaży, a następnie - korzystając z możliwości wjazdu oraz parkowania w strefie ograniczonego ruchu ZTL - w odległości ok, 100 m mogliśmy zostawić auto na miejscu inwalidzkim. Dość mała łazienka.

• Tracey and Graeme Reid (7/5): Close to Pitti Palace - It was close to everything but a bit of a walk from train station. It's good to bus there and back. You must go to Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens as it is so close and worth it. Good eating close by and a wine window :) We didnt like that our welcome gift included toilet paper - 1.5 rolls and not nearly enough body wash for a 4 night stay with the host complaining about us asking for more of anything as "not in welcome gift". She did supply more but made us feel bad for asking. We thought these were usual items for hosts to provide. If you want clean towels or sheets, note this will cost you extra. Also, you have to empty all your rubbish to the bins around the corner and make sure dishes are done. If you want a toaster and clothes rack, then ask straight away as they are available. It doesn't mention on the booking site that limited standard items are provided.

Oana the manager was extremely diligent in communicating with us before and during our stay. She was helpful in getting us the bed set up we wanted and allowed us to check in late. She continuously checked in on us during the stay. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. AC worked very very well. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the home. I would love to come back and cant even imagine a better place to stay. Honestly cant think of much. Maybe some paper towels would have been nice but otherwise it was perfect.

• Aloke (9/5): Convenient - It’s a beautiful apartment with some spectacular art on display. The interiors make you feel like you’re in a city of historical significance. A short walk from the main attractions, the area has several good restaurants and convenience stores.

• Anna (10/5): Great!!! - It is a nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and it is even better than the pictures. There is an elevator, comfortable bed, nice balcony. The apartment is in the center of town, everything is within walking distance. What a helpful and friendly manager Oana! If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence, this apartment is a great choice, I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is mostly locals. What a pleasure to be immersed in the atmosphere of the locals. Nearby is the Church of the Holy Spirit, there is a cozy cafe and a square where locals come for coffee and croissants, fresh fruits and vegetables, and every Sunday the locals have a market I would stop there again in a heartbeat.

• Mark (8/5): Solid stay with old classy vibe - Not too central, not too far from everything, good and comfortable location for a short stay in Firenze, The host was also kind enough to allow us to store our baggage for a few hours after check-out The A/C in the room didn't have a remote, nor option for control, so it was a bit chilly in the night and morning.

• Malene (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful old tiled floors, all gorgeous. Bathroom was perfect. I loved the location, lots of authentic restaurants and wine bars, and an easy and lovely walk over the bridge to city center. It was quiet, only bird song and church bells. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner is lovely, I enjoyed talking to her, the office is in the building, and after hours she'll help you with anything you need online. I was in the Davanzati apartment facing the back on the third floor. There's an elevator. I can't think of anything! But if I must, maybe a full length mirror! But I went into the elevator, checked out my outfit there, there's a big mirror. :-)
• Heidi (10/5): Great apartment! - The layout, space and cleanliness of the apartment was so nice for Europe! Oana was the nicest manager and SO helpful! The bakery next door is so cute and yummy also. The only negative about this apartment is the noisy street. Very hard to get good night sleep at night. Would advise sleep device to help.

The staff, Oaha was very lovely and made us feel at home. She keep in touch and told us interesting places to visit. The unit had a lift . Will definitely come back again Nothing. Everything was great
