- Markus (6/5): Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. - Die ruhige Lage sowie die Gartenanlage und der einzelne Außenpool. Die Veranstaltungen (Hochzeiten ) die täglich stattfanden , das stört den familiären Rahmen das das Hotel auf den ersten Blick verkörpert.

The best club sandwich I have ever had in my life. Rooms were exceptionally clean also. I would recommend having a car on your visit to give yourself more flexibility to explore the lake fully on your stay
- Dirk (9/5): Erholsame Stille und wundervolle Ausblicke in schönem Ambiente am Frassino-See - Das Hotel liegt am Frassino-See in einem Naturschutzgebiet mit großartigem Ausblick sowohl vom Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, als auch von unserem Zimmer und unserer Terrasse. Der Hotelkomplex erstreckt sich am See entlang über unterschiedliche Gebäude, so dass trotz der relativen Größe die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug besteht. Es gibt überall lauschige Plätze auf dem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück zum Verweilen. Der Infinitypool nur für Erwachsene lädt zum Schwimmen und Sonnen ein. Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig mit Produkten aus der Region. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas weniger "Dolci" beim Frühstück (ein riesiger Tisch in der Mitte des Buffets) und dafür etwas mehr Auswahl bei Müsli u.ä. wäre wünschenswert, ist natürlich Geschmackssache. In unserem Badezimmer gab es keinerlei Abstellfläche mit Ausnahme eines kleinen Tischchens, das in der separaten Toilette stand, was sehr unpraktisch war.

- Silvia (9/5): Splendida struttura - Splendida struttura con un affascinante affaccio sul laghetto..bellissima la vista nella zona ristorante in cui viene servita anche un’ottima colazione; presenza di due piscine di cui una a sfioro molto suggestiva. La stanza che avevamo prenotato vista lago era estremamente bella e grande ma con un particolare che ci ha lasciato un po’ interdetti, la vista ovunque era ostacolata da un particolare tipico della struttura che ci ha dato la sensazione di essere in gabbia..per il resto tutto favoloso.

Purtroppo la camera non aveva il phon ma hanno risolto in breve tempo e ci sono state delle incomprensioni al ristorante, forse per l'alto numero di persone: abbiamo ordinato prima di altre persone ma loro hanno avuto un piatto da noi richiesto e noi no, perché terminato; abbiamo così ordinato un altro piatto che però non è arrivato, si sono scusati dicendoci che ci avrebbero offerto l'amaro ma probabilmemte nel prezzo finale erano stati inseriti sia i due amari che il piatto mai arrivato. Nel saldo finale non c'erano tutte le portate segnate, solo il totale, ma facendo un calcolo pare proprio cosi.
- Cynthia (6/5): - Bed was comfortable I booked a basic room via Booking (just passing by so 1 night) when I arrived in hotel the receptionist told me I need to pay for an upgrade as dogs aren’t allowed in the room I chose. I have to pay for the dog (20€) which is the norm plus an extra for a forced upgrade. Dog aren’t allowed in basic rooms but are allowed in Villa suites?? Also I asked for a coffee at breakfast and the staff told me there’s a button machine, I said I prefer the coffee from the bar and she replied it’s the same, it’s definitely not. Staff needs work

Inoltre nonostante avessi prenotato e aver ricevuto conferma da parte loro, una volta arrivati mi è stato comunicato che non avevano registrato la prenotazione e mi hanno detto che l'unica disponibiltà era allo stesso orario in cui effettuato il check-in il che non è stato molto carino per essere un 4 stelle. Oltre a ciò nonostante avessi prenotato per l'opzione "pagamento in struttura", mi è stato chiesto un pagamento anticipato il giorno prima attraverso un link. Ritengo che per il prezzo pagato e il servizio ricevuto non sia stato degno di un 4 stelle.

- Lauren (10/5): Excellent break away in this hotel. - The staff were helpful and friendly, the space was immaculate and the atmosphere was lovely. The property was perfect and in a quiet location. It is slightly difficult to get to via public transport - we had to get a bus and then walk 20 minutes from the closest stop. This was a bit tricky with large luggage.

Al to je takav resort. Sve je bilo super, jedan dan je radnik flaksao travu ispred nase sobe u 8 ujutro pa nas je probudio al nije neka zamjerka

Dass wir ein Zimmer mit Bad für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen bekommen haben, da fühlt man sich nicht wie im Urlaub, eher wie in einer Reha. Im Bad war es uns zu finster. È dotata di un ristorante, spa, doppia piscina e palestra. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere un upgrade come camera e siamo stati nella suite con sauna e vasca con idromassaggio provata, meraviglioso!!! Onestamente nulla, tutto magnifico

- Marco (8/5): Struttura adatta a rilassarsi - Camera ben insonorizzata. La spa era piccola e con poche attrezzature. Peccato che le piscine esterne non siano riscaldate per essere usate con il freddo.
- Anita (9/5): - Cocktails an der Bar zum Teil sehr inkonsistent je nachdem wer sie gemacht hat. Teils perfekt, teils sehr schlecht für den Preis. Vorreservation des Spa irgendwie sinnfrei.
- Jovan (10/5): - Kompletan boravak je bio savršen! Jedina zamjerka što na jelovniku (i tokom doručka) ne postoje oznake alergena, za osobe koje imaju alergiju na određene namirnice, kako bi lakše mogle da izaberu jelo. Ostalo je bilo bez greške.

Piscina troppo affollata, gente maleduta, urlante e senza rispetto degli altri. Ci vorrebbe un bagnino che garantisca anche il relax per chi non vuole passare giornate nel caos.
